Our Multiverse Adventure as Gokaigers

"It was one morning six months ago when we were asked by someone to grant you guys the Super Sentai power."

"Someone?" Shinobu tilted her head.

"Umm. I can't tell you his name, but he gathered all the Super Sentai in one place and asked for our powers."

"I see. And I guess that you guys handed your powers to him?"

"Well, at first, we didn't want to give our powers to someone we didn't know...But Ren-san's determination convinced us." Emu said with a smile.

"*Hehe* Yeah, he has that effect on people." Shinobu commented with a sweet smile on her face.

(Shinobu-san...Ren-san may have convinced us with his determination, but he still has an inner darkness that he needs to overcome. I hope that you can help him overcome that hurdle together.)

(After all, we saw what he needed the most. Ahhh, this is making me think back about the Super Sentai gathering.)

"Where are we?"

"Is this the Super battle situation again? I thought it only happened once every 500 years. And I don't remember get any invitation like last time."

"Chouriki Henshin!"

"Our powers aren't working!"

"Maagi Majuna! Our magic isn't working either."

"SGS, do you read? SGS!"

"I can't reach them. It is a signal jammer?"

"Is this a Gekiwasa, Retsu?" (GekiBlue)

"No, I don't think so, Jan. (GekiRed) It feels different."

"I can't contract anyone else. Jammers from the 21st century can't block out signal so this shouldn't be technology. Unless we're further into the future? Or maybe a different dimension?"

While some Super Sentai teams continue to try to get out of the white room, some Sentai just greeted each other casually. 

"Oh, if it isn't Oume-san! (DenziBlue) Long time no see."

"Wait, Shirou-san!? (Battle Kenya) Wow, you look so much younger than the last time we met."

"Ahahaha, Stop flattering me. But wait...hmm... on a closer look, you also look a lot younger than before, Oume-san."

Some Sentai took a look around before seeing some familiar faces.

"Yo, Hoshikawa-chan." (Five Pink)

"Honoo-san,(Red Turbo) I told you to call me Kazumi. Or else we won't be able to tell who you're talking to."

"Ahaha. Sorry, Sorry. Old habits die hard."

"You know, we should get together sometime. For old times' sake. We haven't gotten together since the Zangyack invision in 2011, right? Man, how time flies when you're not saving the earth."

"Umu. We also didn't have a chance to sit down and talk during the Strongest battle."

A voice interrupts them from behind.

"Ugh, don't remind me about that please."

"Huh? Oh, Domon-san, (Time Yellow) what's wrong?"

Mega Red; Kenta: "Don't mind him, Kazumi-san. He just jealous that he didn't get an invitation to the Strongest battle."

"It's not fair! I was the only Timeranger that didn't get the invitation. I would've won if I got invited."

Ginga Green; Hayate: "There, there Domon-san. Stop sulking already. Besides, I'm pretty sure that you would've lose."

"Why? Are you underestimating me, Hayate-san." 

"No, but the newcomers are pretty strong ya know. What was his name...Yeah. *Snap* Yamato from Zyuohger beat me, Shishi-san(Gao Red) and Samejima-san (VulShark) all by himself."

"Woh! He's that strong?"

"Yeah. We can't underestimate the new generation or else they might overtake us one day."

Then a voice interrupted Domon from behind.

"At least you didn't have to fight, Domon. We're the team that lost the most ya know."

"Huh, what did you say? Wait, Tatsuya!" (Time Red)

"Yo, Domon."

"Wait a sec Tatsuya, what do you mean your team's the one that lost the most."

"Our Martial Artist Team with me, Ryo-san (Ryuuranger), Shouhei-san (OhGreen), Remi-chan (Five Yellow) and Takeru-san (Red Mask) made it to the finals. Then when our battle was supposed to start, we were teleported away."

"Don't know why team oddball, Ryusoul Green and Ryusoul Black didn't get teleported away, but we should've at least had one match against team oddball to decide the strongest!"

"*sigh* Well, we technically didn't lose to them and it's not like team oddball won without doing anything, so I guess it's fine."

Some Sentai catch up with one another on how they're doing in life.

Ryuuranger; Ryo:"I agree but I'm pretty busy with my shop. Old age is catching up to me. Maybe I should consider retiring."

HurricaneYellow; Kouta: "Ah, tell me about it. My back's killing me these days."

Green Racer: Uesugi: "But you guys don't look that old to me. To be honest, all of you guys seem way younger than I remember."

Oh Red; Goro: "I don't know what is happening either, we look like we are back in our early days. But I have memories up to the Super Sentai Derby Coliseum."

And it seems that one group in particular is attracting a lot of attention to themselves.

"Omg, No Way! Our delusion became so strong that we're seeing all official members!"

"And also, some people I don't know? Well, they're not important." He quickly tosses them to the back of his mind.

"What important is Chief (Bouken Red), Jan-san (GekiRed) and even Gai-san (Black Condor) and wait is that...Sayaka-san!"(ChangeMermaid)

(Note: His crush in his world is named Sayaka. ChangeMermaid from Changeman is also named Sayaka.)

"Can you believe it, Blue, Yellow!" The man turned toward his two companions; A high schooler and a person who seems to be cosplaying as Konata Izumi.

