The demons emerged from the wreckage, leaving nothing but destruction in their wake as the once-imposing mansion lay in ruins, the body of the prince buried deep within these ruins—another casualty in the Abyssal tide now sweeping through Voltan City.

---

Flame light flashed in Balor's eyes, and a gray light flickered as the boulders in the air disappeared one after another.

"Advanced magic dispelling technique!"

Before it could react, it felt a sudden, sharp pain behind it.

The Balor subconsciously used short-distance teleportation to the other side.

It looked down, only to see a huge and thick black dragon appearing at the position where it had just stood.

Geraint and Argenta, who were about to face death, looked at the massive black dragon in bewilderment.

"Brother, it's a black dragon!"

This seemed a little different from the black dragon in the inheritance memory.

"Why is it here, Victor? Didn't your space blockade say that the city has been completely isolated? What's the matter with this black dragon?" Vrock looked at the black dragon with an ugly expression.

After all, the Balor had been attacked unexpectedly, and it was still within this space-blocking circle.

"The magic circle is still intact, but as for this black dragon, it seems to have appeared out of thin air!" Victor felt increasingly familiar with this black dragon the more he looked at it.

The unique six pairs of dragon horns were different from the scarlet eyes of other black dragons.

And that incomparably strong body overlapped with the black dragon in memory, but the change in body shape was too drastic!

"Interesting—gold dragon, silver dragon, and black dragon!" The wound on the back of the Balor demon healed at a speed visible to the naked eye. With a move of both hands, a flaming whip and a beheading sword appeared in its grasp.

It looked at the black dragon with fire blazing in its eyes.

"Be careful; this Balor is very powerful!" Argenta weakly reminded.

Ha ha!

I stared at the golden and silver dragons.

Two wastes—they still wanted to bore me. When I let them tag-team the Balor, they didn't even make a single move before losing.

As a result, they were directly crushed, and I was forced to come out in person.

If I didn't come out and waited for others to finish their work, I would go back to each house and find my mother. Then I would really have nothing to eat!

"Is there anything more interesting?"

"You also have Shan? Then I will follow Shan!"

I appeared silently behind the Balor again.

Crunch~

My dragon claws collided with the Balor's beheading sword.

Suddenly, there was a tooth-piercing sound of metal grinding.

What a tough dragon claw! What powerful force!

Balor's heart was heavy with concern. Something was wrong with this black dragon!

"Law? Deterrence!"

Balor the Balor directly used a mental attack on me, but I continued to attack the opponent without any influence at all.

I directly relied on my strong physique to ignore this type of mental attack.

"It seems that we have met a good opponent!" Balor the Balor looked at the black dragon's back.

"Bump?"

I'm also intrigued.

Balor swung the flaming whip that extended more than 100 meters in its hand and swept toward me.

And I directly stretched out my claws and grabbed the end of the flame whip.

The blazing flames on the whip did me no harm.

After all, I am originally compatible with the fire element, and I also possess the genetic fire resistance of the plutonium dragon.

I am almost completely immune to fire magic due to the absorption effect of the Atomic Furnace. Let alone the little flame on the whip.

Balor pulled its flame whip to compete with me, but I seemed to be stronger. As its eyes widened, it couldn't pull me at all.

It pulled with both hands, but Balor was pulled forward involuntarily.

"What? Such strength!" Balor the Balor exclaimed.

"Then come again!" Out of helplessness, it abandoned the flame whip.

Holding the beheading sword in its hand, it slashed at my neck.

But I didn't let it go, and my dragon claw met the burning blade head-on.

Sparks collided with the black dragon claws and the long beheading sword.

Immediately, my mouth fiercely went toward Balor's neck to bite.

Balor subconsciously blocked it with its left arm.

But I didn't relent, biting down with a click. The left forearm of Balor's demon was directly bitten off.

Balor didn't show any rage after being injured but continued to use the beheading sword to strike at my head, intending to decapitate me.

But I shifted my head, and my dragon horn collided violently with the blade of the beheading sword.

Click~

The dragon's horns, connected to the skull, sent a buzzing sensation through my brain.

Balor's face grew even uglier, and it quickly distanced itself from me.

Then it looked down at the beheading sword in its hand, noticing a huge gap.

Cracks spread across the massive sword like a spider web.

It looked like it would be scrapped if used again…

However, there was only a shallow mark on my dragon horn!

"Damn it!"

The Great Beheading Sword is the iconic weapon of Balor, its quality increasing with its master's strength.

Its quality was very high—practically a legendary artifact. If it had been the golden dragon earlier, it could have beheaded it directly.

But now, damaged like this, Balor didn't know how much it would cost to repair.

Surrounded by red flames, the arm I had bitten off regrew.

It put away the beheading sword and looked at the black dragon in front of it.

