Taking the exclusive cable car, the Dream Crew arrived at the palace atop Drum Island's peak. 

King Wapol had already been informed that the newcomers were World Government officials with ties to the Celestial Dragons! 

This thrilled him! 

"Wa-hahaha!" 

"Welcome, esteemed officials of the World Government, to our great medical nation, Drum Island!" 

"I am King Wapol!" Wapol eagerly came forward upon seeing the Dream Crew. 

"King Wapol, is it true that your doctors are incredibly skilled?" Daisy asked directly, unaware of the situation. 

"Wa-hahaha—" 

"Of course! Our Drum Island doctors are world-famous!" 

"Honored officials of the World Government, I've already prepared a banquet in your honor. Please attend first, and I'll summon the doctors afterward," Wapol said with a wide grin. 

"No need, King Wapol. We came here only to exchange medical knowledge with your doctors. 

Take us to your best doctor first. We can skip the banquet," Daisy said firmly after exchanging glances with Ryuen and the others, knowing they didn't want to attend. 

Hearing his banquet invitation rejected, Wapol was momentarily stunned. Were they really here just for the medical expertise? 

How was he supposed to bribe these young officials now?!

"Uh (°ー°〃)" 

"Alright then, Mathis, go get the Doctor Twenty right away and tell them the World Government officials are looking for them!" Wapol canceled the banquet after seeing the firm attitude of the others. 

"Doctor Twenty?" 

"Is he a very skilled doctor?" Daisy asked with a hint of excitement. 

"Uh (°ー°〃)…" 

"No, Doctor Twenty refers to the twenty best doctors on Drum Island!" 

"They specialize in different medical fields and are the top medical experts on our island!" Wapol quickly explained. 

But then Daisy got angry. Wapol had driven away all the doctors on Drum Island just to make money, leaving only twenty to serve him as king. 

If the citizens wanted medical help, they had to pay a fortune. 

"Wapol, you're such a lousy king!" 

"You kicked out all the doctors! How can medical skills improve on Drum Island now?" 

"Do you think just those twenty doctors are enough?" 

"You're a scumbag! A piece of trash! A parasite!" Daisy was furious. 

She had been excited about visiting this country, thinking she could learn new medical techniques. But now she was completely disappointed. 

Daisy's anger left King Wapol speechless. He couldn't understand why she was so mad. 

As long as he could make money, didn't it all seem worth it? The whole world worked that way, didn't it? Even World Government officials must know this! 

Being yelled at like this caught him off guard. 

Just then, Mathis brought twenty doctors wearing white coats and holding surgical gloves. 

"Daisy, let's focus on what matters." 

"As for you... King Wapol, you're not needed here anymore." Nojiko reminded Daisy, then shot a disdainful look at Wapol. 

King Wapol froze. He was about to approach but stopped awkwardly under Nojiko's sharp gaze. 

He finally understood— these young officials from the World Government weren't going to play by the old rules! 

The Dream Exploration Team ignored Wapol and left with the Doctor Twenty. 

Although those twenty doctors were technically Wapol's people, their medical skills were real. 

Not wanting to miss this opportunity, Daisy headed to the doctors' research lab to learn from them, while the rest of the team began mapping the island. 

Back in the royal castle, Wapol enjoyed the banquet alone. Since the food was ready, he figured he might as well eat it all himself. 

"King Wapol, it seems they really are just drawing maps." 

"And that lady doctor is seriously studying medicine." Mathis reported after returning to the castle. 

"Hmm..." 

"Looks like they really are just clueless rookies. What a shame... I thought we could build ties with the Celestial Dragons," Wapol said regretfully, pausing from stuffing food into his mouth. 

"I agree. I even tried offering to help them, hinting at things, but they completely ignored me." 

"They're just a bunch of inexperienced youngsters," Mathis nodded in agreement. 

At the base of the castle mountain, Captain Dalton watched the busy Dream Exploration Team members with a serious expression. 

His job was to ensure their safety while they stayed on Drum Island. 

According to Wapol, these people were young World Government officials—and they clearly disapproved of Wapol's policy of kicking out the island's doctors...

"Ah—" 

"Um... dear officials, you can't go up there..." Dalton called out when he saw the team heading toward another mountain. 

"Hmm?" 

"Captain Dalton, why can't we go up there?" Nami tilted her head in confusion. 

"Uh (￣ェ￣;)…" 

"Well... there's a witch living up there. Even our king doesn't dare mess with her..." Dalton explained carefully. 

After a while, the team finally understood. She wasn't really a witch—just an elderly woman with excellent medical skills and a bit of a quirky personality. 

"Alright, Dalton, you can head back now. You don't need to guard us. We'll go up on our own," Ryuen said calmly.

He knew that the person living up there wasn't a witch, but the very impressive 140-year-old Dr. Kuhare, a renowned doctor! 

At that moment, Daisy returned to the group. As soon as she heard that there was another great doctor on the mountain, she couldn't hold back anymore. 

In just half a day, she had learned a lot from Doctor Twenty about various surgeries, which was their area of expertise. 

"No, I can't do that. The king's order is for me to protect you all and ensure you don't get into danger, so I can't leave," Dalton said seriously. 

"Uh (′-﹏-`;)" 

"Suit yourself. If you can keep up, then come along. Everyone, let's go up," Ryuen said, feeling a bit speechless. 

The others looked at each other and nodded. Since they didn't see a cable car, they would have to use air walking to get up. 

"Geppo!" 

With a few quick steps, the eight of them instantly started heading for the top of the mountain… 

Dalton was completely stunned watching this. 

He definitely couldn't keep up…
