Reawakening: Primordial Dragon with Limitless Mana

Chapter 187: Date?

The Orc Lord who had marched into human lands with his army couldn't rest easy standing at their borders anymore.

Normally, the beast race—especially powerful ones like orcs—never saw humans as a threat. They rarely bothered with them.

Unlike the dragon realm, where strong opponents were always waiting to be challenged, humans had nothing special to offer—except good food and women.

That's why Raarka had never set foot in this realm before. He never planned to… until he saw it.

His precious daughter crying.

His mind went blank.

He had done all the dirty work this world demanded, all to protect his family. He had always been her shield.

And now, a mere human had dared to make her cry?

His Luciana?

That was a sin.

And there would be no forgiveness for that sin.

So Raarka took his army and, without the permission of the Lord he served, marched straight here.

He surrounded the county and gave the man in charge—a human lord—a week to hand over the one who dared to insult his daughter.

But on the third day, something changed.

A variation in his plan.

Raarka knew the human lord, the father of the culprit, wouldn't be able to protect his son. Humans were too weak to stand against him and his army.

But then… an unexpected twist appeared.

Dragons.

Not one, but two of them. Both strong enough to match his generals.

And not just that—there was also a beastkin among them. Someone Raarka recognized at a glance.

A warrior from the Silverloom Tribe.

Though the tribe was small, it had produced martial artists famous across the world—those blessed by the Moon Goddess herself.

To see one of them here was surprising… but Raarka wasn't shocked for long.

The man those women followed looked like someone from a high noble house.

That was enough for Raarka to know—he couldn't afford to make a reckless move anymore.

*Knock*

That was why he was here—

to handle the situation himself.

A few moments passed before the door opened, and the same red-haired boy appeared—the one who had forced Raarka to rethink his entire approach.

"Yes?" the boy asked calmly, as if the thousand men standing behind Raarka meant nothing to him.

The Orc Lord spoke first. "May I know the name of the brave one?"

Hades smirked. "Why don't you introduce yourself first?"

Behind him, Trevon swallowed hard.

The boy had definitely grown bolder—whether it came from his companions or his own strength, Trevon couldn't tell.

Raarka didn't seem offended. In fact, he gave a respectful nod and introduced himself,

"I serve the Great Lord of the South, the Third Fang, Lord Raizar. My name is Levathon Raarka, Second Commander of the Third Fang."

Hades nodded politely. "An honor to meet you, Sir Raarka. I am Aethernox Hades, heir of the Aethernox family."

Raarka's eyes widened in shock.

He had considered the possibility for a brief moment—the red hair had set off warning bells in his mind when he first saw it. But he dismissed the thought, believing it was just his imagination.

Now he knew it wasn't.

"Y-You… you're the son of the Crimson Wrath? The rumored Chaos Heir?!"

The sudden change in Raarka's tone left Quintess, Devon, and Gabriella stunned.

They didn't know much about the Dragon Realm, and so they couldn't understand what had caused such a powerful Orc Lord to react that way.

Hades knew that hiding the truth would get him nowhere. Fighting an army of a thousand beasts would only lead to disaster.

He had grown stronger, yes—but not strong enough to face this many opponents.

That's why he chose to reveal his name.

"I believe someone you know has been wronged," he said calmly.

Raarka's expression darkened at those words, but before he could speak, Hades continued, "However, solving this matter through direct confrontation… wouldn't it be better if we sit and talk, Sir Raarka?"

The Orc Lord wasn't a fool.

If the Chaos Heir himself had come here to protect the boy, then their relationship had to be close.

'This is bad…' Raarka thought grimly. He knew he couldn't afford to offend someone tied to Matriarch Aethernox.

The Third Fang had an alliance with her, and if Lord Raizar ever found out Raarka had attacked someone connected to the Matriarch, he would abandon him in an instant.

That's why Raarka sighed and replied, "Alright… let's talk—"

"Father?"

A soft voice interrupted him.

Raarka's eyes widened when he saw his precious daughter walking toward them.