"Wow! This is super amazing Red! So many materials for the next comiket!"

 "Ehehehe, I'm going to bring in cash big time. I might be able to buy a new cosplay while affording my rent this month."

"Wait a sec you two, this can't be really happening right? Normally, we don't see their actor. Something must have happened."

"Who cares about how we're able to see them! The point is that we're seeing them right now!"

"Nobuo-ji, what if it's Malshiina and the Chief Clerk disguising as the official members?

"Hmm, you make a great point, Yumeria. But I don't think we'd have the budget for that kind of event. In that case,..."

"Hey, Mitsuki-chan, why don't you go get chief's autograph. You're a fan, right? Then doesn't a fan need to have their star's autograph or they're not a real fan, right?"

"That's right! That's right! Now Mitsuki-chan, get to it."

"Wait a sec. What are you talking about. Don't push me!" 

"Wahh!" She got push and almost fall down but luckily, she front flip using her hands and balance herself.

"Phew, that was close." She wipes her sweat and open her eyes to see a person's feet. She slowly looks up and saw Chief Akashi.

Her eyes widen and she quickly searches her body for something.

"Um... Chief, would you please sign it!" She handed him a notebook.

"Sure. Do you have a pen or something?"

"Ah." Mitsuki searches her pockets for a pen for something that can write.

"Hey Mitsuki, catch!" Nobuo toss Mitsuki a marker.

Chief then grab the marker and sign it. He handed it back to Mitsuki.

"Thank you, Chief!"

"*Nod* Don't mention it."

Mitsuki did one last bow before rushing back. Then Natsuki (Bouken Yellow) tapped Chief's back.

"Hey Chief, do you know that person?"

"Not a clue."

"Wow, this is chief's real autograph...Yay! I'm going to treasure this delusion and save it in my memory."

Then, the main door opened, and a middle-aged person came out. He then looks around the room before speaking.

"Good morning, everyone. You all must be confused about why I've brought you here but first let me introduce myself."

"My name is Hatte Saburo. You al-"

"Ah! You finally show yourself, Hatte Saburo! You won't get away this time!" A long figure in the crowd shouted.

The Sentai all turn to look at the man. The man was wearing a red jacket with a scarf and a green shirt underneath.

"Let's go, Blue, Yellow! Jyumonsou!" Nobuo then took out what seems to be an anime girl figurine which transformed into a gun.

"Zyukyuu~"

"Wai-wait!!"

"Don't try to rush in alone!"

"AkibaRed! Pain is power!" The man did a pose before jumping at Hatte.

Then, out of nowhere, a fist hit him at the back of his head.

"Stop before you embarrass us further!"

"Sorry! Sorry! The old man's not right in the head. Sorry!"

Moegi (AkibaYellow) and Mitsuki (AkibaBlue) then tie down Nobuo with a rope that they got from somewhere and shove his scarf in his mouth.

"Ahem. As I was saying, you all must be wandering why I brought you here."

"I know this might be sudden, but I...iie (no), the world needs your help."

"In the near future, there will be a threat that even Super Sentai can't hope to face."

That statement got the attention of several Sentai senshi. 

RyusoulGreen; Towa: "Huh, aren't you underestimating us."

Lupin Red; Kairi: "We're pretty strong, ya know."

"Yeah!"

"In the first place, why should we trust anything you says!"

"Yeah! Why should we listen to you!"

Zyuoh Eagle; Yamato: "Everyone, please calm down!" Yamato tried to calm down people around him, but his lone voice couldn't penetrate other voices combined.

"Quiet down!" A shout made everyone quiet and turn their attention to the person.

"Hatte-san, first, can you tell me why we're back into our younger bodies? According to my memories, I'm supposed to be over 60."

"Ah yes, Big One, I made it so that all of your bodies were reverted to when you were acting as a Sentai. As you know some of you are getting up in your years. If you'd like, I can revert it back to the original."

"No, that's allright. It's been a while since I've seen familiar faces, so I don't mind. Then for my second question, can you tell us more about this threat that we'll have to face?"

"Ah yes. Of course."

H.S snapped his fingers, and a screen appeared up and on it, play the opening of Zenkaiger.

The screen showed the Goranger jumping off a cliff and AkaRanger facing off the members of the Black-cross army.

Goranger: Us? 

[It happened without warning.]

The screen showed a few mechanical gears shift before the sky turned purple and swallowed Akaranger.

It showed a chip like object falling on the floor.

"What?! Goranger lost?"

It then showed the same situation with the Zyurangers.

Tyarnoranger; Geki: "Impossible, we couldn't even do anything to it."

Then the same with Kiramager.

"Us too!?"

It showed the Super Sentai teams being swallowed one after another with none of them being able to do anything about it.

[Countless worlds found themselves trapped within small machines, unable to resists.]

"They are Kikaitopia's evil rulers, the Tojitendo Dynasty, who seek to conquer all worlds. And from the vision of the oracle, it seems that they succeed in the future."

"Beings like me who uphold justice and neutral can't let the multiverse rule by this group. But the rule that was written from the dawn of time state that we can't use our powers in the lower world."

"This is why I've decided to choose a new team of Sentai. One that would have the power of all the Sentai and more. Think of them as the successor to the Gokaiger if you will. I plan to make them the Strongest Sentai ever."

