Chapter 93: The Ocean Crystal, the Rise of the Red Moon!

The sudden appearance of Kyogre had sent shockwaves across the world.

News reached the champions and elite trainers of Huaxia within moments.

In the base of the Aqua Team, an unassuming structure filled with an array of instruments, alarm sirens suddenly blared, and red warning lights illuminated the room.

The staff, startled by the sudden chaos, quickly analyzed the situation.

"Ky-Kyogre has appeared!"

"Report to the boss immediately!"

"Quick, use the satellite to observe!"

"Damn it! That satellite was smashed to pieces by Rayquaza last month!"

A man wearing a blue bandana with a pirate emblem embroidered on it appeared behind the frantic technicians.

His face lit up with fervent excitement as he studied the coordinates displayed on the instruments.

"After ten years, Kyogre has returned!"

"This location… I recall serene Bloom is stationed in that area. Contact her immediately!"

This man was Archie, the leader of Aqua Team.

His lifelong ambition was to expand the oceans and bring forth a world dominated by water.

To achieve this, he sought to gather every water and ice-type Legendary Pokémon.

At the forefront of his goals was Kyogre, the embodiment of the seas.

"Boss, ever since that last incident, Huaxia's crackdown on our Aqua Team has intensified," a subordinate cautiously reminded him.

---

Meanwhile, Kyogre's presence was as fleeting as a shooting star.

Even before Huaxia's elite trainers could arrive, the mythical Pokémon had vanished.

Back on the ship, Serene Bloom descended from the sky, visibly perplexed.

She had felt the immense, world-ending pressure from dozens of kilometers away.

Now, looking around, she saw only shock and awe on everyone's faces.

Except for Hikaru.

Hikaru was calmly treating his Pokémon with an expert touch, his hands deftly administering antidotes and potions.

His proficiency revealed his status as a top-tier Pokémon Breeder.

This boy…

He wasn't just a prodigy in battle.

A wielder of the Aura Force, a bearer of the Verdant Force, and now, a master Breeder?

Such talent was terrifying.

While Serene Bloom marveled, her gaze fell on Latias, resting beside Hikaru as he tenderly treated her wounds.

"Latias?"

Serene Bloom was stunned.

As an elite trainer, she knew the rarity and mystery surrounding this Pokémon.

Latias, known as the guardian of water city, rarely ventured out. It was said to be invisible most of the time and almost impossible to capture.

Yet here it was, visibly bonded to a young trainer.

---

"Look! The red moon is rising!"

A passenger's exclamation snapped everyone's attention skyward.

---

Latias comforted Manaphy, who was teary-eyed over the injuries sustained by its friends.

"Don't cry. Hikaru is amazing. He'll heal me in no time," Latias said optimistically.

Manaphy sniffled but still looked distressed.

Hikaru, struggling to maintain his composure, continued treating his Pokémon. Both his Aura Force and Verdant Force had been pushed to their limits in the earlier battle.

Suddenly, Manaphy's expression shifted. Its usual playful demeanor gave way to determination.

It flew into the air, releasing a melodic cry that rippled across the sea.

The ocean shimmered with faint golden lights as water Pokémon of all shapes and sizes began to appear on the surface.

Passengers were awestruck, marveling at the incredible sight.

But then, the sea stirred.

Golden beams shot out, and an enormous circular barrier slowly dissipated, revealing a resplendent structure beneath the waves—a magnificent golden temple.

The Ocean Temple had emerged.

Countless water Pokémon surrounded the temple, as if paying homage to it.

---

"Manaphy!"

Manaphy soared into the temple, vanishing for a moment before reappearing with a radiant crystal.

It carried the crystal to Hikaru, who stared in awe as its light enveloped the injured Pokémon.

---

[SS+ Treasure: Ocean Crystal (Energy Crystal)]

---

The healing light bathed Hikaru's Pokémon, soothing their wounds and revitalizing them.

"Froakie?"

"Roar?"

"Gardevoir?"

Their injuries disappeared, and in an extraordinary twist, their levels began to rise.

From Level 37… to Level 38… to Level 40!

They stopped only after reaching Level 40.

Hikaru wasn't spared from the crystal's blessings either.

He felt his Aura Force and Verdant Force strengthen significantly.

Focusing his energy, Hikaru summoned a small, glowing sphere in his palm—a Aura Sphere!

---

As the crystal dimmed, Manaphy ceased its singing.

Though its companions were healed, Manaphy's expression turned sorrowful.

"Latias, I have to leave now."

Manaphy flew to Latias, tears streaming down its face.

As the Prince of the Sea, it knew it belonged in the ocean.

Latias froze, then looked to Hikaru, seeking reassurance.

Hikaru placed a comforting hand on Latias before addressing Manaphy.

He took out a Poké Ball.

"Manaphy, can you touch this for me? I'll leave a mark so we can always find you."

Manaphy nodded and gently tapped the ball.

The ball shattered as a glowing mark appeared above Manaphy.

---

---

"This way, if we ever miss you, we can come find you," Hikaru said with a soft smile.

Manaphy nodded, still teary-eyed.

As the red moon ascended, casting an ethereal glow, Manaphy embraced Latias one last time.

Hikaru watched quietly, emotions stirring in his heart.

Finally, Manaphy handed the Ocean Crystal to Hikaru.

"Don't forget, Hikaru. You promised to summon me someday!"

"I won't," Hikaru replied.

Manaphy dove into the Ocean Temple, its form disappearing along with the magnificent structure.

Under the red moonlight, the temple faded, leaving the sea as tranquil as before.