"The warm-up is over. Now the real battle begins!"

I saw Balor begin to exude powerful flame snakes from its body.

Then its body started to change.

The originally five-meter-high frame expanded within the flames, growing until it reached over 26 meters tall.

The red skin blazed with flames, and mysterious black symbols covered it.

The oppressive aura of this massive humanoid demon suddenly intensified, and the surrounding air grew hot and dry under its evil halo.

"Transformed?" I curiously observed its changes.

"Black Dragon!"

Balor flapped its huge, flame-engulfed wings and flew toward me.

'You truly think you are the only one who could do this!'

The atomic furnace in my body went into overload mode.

I also understood that Balor was indeed the most perfect demon.

Its powerful body granted it incredible strength, speed, powerful spell-like abilities, fire resistance, and advanced combat skills.

This left it with almost no weaknesses.

There was no way to kill it with magic.

A head-to-head confrontation was the only way.

Suddenly, a golden light glowed on my body, as golden blood seemed to flow across its surface.

My body grew even larger.

The ferocious Dragon's Might clashed with the evil halo of Balor's flames, filling the air with a solemn aura.

"Brother, is this the black dragon among the Chromatic Dragons? He's so powerful!" Silver dragon Argenta looked at me in shock.

"Cough… that black dragon…? No, that guy doesn't resemble a black dragon in any way!" Geraint had already gotten up.

The wound on his body was still bleeding, and the great sword of beheading had a serious injury effect, which prevented his powerful self-healing ability from taking effect.

"Brother, who do you think will win?" Argenta waved her wings.

"I don't know, but it doesn't do us any good if anyone wins..." Geraint said bitterly.

Think of him as the gold dragon among the Metallic dragons, although he was not yet a full-grown adult.

But he had always thought that his strength was still good.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have brought Argenta to the human world.

But seeing this kind of scene now, he felt that the elders of the dragon clan were right.

It's fine to sleep on Dragon Island until you are an adult and then come out. It's useless to come out early to do those fancy things...

In the sky, the battle between the black dragon and Balor had already started.

They were like two real beasts, each biting and slapping the other.

Balor had also realized that the black dragon's fire resistance was ridiculously high, so he didn't waste mana casting fire magic.

Instead, he went all out in a physical exchange.

There was a lot of blood, muscle, and bits of bone flying around at this point, but not a drop of blood or gore was his own.

It all belonged to Balor on the opposite side.

The opponent's sharp claws were also very powerful, but they were still a little worse than the beheading sword.

Even if his scale armor was broken by it, he couldn't bear too many injuries.

Barlow the Balor also felt that it was not good for him to continue like this. This state consumed a lot, and he couldn't last for a long time.

But the black dragon on the opposite side became more and more energetic, and the opponent's defense was much stronger than his own.

The lack of a beheading sword made its attack look a bit weak.

"Damn it! How could such a dragon exist!" Balor appeared behind me in a flash.

I disappeared before his sharp claws went down.

Balor felt his back go cold, and I directly pierced his bat wings with my claws.

There was no choice but to use teleportation again!

So the two behemoths suddenly disappeared for a while and suddenly appeared again for a while.

"Is there no limit to his spatial teleportation?" Balor could no longer use short-distance teleportation.

There were limits to this magic.

"It seems something is wrong!"

The Vrock Demon below looked at the battle in the sky, then at Geraint and Argenta on the ground.

With a wave of his hand, "Kill those two metal dragons first!"

Immediately, several Yugoloth demons on the side rushed toward Geraint and Argenta.

And Argenta and Geraint could only deal with it in a panic...

And above, in the sky, Balor was growing weaker and weaker...

It couldn't go on like this!

Barlow Balor intended to use summoning magic to summon some demons.

But I kept attacking him, making it impossible to cast spells at all.

"Hold him first!" Balor said, looking at the demon subordinates who were attacking the golden and silver dragons.

And I watched the opponent's body getting weaker and weaker, my scarlet eyes widening.

The opportunity was coming!

Immediately, I used the Void Walk and appeared directly in front of Balor's body, grabbing his upper and lower jaws with my claws.

A blue-white light radiated from my mouth!

When Balor was still planning to break free at the cost of injury, just like many before, I let out a wild scream.

Suddenly, the magic power in my body surged, and the space transmission failed.

"What?"

In Balor's suspicious eyes, the blue-white beam of light directly penetrated his head.

I let my claws attack him without doing anything.

Finally, Balor's huge body slowly stopped moving.

Because half of his head had been burned off by me, I grabbed the demon's back and jaw and pulled it hard.

The remaining half of Balor's head was torn off from his body.

"Dead... dead!"

The Vrock and Yugoloth demons on the ground felt fear in their hearts and souls.