Nobuo: "What! That's an awesome idea! With all of their powers combined the senshi that'll get them is definitely going to be the strongest senshi in history. That is...That is..."

"That is amazing!! This unlocks some many possibilities. Imagine Chief who can also use Magiranger's power or Red Mask with the added on martial arts skills of Ryuuranger and Gekiranger!"

The Sentai at this point chose to ignore Nobuo who has lost himself in his delusions. Instead, they turned their attention to the person that spoke up. 

Gokai Red; Marvelous: "Oi, aren't you forgetting something. We never agreed to have a successor. We're still alive and kicking."

"The Sentai can just give their powers to us, and we'll wreck whatever threats that comes our way."

Kairi: "That's right. Now that we know what's coming, we can make a plan to stop them with all the Sentai senshi."

"Yeah, in the video, all of us were defeated one team at a time. I'm sure we can win if all of us combine forces this time."

"And why should we give up our powers to someone we don't even know. There's no threat we can't overcome if we unite the powers of Super Sentai."

Then Takaharu (AkaNinger) speaks up.

"If we really needed help, we could always ask the Kamen Riders."

"Oh, right. Hey, why are you only asking for our powers and not the Riders? If the threat is serious then they should also be here."

"Maybe this threat isn't a real threat at all!"

Some of the senshi started to complain and they began asking questions again.

"Umm...Unfortunately, the Riders are also dealing with their own's problems. Something about Rider history being rewritten...or something like that. Anyway, we have our own jurisdictions and threats to worry about."

"You see, I am the god of the Sentai universe, not the Rider verse. If I wanted to ask the Riders for help, I have to ask their god, and demon lord of the Kamen Rider universe. And let's just say that me and the demon lord are not on very good terms right now."

Gosei Red; Alata: "May I ask what happened?"

"Oh, it's nothing to worry about. The last time the three of us went out for dinner, The Rider god and I ditched him to pay for the bill by sneaking out from the bathroom window."

All: (Ugh. What a terrible thing to do.)

"Since then, he's been angry at me and the Rider god. But it's nothing a couple of years can't fix."

"*Ahem* Putting that aside, how about considering my offer? With all of your powers plus my new team, I'm sure that we won't need the riders help."

Akared: "H.S-san, since you have the power to bring all of us here then don't you have the power to stop this evil."

"I do. But as I said, beings like me cannot interfere with the worlds very much. I cannot grant you all any powers of mine. Asking for your powers for somebody else is already pushing the limit."

"That's why, please entrust your powers to me, Super Sentai. I beg of you, for the sake of the multiverse." H.S bowed his head at the Sentai teams.

"What should we do?" "I don't know." Mummers begin to spread out again as the Super Sentai debate on what they should do.

"What do you think, Right." (ToQ1go)

Right: "We gave our keys to Gokai silver and look how it turned out. It turned into the Super Sentai derby colosseum."

"Now that you mentioned it, where's Gokai silver or any of the other sixth senshi?"

Shinken Pink; Mako: "Yeah, I don't see Genta (ShinkenGold) anywhere."

"Excuse me, H.S-san, why aren't there any sixth senshi here?"

"Oh, they are deciding on the sixth member of the team I chose. As you know, the sixth senshi always join late to the team and is at odds with the main team so I've asked all the sixth senshi to help train the one I choose."

"But Ren doesn't need to be train like her since he already knows what it means to be a Sentai. He just needs you guys to guide him as his Sempai."

Right: "Even so, H.S-san, when Gokai Silver asked us for our ranger keys to use for entertainment, we agreed because we trusted him. Back then the Ranger keys were just decorations, they fell into the wrong hands and the earth was threaten."

RyusoulBlue; Melto: "This time you're asking for our full powers. If they somehow fell into the wrong hands again, the consequences will be unimaginable."

"I can make sure that will never happen. I will add a limit to their powers. For example, if one senshi were to attack another with clear intent to harm, even if one of them is stronger than the other, it will make it so that their powers are equal with the other."

"I will even make it so that you guys can control the amount of powers that they can use if they're doing something that break the Sentai code."

Melto: "Even so..."

The Sentai felt conflicted giving their powers to some they don't know. It could be dangerous for the Sentia powers to fall into the wrong hands but the threat H.S-san said earlier is also a concern.

If the god of their universe can't stop the threat, do they really have to put their trust on the one that he chose? Some of them didn't like putting all their bet on one person alone without any other options.

While most Sentai are still in doubt, Akared once again came to their aid.

"H.S-san, how about you show us who we'll be giving our powers to? I'm sure this will help make our decision easier."

"Yes, of course, Akared." H.S snapped his finger, and they were transported into a movie theater.

On the screen showed a mountain at night before zooming into the trees and they see a young boy running with a katana.

"This is Kosuke Ren. The one I chose to inherit your powers."

"Hey look, Ren is running."

"Nossan, (Kyoryu Blue) now is not the time for old man jokes."

"Haha. Sorry, Sorry. I couldn't resist."

Ren jumped up to the tree, grab the tree branch to pull himself up and then jump from tree to tree instead of running.

