Phoenix Reborn In One Piece

Chapter 110: Chapter 110: Selling the East Blue Map!

Through friendly conversations, the six girls made it clear to Ryuen who was really in charge on the ship.

Morgans and his crew watched how Ryuen's group interacted, unsure whether to feel envious or just puzzled.

Soon after, Ryuen's crew signed a partnership deal with Morgans.

They were going to sell maps!

Nami had already organized the entire East Blue sea chart, including island maps, climates, and distances between islands.

Her detailed chart covered it all.

They agreed on a 70-30 profit split, using Morgans' sales network.

Since Morgans was handling all materials and labor, getting 30% was already generous.

Each map wasn't too expensive—after all, Morgans' newspaper sold for 50 Berries a copy.

So charging 500 Berries for the map wasn't unreasonable, right?

Ryuen thought it was quite fair—only the price of ten Choppers!

After signing the deal, Morgans and his crew left quickly, knowing staying too long in one spot would attract trouble.

"Hehehe~~~"

"Even though we're only releasing the East Blue version, there are so many people there. I'm going to make a fortune!" Nami giggled, her eyes sparkling like Berries.

"Alright~~~"

"Nami, stop daydreaming. Don't you feel it's getting colder?" Nojiko said helplessly.

Whether as a child or grown-up, Nami still loved money the same way.

Nojiko's comment snapped everyone out of it—they realized it really had gotten much colder.

"Ahhh~~~"

"Oh no!"

"Hog, turn the rudder hard to the left! Ryuen, unfurl all sails! Everyone else, help out! We need to move at full speed!" Nami quickly assessed the situation and gave orders.

"Got it, Nami."

"We're on it! Move fast!"

The crew of seven immediately sprang into action, working hard across the ship.

Just as they finished all preparations, a terrifying snowstorm hit them.

The icy wind, mixed with blinding snow, made them shiver from the intense cold.

The storm tugged violently at the ship, making it hard for Hog to steer.

Everyone else struggled to adjust the sails to help the ship escape the dangerous waters.

Thanks to Nami's expert guidance, they had steered away from the storm's center just in time.

If they'd been caught in the heart of the storm, not even Ryuen's flying ability could have saved them all.

At sea, always listen to the navigator!

After battling the storm for half an hour, and under Nami's calm leadership, the ship finally escaped its grasp.

"That… that was terrifying…"

"We've never faced a snowstorm that fierce before…"

"Nami's amazing! She predicted the storm's path perfectly…"

Out of danger, everyone collapsed by the ship's railing, relieved to be alive.

"But it's still freezing here. Nami, do you think we're near Drum Island?" Leah asked weakly.

"We probably are. Drum Island is a winter island, with constant cold and snow. We should be close to its waters now," Nami replied after sensing the weather.

"I can't wait! Drum Island is famous as the world's medical capital~~~" Daisy, the team's doctor, said eagerly.

"There it is!"

"An island! A white island!" Anya suddenly shouted, pointing ahead.

"Amazing, it's all white and covered in snow! Is this a winter island?"

"So cool~~~" Leah couldn't hide her excitement about Drum Island.

Drum Island!

"Speed up! We're docking soon!"

"Alright~~~"

The Dream Ship sped up and only lowered its sails after entering Drum Island's inner river.

Seeing the snowy plains on both sides, the Dream Crew was thrilled. None of them, not even Ryuen, had ever played in snow before.

Slowly, figures appeared along the riverbanks.

They peeked out curiously at the Dream Ship, thinking it must be another group coming to find doctors for treatment.

Their king was going to make a fortune again~~~

Just as the Dream Crew was about to greet them, the villagers seemed to remember something terrifying and quickly hid away.

"Huh?"

"What's going on?"

"Why are they ignoring us? And why do they look so scared~~~?" Daisy asked in confusion, watching the Drum Island villagers hide.

"It looks like something's changed here. We'll find someone to ask once we land," Ryuen murmured.

Though still puzzled, the others suppressed their curiosity for the moment.

As the Dream Ship approached the shore, a group of soldiers appeared at the dock, seemingly the island's guards.

"Welcome, honored guests! I am Mathes, the Minister of External Affairs of Drum Island. Have you come here seeking doctors?" An old man with a greedy glint in his eyes stepped forward.

"Hey!"

"Old man, what's with that look? Don't think I can't tell what you're thinking!" Nami suddenly snapped angrily at the man on the shore.

As someone obsessed with money, she saw through the minister's greed instantly.

Hearing Nami's words, the rest of the Dream Crew still didn't fully understand but sensed the minister's bad intentions.

Their expressions immediately turned hostile.

"We are officials of the World Government, here on business with your king. Take us to your palace," Ryuen stated coldly, pulling out an official document.

"Wor... World Government officials!!!" Mathes was utterly shocked upon hearing this.

The guards on the shore began whispering among themselves.

After Hog dropped the ship's anchor, the Dream Crew jumped ashore.

Ryuen walked up to Mathes, holding the document, and said, "Look closely. This bears the Celestial Dragons' seal. Take us to your king."

Seeing the unmistakable Celestial Dragons' emblem on the document, Mathis didn't even bother reading its contents.

"Welcome, honored officials of the World Government, to Drum Island! I'll take you to meet our king right away," Mathis confirmed the seal's authenticity and immediately became obsequious.

"Lead the way!" Ryuen responded coldly.

"Y-yes, of course~~~"

"Right this way, honored guests~~~" Mathis bowed deeply and led Ryuen and his crew toward the royal palace with exaggerated servility.

The port quieted down again, and some of the villagers slowly came back out.