Such a powerful Barlow Balor Demon died just like that.

"Run!"

The Vrock demon seemed to think of something and wanted to escape, but it was too late.

It saw a burst of dazzling light from the body of Balor in mid-air.

Immediately, there was an earth-shattering loud noise.

Rumbling~

Endless light and heat, centered on the corpse of Balor, swept and covered the surrounding space.

The entire city of Voltan was shrouded in it, and the purple magic circle that blocked the city was instantly shattered like an eggshell under this powerful attack.

The air crackled with the last remnants of the dying Balor's power, his massive body already beginning to erupt with untold fury. Geraint's voice, strained with desperation, cut through the tension. "Hurry up!" he shouted, throwing himself in front of Argenta and Elf Delia, his body a shield, his sword raised high.

The city held its breath, unaware of the storm about to be unleashed.

And then, it came.

"This is the Burning Explosion of Balor the Balor!" Geraint cried, a flicker of dread flashing across his face.

After Barlow the Balor dies, their bodies will explode directly, and their weapons will explode together...

the world around them seemed to pause. And then—

BOOM!

The explosion that followed was like nothing the world had ever seen.

The first sign of destruction came in the form of a blinding, scorching light that tore through the air. The sky itself seemed to catch fire, and the ground trembled beneath the force of the blast. A wave of heat and light spread out from Balor's exploding corpse, sweeping across the city in an instant, incinerating everything in its path. The towering buildings, once symbols of the city's grandeur, melted away as though they were made of paper. Streets turned to molten rivers, and the very air shimmered with the oppressive heat.

The shockwave, a crushing force, followed in the wake of the explosion. It struck the city with the weight of a thousand storms, toppling anything that had survived the initial wave of destruction. The roar of the blast was deafening, drowning out all other sound. Buildings crumbled, their foundations shattered, as the ground cracked and buckled beneath the force.

The city, once alive with the hum of civilization, was now reduced to nothing but dust and ruins. People caught in the blast were obliterated in an instant, their screams snuffed out before they even had time to escape. Those who remained were not spared—flung into the air by the shockwave, crushed by debris, or burned by the relentless flames that now devoured the city.

A massive crater opened up where the heart of the city had once stood, a gaping wound in the earth, smoke and ash rising from its depths like the breath of a dying beast. The explosion had consumed everything within a vast radius, leaving behind only a barren, blackened wasteland.

But even as the fire continued to rage, something incredible happened.

A flickering barrier of light appeared—powerful, shimmering, like a last-ditch effort to protect what little remained. The forbidden-tier barrier spell had been cast, an ancient and almost mythical defense, the last line of protection for the city. It struggled against the oncoming force, warping and twisting under the sheer magnitude of the explosion. The barrier flickered as it absorbed the brunt of the blast, holding for just a moment longer, before the shockwave pushed through with a force that shattered its integrity.

Still, it had done its job. The explosion's power was diminished, but not fully eradicated. The final wave of destruction rolled across the remains of the city, leaving only smoldering ruins in its wake. The shockwave continued, though now its intensity had waned, enough to break through the remaining defenses but not enough to level the entire city.

The world fell into a heavy, suffocating silence.

Where once there had been a thriving metropolis, there was now nothing but ashes and ruin. A blackened, desolate crater, the legacy of Balor's final explosion.

It was over.

The cost of victory had been high. The city lay in ruin, and the survivors—if there were any—would have to rebuild from the depths of devastation. The land, scarred by the wrath of a demon's last breath, would never be the same again.

After a few minutes, everything calmed down.

After a long time, in a patch of scorched black soil, a large bag of dirt popped out.

"Cough, cough, cough~"

Geraint crawled out of the ground in a panic, protecting Argenta and the elf Delia beneath his body.

"Argenta, Delia, are you all right?"

At this moment, there was almost no complete dragon scale left on the gold dragon's body. His two dragon wings were as tattered as rags, and there wasn't much good flesh left on his body.

"Brother, we're fine!" Argenta shook her head, and Delia was also lifted out of her arms.

"Brother Geraint, are you okay?" Delia looked at Geraint worriedly.

"I'm fine. I didn't expect the Burning Explosion of the Balor to be so powerful. If it weren't for the fact that we were far away from the center of the explosion at the last moment, plus Argenta's ice magic and my fire resistance as a gold dragon, we would already be dead!"

Geraint looked around and could no longer see any creatures. There was only a huge, deep pit where Voltan City had once stood.

"This city has been completely wiped off the map!" Geraint sighed.

"That's almost half a million people!" Argenta was also a little sad.

"Where's the black dragon?" Argenta suddenly thought.

"He should be dead. He was in the very center of the explosion. With that kind of intense magical flames and high temperatures, along with the breath of the abyss, he must..."