Ninja Red; Sasuke: "Is it just him who will inherit our powers? What about the rest of the team?"

"That decision is his to make. I won't force someone to become a senshi who risks their lives to protect others with the person agreeing to it."

Domon: "Letting him make the decision, isn't that a little reckless? This much power can't be given to just anybody he like."

"You don't have to worry about that. If you know him as much as I do, you'll realize that he can be trusted to choose the right people."

On the screen, Ren narrowed his eyes and adjusted his grip on the katana as a creature jumped at him.

[Die kid!]

Some Sentai tensed up, but their worries were relieved when the boy dodged the creature. The boy then did something that surprised almost all the Sentai.

He twisted his body and water came out of the blade as it cut through the demon's neck. The demon turned to ashes and the boy resume running.

Kotoha: "Wow, Lord-sama, Is that Mojikara?"

Takeru: "No, a sword needs a disk to use Mojikara, unless, they have really great control of Mojikara. But precise control on that level without external help has never been achieved before."

"This world is called Demon Slayer. In this world there exists creatures of the night called demons. They feed on the flesh of human and is led by a very powerful demon called Muzan Kibutsuji."

H.S then shows the Sentai a picture of Muzan.

Yumeria: "No way, Michale Jackson!? Oh wait, is he this world's Michale Jackson?"

Blue Mask; Akira: "That's definitely Michale Jackson!"

"Aha...*Sweat drop* Although the similarities are uncanny, he is not Michale Jackson. He's Muzan Kibutsuji, the originator of the Demons."

"Let me give you a little history lesson."

"A millennium ago, during the Heian Era, Muzan was turned into a demon from an experimental treatment for his terminal illness. At first Muzan thought that his illness was not cured so out of anger, he killed the doctor." A clip shows Muzan killing his doctor.

*Gasp* "How horrible!"

"Tch."

*Grit*

"But just after killing his doctor, he discovered that his body was beaming with power like never before. But he needed to eat and drink human flesh and blood. He didn't mind that. But when dawn came, Muzan instinctively knew that sunlight would kill him."

"During the day, he would hide from the sunlight while at night, he would rampage." The video showed Muzan killing the police.

*Grit* "If only the Shiba family were there."

"Muzan rampaged as he pleased while creating demon to search for the Blue Spider Lily; a flower that would make him overcome the sun. While Muzan created more and more demons, an organization was formed called the Demon Slayer corps."

"The Demon Slayer battle the demon with their special swords made out of ores which are found on high mountains which are perpetually bathed in sunlight all throughout the year. One clear cut to the neck is all it takes to kill a demon."

"But some demons have a technique called blood demon arts which differ from demon to demon. Some can be as simple as longer claws while some are harder to deal with such as illusions, pocket dimensions or mind control via sound."

"Oh, and the Demon Slayers managed to overcome all that without any powers?"

"Actually, in the Sengoku period, the Demon Slayers found a man named Yoriichi who taught the Demon Slyers breathing techniques."

"Breathing techniques? Like hold it in for five second and release for eight second?"

"You're wrong." Sosuke (Go-On Red) butted in to the conversation.

"It's hole three and release eight."

"Oh, is that so."

"You idiots!" Gunpie (Go-On Black) hit the back of their heads. "It's clearly what he's not talking about!"

"It's this." Hatte Saburo showed them some clips about Water and Thunder breathing.

"Amazing!"

"It's pretty impressive that they managed to use the human body as a weapon."

"Oi, say it in a nicer way."

"Armed with Breathing Techniques, the Demon Slayers were killing demon at a faster rate than ever before."

"One day, Yoriichi encountered Muzan. Yoriichi gave it his all as the strongest Demon Slayer alive but in the end, Muzan escaped by dividing himself into 1800 pieces of flesh to escape. Yoriichi was only able to cut down 1500 pieces and Muzan lived."

"So, the demons need to be destroyed in one shot, or they can regenerate. Simple attacks won't work then. We'd have to use our finishing move right from the start without making him fear us." 

"But that battle left a deep scar on Muzan. He was afraid of something other than the sun for the first time. That fear was so big that even four hundred years after Yoriichi's death, Muzan still remains completely afraid of him."

"That's why Muzan never go out alone as a demon ever since. He instead made a demon group called the Twelve Kazuki, a group of demons at his service that will do whatever he asks."

"Right now, in the Taisho period, Ren's participating in the Final-Selection which determine whether he'll join the Demon Slayer corps."

"Well, that's the gist of it without getting into all the details."

They see a couple more clips of Ren beheading some demons with the hand demon showing last.

TimePink; Yuri: "His skills are certainly impressive. But he's still a child. A child shouldn't be forced to grow up, they should act their age and have fun without worry."

"Are we sure that we can throw the responsibility of saving the entire multiverse onto him. Why don't you let us help his world from demons and then we all can figure out how to deal with the next threat."

H.S: "I'm afraid that won't work. According to the agreement I made, I'm not allowed to take more than two souls there. I've already used up my slots."

"...Two? Who's the other one if I may ask."

"It's a se.cr.et." The old man said in a cute high school girl manner with his finger on his lips.

Some Sentai shudder. (Creepy.)

Pink Turbo; Haruna: "Well, the ToQger proved that children shouldn't be underestimated, right. Besides. we also had some highschoolers and kids as Sentai back in the day so it should be fine."