She was an orc girl with small, rounded ears and pearl-black eyes—cute enough to melt even the toughest heart.

Luna and Peri had to fight the sudden urge to pet her, holding themselves back as the girl approached the group.

"Hello, I am Levathon Luciana. Nice to meet you," she said politely, bowing her head.

Hades gave her a warm smile. "Hello, I'm Hades."

Luciana then turned to her father, her tone gentle but firm. "Father, have you not changed your mind? Please… go back now."

Hades raised a brow. So it wasn't the girl who had dragged them into this mess—she was actually trying to stop it.

Raarka let out a heavy breath. "Go back to your tent, Luci. Let Papa handle this."

Luciana's shoulders drooped in quiet disappointment.

Hades sighed softly. "Let her stay, Sir Raarka. After all, Miss Luciana is the reason we're here, isn't she?"

Raarka glanced at his daughter and saw her looking back with determination in her eyes.

He can't deny her now, can he?

"Okay, let's talk."

Kaelith was currently on the southern tip of the Death Well, facing a burning ape.

The forest shook as trees burned under the flaming ape's roar. Its body was covered in molten fur, eyes glowing like burning coal. Every step it took melted the grass beneath.

"Come on," she said, smiling faintly. "You wanted to challenge the Apex and here I am."

The ape slammed its fists into the ground. BOOM! A wave of fire rushed out like a storm, turning everything ahead into ash. Kaelith raised her hand—instantly, the flames curved upward, sucked into a ball of compressed fire swirling above her palm.

She snapped her fingers. The ball shattered into sparks.

The ape roared in anger, leaping high, its massive body crashing down with both fists burning bright. The shockwave blasted trees apart—but Kaelith had already moved.

Gravity flipped. Her body shot upward, her feet landing softly on thin air. The creature's fists hit nothing but ground, sinking deep into molten soil.

Kaelith pointed two fingers down. "Fall."

The ape's body suddenly sank into the earth as though invisible hands pressed it down. It roared, struggling to rise, flames bursting from its body to counter her pull. The ground around it melted into magma.

Kaelith tilted her head, amused. "So you can fight back, huh?"

The ape's body flashed—its flames turned blue. A sphere of heat began to form between its palms, expanding, spinning faster until it became a miniature sun.

Kaelith's eyes gleamed. "Now that's more like it."

The creature threw the blazing sphere toward her. The forest vanished behind it, the explosion consuming everything in its path. Kaelith simply waved her hand. The ball stopped midair. All the energy compressed, twisted—and then collapsed into a tiny glowing dot.

A moment later, it burst outward silently, creating a wave that pulled all fire, smoke, and debris into a spiral. Gravity had turned against the world itself.

The ape stumbled, its flames dimming. It charged one last time, dragging molten fire along its path, shaking the forest. Kaelith smiled.

She clenched her fist. The air around the beast thickened, its limbs locked. "You fought well," she said softly.

Then she raised her hand—and the flaming ape lifted off the ground, twisting helplessly before crashing down with enough force to split the earth. The flames flickered, then went out completely.

Kaelith looked at the smoking crater and exhaled slowly. "That was yet another boring opponent," she whispered, brushing ash off her shoulder before walking away through the smoldering forest.

"That's because you are not fighting beings who can actually give you a challenge."

Kaelith narrowed her eyes as she saw a man standing on top of a tree.

Long, flame-like white hair that reached his heel and a pair of golden eyes.

"Layson. Why are you here?" He is one of the Generals working under Argon—and Kaelith's old comrade.

The man, crossed his arms and relayed, "I want to go on a date with-"

**BOOOOM**

A huge boulder slammed into the man but he didn't move, not the tree received any damage.

The whole boulder got crushed into dust before it could touch him.

Kaelith growled, "Choose your words carefully or Argon will have a less General under his command."

The man grinned, "Well, I am not asking you for free…there is information I would like to share. Something that might concern your family."

Kaelith narrowed her eyes…she had a bad feeling about this
