Chapter 1: Waking up in the middle of nowhere...
I slowly opened my eyes. Scanning my surroundings... Feeling the grass beneath my body. I got up, shaking my head from the discomfort I was feeling...
"...Where am I?... Who... am I?" I said to myself.
At the moment, I had no clue as to where I was, or who I was, yet I clearly had the knowledge to think and act accordingly. I knew I was human... I think, but that was it.
"Strange..."
I looked at my hands, only to see them being covered in a type of armor... I looked oddly familiar given its design from what I could see...
I moved my fingers, hands and feet, and they were all operating perfectly... I went to remove the visor off of my face, but to my surprise it wasn't budging at all. It was as if it was glued to my skin. Yet, I felt completely normal...
With nothing more I could really do, I ignored that for the time being. Given the environment, I needed to know where I was. But, looking around me for a while, I saw nothing that sparked any sort of memory in my head... That was worrying...
I wasn't sure this was planet earth at all. I sighed...
"I guess I'll head this way... It's hot too..." I said, feeling the heat...
I then continued forward with no real goal in sight, just aimless traveling at its best. I just hope I wasn't stuck in this place with no one...

After leaving the forest behind and travelling for a little over 6 hours, I then entered a desert like area.
However, I had discovered a few things in that brief span of time. Throughout this little walk of mine, I had realized that I hadn't gotten tired at all. Even after travelling for over 6 hours straight.
Usually humans would feel some sort of fatigue by now, at least by normal human standards, but I felt nothing.
The heat I felt no longer bothered me at all now, given that the temperature was over 47.3 degrees Celsius, now it felt completely normal to me...
One would ask how I knew the specific temperature. But, the information was in my face. I never paid any real attention to it before. I could actually see interesting information that seemed oddly familiar to me...
I had an energy meter down at the bottom right of what I call my 'hud' as well as a auto-map feature on the bottom left. I knew what the map was for, but I wasn't sure of the energy meter as yet.
The temperature meter was at the very top right of my hud. It was helpful in its own way.
But, other than that. I saw nothing for the time I spent walking...
"What is even my purpose here?" I asked out loud.
I was confused at the whole situation. Whatever brought me here must have had its reasons... I hoped...
With not much to do, I thought of ways to pass the time, and then it hit me.
'Why not test my limits? I'm clearly above the average human, but how much?' The idea was perfect. Maybe I could understand what this suit was capable of!
So, I a couple of stretches to warm myself up a bit.
I got into a running position and started sprinting, but not at full speed. I didn't know exactly how fast I was going, which sucked...
"I wish I could see how fast I was going..." After I said that, my Hud started to add a new feature to the left side, right above the map.
"Wait! What?" I stopped dead in my tracks. The new meter was called travel speed, reaction speed and processing speed. I knew what all of them were based on the names, but that wasn't what baffled me. It was the fact that the suit seemingly granted my wish...
'Making a mental note of that...' I thought. I then continued my pace...
While running this time, I saw my speed go up slowly...
12 mph...
17 mph...
23 mph...
31 mph...
47 mph...
"What the hell! I'm fast as shit!" I shouted. I was way faster than I remembered being before I woke in this suit. At least twice as much...
But, I feel I can go way faster than this...
I started speeding up, aiming to go all out...
58 mph...
75 mph...
97 mph...
110 mph...
127 mph...
My speed stopped at that 127 mph, which the Hud also showed me, which was ridiculously fast. And I wasn't getting tired at all. My stamina felt as if it was near infinite.
This also meant the Hud could accurately gauge my maximum capabilities as well. But, I felt as I could still go faster than even this...
And to my shock, it was rising steadily...
129 mph...
133 mph...
139 mph...
148 mph...
I then stopped myself. Completely at awes with what I had just done. It didn't take a genius to put the pieces together at all. My suit was growing rapidly... I wasn't sure if it had limits, or if I was forcing the suit to push past them... Either way. I was getting stronger and seeing the numbers go up was exhilarating for me.
'Just how much stronger can I become?' I questioned myself, wondering if there was truly no limit to my capabilities... if there wasn't, I was basically a titan amongst men.
So I did the most logical thing to do. I simply continued running. Doing only that for about half 3 hours straight...

"Finally!" I shouted. That took forever! Sure, it was great, increasing my strength. But, very much time consuming.
I then looked at my Hud since I hadn't checked it, for the surprise of how fast I had gotten.
However, my eyes widened behind the helmet I wore...
"T-TWO THOUSAND MILES PER HOUR!" I screamed out. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. I had gotten over 10 times faster with just running around like an absolute madman.
I was at top speed for over 3 hours straight, moving at speeds faster than a speeding bullet, twice over...
"J-Just... what am I?" I said to myself, staring at my own hands.
I was confused, yet excited...
Excited at the increase in my own strength, even though I met not ever need it...
Still, I wanted to continue increasing my speed. To see how fast I would become if I continued for double that time!
I got into a sprinting position again, then dashed, instantly reaching full speed. The air ripping around me as if it was paper...
*BOOM!*
I started running...
Minutes go by. I continued staring at my speed bar, but it never improved, not even by 0.01 mph...
I stopped. I knew something like this was too good to be true. A power-suit with no limits was simply too powerful...
"Did I hit my limit already? It doesn't feel that way..." I said to myself. I feel just as energized as I was before, and when I ran, I felt as if I could go further than this, way farther...
Thinking of things, I went back through anything I could remember that would cause such a sudden halt, but then I realized it.
"It wasn't me..." I said, finally reaching the epiphany I had been thinking about for the last minute...
It wasn't because of the potential I had, but it was because I can no longer grow from my environment... Whatever thus suit was, is most likely accustomed to the gravity, atmosphere and environment this place had to offer...
I probably didn't 'need' to get faster anymore, since there was no real requirement for it... Which means I hit a blockade in my growth because of lack of 'equipment'. this was the most plausible explanation I can come up with...
I then looked at my fists, smiling.
"Let's just see how much strong I can become...".