"Yes. He has also been trained before taking this test." H.S waved his hand and the screen showed Ren training in front of a man wearing a tengu mask.

[Umu, not bad. Again.]

[Yes!] Ren dash at Urokodaki and throw a faint with his left hand. Then he uses his right hand as support and went for a high kick.

Urokodaki lean back and grab the back of my foot. Ren try to kick him again with his other foot, but Urokodaki tosses Ren into the air before his foot could reach him.

Ren spins in the air and fall onto the ground.

[Good, you didn't give up attacking. But it's useless against a demon if you can't land a clean hit. Again.]

H.S: ''Next, I'll show a few moments of Ren Kosuke in his true nature."

The screen changed into Ren sitting next to a tree on the mountain.

[Hey, do you think what I'm doing is stupid?] 

[Well, you can't answer since you're a tree but who cares.]

[I've been in this mountain for six months and been training ever since. I wonder what will happens once I get to killing demons. I mean, I know that they eat humans and deserve to die but you know, I want to be...how should I put it...better.]

[I want to be better, not at killing demons but at being hopeful about human nature. I can't help thinking about it. Most demons are scums but there are also a few that could've been better people if they were given a chance.]

[And I don't know how to make it happen. I don't want to burst your bubble tree, but I'm pretty bad at talking to other people around my age. I don't know how to inspire others, make them change or see the errors in their ways.]

[But it seems that I am very good at fighting and killing if Urokodaki's words are true. *Yawn* Well, I don't think I'll have to worry about that soon. I'll just let future me deal with that heavy stuff.]

[*Smirk* For now, Let's just make sure I'll have the power to make those decisions myself.]

Some Sentai members thought about Ren's words.

ShiShi: "Not bad Ren-boy but if one wants to inspire others, they must inspire themselves first."

[Scene Change]

[Urokodaki-san, as you know, I come from another country. I don't know much about the custom of this country so if it's not too much to ask, would you please teach me.] Ren bowed down till his head touch the floor mat.

RyusoulGreen: "Why is he doing this, isn't it kind of useless? Just focus on improving your techniques. It's basically life or dead for him."

LupinBlue: "No, these things are necessary for him if he want to function well later. It's also needed to blend in with the people. He is in the Taisho period, yes?"

"Yes. It's hasn't been long since the beginning of the Taisho period."

"Then given that our world's history the same, it'd make sense that he'd want to blend in with the crowd. From the footages that we were shown, if he acts like a modern-day person, he'd attract attention to himself."

"And this organization that he's going to join is just like samurai serving under a lord. For a samurai, it's not just about being good with a sword. He has to know other traditional requirements too."

Shinken Green; Chiaki "I hate to admit it but yeah, even I was taught these things from my old man, even if he wasn't as strict as Ryunosuke's dad."

Shinken Blue; Ryunosuke "Chiaki! There's no need to bring my father into this! Besides, your lack of skill didn't help us at first you know! "

Shinken Green; Chiaki: "Hah! What did ya say!"

{They use headbutt on each other.}

{It's not very effective.}

Shinken Red; Takeru: "Regardless, such training is necessary if he want to be a samurai. Especially if he wants to use the full extent of the Shinkenger's power.

[Scene Change]

[You know, I think I have issues. When Urokodaki-san hugged me and said that he was proud of me, it brought back some memories. Not necessarily good memories but well, it's complicated.]

[Do you think I need to sort out my emotions? Nah, I'm just going to bottle them up and push it down to the deepest parts of my brain.]

[Well, what do you know! You're just a tree!]

All: (*Sweat drop* His mental health is getting worse.)

[A few days later,]

[Look, I'm sorry I yelled at you before. I'm going to travel the country slaying demons starting tomorrow and well....] I shyly look away and rub his head. [I didn't want to part ways on bad terms.]

[You've been a great listener for the last two year and I'm grateful for that. So, Thank you for all your help. See you again, if I'm still alive.] Ren had a smile on his face, as he left the tree.

Magi Green; Makito: "Umu. It's good that he apologized. It's a good thing to have tree friends."

Kiramai Pink; Sayo: "I may not be a psychologist, but I think he needs someone to talk to. Maybe his team or a partner in the future would do him some good."

Makito : "Hey, it's perfectly healthy to talk to trees."

Magi Yellow; Tsubasa: "Ni-san, give it a rest. You're not a doctor."

Makito: "Tsubasa, how could you betray your big bro like that." *Sob* *Sob*

[Ah~ I wonder how I'll pose in the future. I should start training now if I want it to be cool. But they can't be just copy and paste words. I have to add a little originality.]

[Now, which pose should I do first? Let's start with an easy one.]

The scene then shows Ren doing some poses. 

[*Snap*]

Then Ren changed into a different pose.

[Soaring through the air like a bullet. And the shining sun at my back! VulEagle!]

Nobuo: "Not bad, Not bad at all. seven out of nine points."

Yumeria: "Huh, isn't it supposed to be ten points?"

Nobou: " "Hump, my scaling system is too complex for casuals to understand, my dear Yumeria."

Yumeria: "What's that supposed to mean! "

Nobou: "It means that you're not one of the top six Sentai fans. They'd understand what I mean."

After posing for a while, Ren's body language became depress. His knees touch the ground, and he began to mummer to himself.

[Ahh, I'm so lonely. I need to interact with someone other than Urokodaki-san! Kuhhh, I want a tall girl with big boobs to hug me tight and says everything's going to be ok.]

Ninja Yellow; Seikai: *Nods* "I agree."

Some of the other Sentai members from the 90s yelled out too.

"Yeah!"

"This kid knows what he's talking about."

"So true."

*Nod* *Nod*

Their female teammates all deadpan at them with one thought inside their head.

(Perverts.)

Then the scene changed to a fight between Ren and a white hair demon.

[Don't fuck with me spider boy! If I'm going down, I'm taking you with me!] Ren threw away any kind of defense and solely focused on slicing the demon's neck even if he gets killed in the process.

The faces of Sentai that knew martial arts and how to use a sword turned serious.

Ryuuranger; Tenkasei Ryo: "This could be a problem. He's throwing away his defense in order to properly slice off that demon's head."

"Isn't that a good thing? Some of us fight like that too sometimes."

Retsu: "But we all have our suit to fall back on, he doesn't. Although his uniform is resistance to demon attacks, it got cut by those threads earlier."

Jan: *Nod* "If his attack gets avoided somehow, he'll die."

[I won't let you kill meeee!]

Shinng

Ren's sword fully cut through the demon's neck.

Aba Red; Ryouga: *Smirk* "The kid has guts, that for sure."

[Scene Change]

[Yes! Shinobu agreed to go on a date! I can't mess it up! I need some advice! This date has to be perfect!]

[Now, let's see...How many friends do I have? Urokodaki , Kawajima-jii , Rengoku-san , Shinobu, Aoi, Sumi, Naho and Kiyo-chan... There's no one useful! Also, I might need more friends.]

[Well, Aoi and the girls do know Shinobu, but if I already know what she like, isn't this date kind of meaningless? That leave me with ...hmmm...Nobi!] Ren snap his finger and his legs turned into circles as he dashed to the Kakushi resident.

[Scene Change]

[After the date]

[Kyaa, Shinobu-chan so cute!]

[We even held hands tonight! I gripped her soft and muscular hands and squeezed them! Gyahahah! You can tell she worked hard just by the callus on her hand.]

[I'm never washing this hand again!]

[Wait...what if we hold hands again and my hands are dirty!? That can never happen! I should go wash my hands right now!]

[...But this hand touched Shinobu's hand. Wouldn't it be kind of an insult to wash my hands immediately after our date?]

[Alright. It's decided. I will wash my hands tomorrow morning after I finish reminiscing about our date.]

RedRacer; Jinnai: "Ah, I remember someone like that. Don't worry Shinobu-san, you'll ease into it."

Abare Blue: *Shudder* (His spirit reminds me of Emiri before we got married.)

[Rengoku-san, what do you think about killing demon? I mean, I won't hesitate to do it, but I can't help thinking what if? What if they had a good childhood? What if they were good people?]

[I'm not going to lie Ren, if a demon kills and devours humans, there's no coming back for them. It won't bring back the people that were killed. And if you show them an opening, they'll kill you without mercy.]

[In my time as a Demon Slayer, I've never once met a demon who could be saved. Even their families and loved ones will be killed if one turn into a demon.]

[Our duty is to slay those demons before they kill any human. Because we may not be able to help those who've already turned into a demon but we're able make sure that no one else will suffer the same fate.]

[The duty of those who are born strong is to help the weak. That's what my mother taught me. It's also the principle that I live by. I'm not trying to convince you to have the same principle.]

[Everyone in this world has their own choices and paths to follow. As your Mentor, it's my duty to help you find that path instead of making one for you.]

[It might take a while before you find your own path but when you do, you will realize whether it's worth it or not. I think that as long as you can held your head high while remembering the decisions you've made, it'll be worth it.]

Ren didn't look convinced by Rengoku's words.

[Well, instead of just killing them, you taking time asking these kinds of questions that I've never had, already proves that you have a heart that loves people.]

[That's not true at all...I-I just don't want to feel guilty. I'm not a good person like you Rengoku-san.]

[Don't belittle yourself Ren.]

[You see, I come from a family that has killed demons for generations. As a Demon Slayer, especially a Hashira, I've seen the cruelty of demons. That's why killing demons without thinking anything more is a normal thing for me.]

[I've never thought to stop and ask myself those questions. As your mentor, I'm honestly a little embarrassed].

[No! Please don't put yourself down, Rengoku-san! If I'm in a tough situation, I don't trust myself to make the right choice that could save everyone if I had to sacrifice myself. I'm actually a very selfish person.] Ren bow to Rengoku unable to meet his expections.

[Then there's only one thing I can do for you.] Rengoku put his hand on Ren's shoulder.

[Ren, if you won't trust your own judgement, trust in mine. Because I believe in you.]

Listening to Rengoku, a lot of Sentai showed a smile.

[Rengoku-san...] Ren lowered his head unable to meet Rengoku Kyojuro's honest gaze. He even checked the heartbeat of the man in front of him and no lies were spoken. 

[I see. 'I believe in you' eh? How cliche.] Ren muttered before facing Rengoku with a smile.

[Sorry...and Thank you, Rengoku-san.]

Just for a moment, Rengoku face got overlaid by Red Buster's shadow.

Hiromu and Marvelous widened their eyes a bit in surprise.

Hiromu: (Even tho the situation is a bit reverse, the meaning is the same.)

Marvelous: (Heh, I can't believe I'm remembering those words again after almost eight years.)

They glanced at each other before returning their attention to the screen.

[*Nod* You should finish eating before the Ramen gets cold.]

[Yes!]

"Hey, why can't we let this Rengoku-san take the Sentai powers instead of Kosuke. He clearly has the experience, the heart and more importantly, he's stronger than Kosuke."

"Yes, it is true that there may be some who are far more suited to wield the Sentai powers than Ren. But he has a power that nobody else has."

"A special power?"

"Well, I can't tell you about it cause it's against the rule but let's just say it makes him pretty much unbeatable if he learns how to use that power. Now, let's resume watching."

[Kyaa!]

[Your mine!] The demon released a fire breath aimed at the lady.

[I won't let you!] Ren arrived in front of the fire breath.

Water breathing eighth form: Waterfall Bashing.

Ren cut down the fire and glanced back at the lady he protected.

[Are you ok, ma'am?]

[Ah, ye--yes!]

[Get out of here. Find somewhere safe.]

[Hai!] The lady ran away from the scene as Ren focus back onto the demon.

[Kuh, what a useless thing to do. Just give up and die, demon slayer. I haven't eaten a meal since last night. I think your meat should be quite delicious.] The demon licked his lips.

[You know, I'm starting to get bored of killing waste like you. At least get me a demon from the twelve Kazuki. You get what I'm saying? You're not even worth my time.]

[How dare you!] *Fuuuu* The demon inhales a large amount of air before releasing it all at me in a burst of flames.

[Thunder breathing first form: Thunderclap and Flash three-fold.]

Ren first dash at the flames then flew up onto the nearby roof and went straight for the demon.

The demon whose vision was blocked because of his own's fire blast, boasted about killing Ren.

[Kahyahyahya, what'd you think of that demon slayer! Oh right, you can't answer me because you're dead. Kahyahyahya!]

Then the demon was startled by the sound of thunder in front of him.

[Average at best.]

*Shiing*

Ren cut off the demon's head. A decapitated head flew in the air before landing on the ground and seeing its own headless body.

Ren then sheathe his katana as Rengoku pop up from behind a house.

[Nicely done, Ren.]

[No, the demon was pretty easy to kill, Rengoku-san. Although, the village might need some new houses.] Ren look back at the burning houses behind him.

[Why don't we put out the fire first before talking about the battle.]

[Sure thing, Rengoku-san.]

Rengoku watches Ren's back as he ran toward the burning houses. 

[(You could've cut off the demon's head instead of saving that woman first. You could've leave saving the woman to me and focused on cutting the demon. Ren, you may not see it, but you truly have a kind heart.)]

H.S paused the screen.

"Well, what do you think? I believe I've shown more than enough for now."

H.S: "What do you think, AkaRed? Do you think that Kosuke Ren can inherit the legacy of Super Sentai."

AkaRed: " He does indeed have the traits of a Super Sentai and I can feel the Red senshi spirit inside him. I agree to him being the next generation of Super Sentai and carrying our legacy."

"But the Grand Powers of Super Sentai can only be given after his team is fully form."

H.S: "But AkaRed, wouldn't it be better to give him the Grand Powers early on so that he can master them?"

AkaRed: "No." AkaRed shake his head. "The Grand powers are too much for him to bare alone for now."

"Plus, Super Sentai is not one person alone. It's a team of individuals, each fighting for a better future with their own reasons."

"If the team that Kosuke Ren has gathered can't understand that, we will not be giving them the Grand Powers. I will not change this decision no matter what."

"On that I agree." Someone from the crowd raise her hand.

"I cannot trust a person I don't know on saving the world. Make no mistake I'll give him my Ranger key, but a Grand Power is a symbol of what that Sentai has achieved after becoming a Sentai. I won't hand it over easily."

"Yeah. We feel the same way."

"Us too. Sentai members aren't anyone's underlings! They are comrades. It's important to know the difference."

H.S: "I see. Very well then Tsuruhime, Liveman and Kyoryuger. I'll leave the task of convincing you to Kosuke Ren."

H.S: "What about you, Akaranger? Do you think Kosuke Ren can take on the Sentai's legacy."

Akaranger; Kaijo: "Just as AkaRed said, he got the heart that strive for justice, love and hope. Plus, the willing ness to change and a wish for a brighter future."

"That why we, the Himitsu Sentai Gorenger agree to give our power to the next generation. I'm with AkaRed's decision on the matter of giving them the Grand Powers."

Big one; Banba: "Umu. Super Sentai exists to protect the earth's future. We fight to keep the smile of children alive. As a Super Sentai senshi, I think that everyone here will agree that this Kosuke Ren may not be the best choice but, he surely got what it takes to be a senshi."

"We, JAKQ will trust all of our powers except the Grand power to the next generation."

H.S: "What about the rest of you guys?"

Denziman: "We, Denziman, also agree to give him our powers."

Changeman: "As our sempai put it, we're willing to trust this Kosuke Ren." 

Kyuuranger: *Nod*

Carranger: "Us too."

ToQger: "Umm." *Nod*

Megaranger: "We agree as well. It's not like we'll be using our powers any time soon."

Takeru: "Umm. He may not be a lord but, he's got a fine samurai spirit."

Boukenger: "Why not. It seems like an interesting adventure."

Yamato: We will give our powers also. To protect every life on the planet."

Patranger: "If it's to defeat evil then we will gladly give up our powers."

Nobuo: "As a fellow Otaku, I'm more than happy to see a friend living out his delusion. I'm all for it."

Lupinranger: "Guess we don't have a choice."

Yumeria: "It'll be fun!"

 Kiramager: "I can't wait to see them shine."

All of Super Sentai starting from Himitsu Sentai Gorenger until Mashin Sentai Kiramager agree to give Ren their powers as Ranger keys formed over their head and fly into the Gokai treasure chest.

"Thank you everyone. And Akibarangers, I promise there will be a season two for you guys." 

Nobuo: "Alright! Just wait! We'll show you what we can do with our show to make it last as long as we can."

"Also, since you're the god of the Sentai world, can you, I don't know, make Sayaka-san and I... Hehehe do stuff..."

Mitsuki: "Nobu-oji, That's gross."

Yumeria: *Nod*

Nobuo: "Kuh. S-Shut it. I won't pose for your drawing anymore, you rotten person." (It's written as rotten person and read as Fujoshi.)

Yumeria: "Ah! Not in front of the official members, Baka Nobuo!"

After the Sentai finished giving their ranger keys into the treasure chest The treasure chest then floated off the ground toward H.S when-

"Wait a second. The rest of them may agree but we don't."

A foot stomps on the top of the treasure chest placing it down. The foot belongs to the one and only captain Marvelous.

"Not until he shows us what he's made of. I'm not handing the Ranger keys to a kid who won't even take care of his life."

"Then Marvelous-san, are you refusing to give him your Ranger keys?"

"That's right. If he wants our treasures, he ought to come and get in himself. After all, that's what pirates do, right?"

The Gokaiger look at their captain's antics and show a helpless smile as they look at each other.

"Alright, do as you like Captain Marvelous. I believe in the person I chose."

"Heh, we'll see."

Marvelous shot a grin before they were all teleported away.

(Extra Scene)

H.S: "Ha~ They'll never make it easy, will they. At least I managed to lie to them about the threat somehow. That threat will be taken care of by Zenkaiger anyway. I hope they won't be too mad if they found out."

"I did my part, but you'll have to do the rest on your own Ren. It shouldn't be too hard. I know you'll do a fine job."

"Now, Let's go bother Rider-chan. I wonder if the Demon lord is free too. I tell you what, for a demon lord of time, he's always busy." H.S disappeared in a flash.

(It seems like Ren-san managed to prove himself to Marvelous-san.) 

Yamato finished his flashback and came back to the present when he heard Shinobu's next question.

"What happen to the ranger keys when their original owners pass away?"

"Hmm, you don't have to worry about losing your powers."

"Really? So these powers don't disappear after their owners die?"

"No. You're thinking it the wrong way Shinobu-san."

Shinobu tilted her head at Emu.

"It's not a question of these powers disappearing nor about their user dying. The Sentai spirit doesn't die."

"As long as someone remember us in their heart, we'll never truly die, thus Super Sentai remain eternal."

"*Nod* That's right. That's how Black Condor, TimeFire and AbareKiller kept living on. As our sempai did before us, we must also keep fighting for the newer generation like you guys."

"I see. But isn't it scary? Protecting the earth from threats that can destroy everything and kill you time and time again. Do you guys ever feel scared of losing?"

"Of course, we do."

"We do get scared losing and worry about our loved one, friends and such when we fight."

"Then-" Sela cut Shinobu off.

"But. What make us able to face such threats head on is the same reason as what make us worry in the first place." 

Yamato spoke after Sela. "Every Sentai have something in common with each other. Yes, we know that no matter how many times we defeat the forces of evil, a new one will just take its place."

"Even so, we are all fighting for a better future, no matter how small the difference is. That's why we can't afford to lose."

"We will always fight threats with our unwavering hearts, to protect our precious world, and to protect everyone's smiles. That's what make us worthy of the name, Super Sentai."

"I see." Shinobu smile and look around her.

(I can tell that all of them believe those ideals. No matter how stupid I think it is.) Shinobu sighs. (Ahh~ I guess they don't have any other ulterior motive. They're just good people trying to do better.)

"I think I understand you guys now. Thank you for answering my questions." Shinobu got up and bowed at the Zyuohger.

The cube started shining and the top half begin rotating again.

"Oh, looks like it's time for you to go back."

"Goodbye and thank you again for everything, Zyuohger."

"Don't mention it."

"See you again."

Tusk and Sela nodded.

Yamato got up to look at Shinobu in the eyes and says, "You don't have to worry too much living up to us. Just be yourselves. After all, you guys are the Gokai successor."

That was the last thing Shinobu saw before the link cube swallowed her.
