Watching the two men on the ground crying and rolling around, feeling the rapid condensation and transformation of their internal origin, Pei Yan glanced at the indifferent Origin Maiden in front of him. After a while, Shanhe and Zhi Rou, who had completed the transformation, joyfully experienced their newly acquired abilities. Despite being soaked in sweat and near collapse, they quickly got up from the ground with a roll and knelt before the Origin Maiden, knocking their heads repeatedly.

The Origin Maiden raised a hand to signal the two to withdraw. Shanhe expressed his gratitude while pulling the less articulate Zhi Rou along, swiftly moving to stand behind their boss, Su Xiang, casting grateful glances at him. It was this boss who had guided them to the right side in this deadly conflict, allowing them to not only remain unharmed but also gain such powerful enhancements. Observing the current situation, their prospects seem bright under this new female leader. The only worry was whether the Pei Family Siblings sitting beside her would hold a grudge against them.

Su Xiang, however, was not as anxious as his subordinates. Holding the Origin Fragment in his hand, he was filled with excitement, well aware of the difference between being an Origin Fragment holder and an Origin Seed converter. Though both harnessed the Power of Origin, the holder of the Origin Fragment was the superior entity, not only possessing a dominant advantage in battle but also reaping multiple benefits during later awakening stages, as demonstrated by the Pei Family Siblings seated before him.

These two truly hit the jackpot, encountering the Origin entity in their youth. If it had been him then, he would have achieved even greater accomplishments.

But now was not the time to overthink. Through his observations, Su Xiang had astutely noticed the Origin Maiden's vastly different attitudes toward the siblings, particularly that Pei Yan was an afterthought, while Pei Jin had a more complicated relationship, one that his current self couldn't disturb.

He had to figure out the nature of their relationship. As long as it wasn't an unusual romantic bond, but rather familial or friendly, Pei Jin could be someone for him to pursue. Shitang Longsi's foolish proposal gradually surfaced in his mind.

"Such a fake smile." The Origin Maiden withdrew her finger dismissively, leaning back in her chair, said, "Fine, I'll let it go this time for the sake of your sister. Just remember to warn them not to act recklessly, or I won't be lenient next time." With that, she waved her hand, and the people from the Investigation Hall were collectively released from control, collapsing to the ground retching unstoppably.

Ye Jiumu, Wang Wenze, and Xia Yu, having regained their freedom, exchanged glances before looking at Pei Yan. Despite their concern for Pei Yan's situation, they dared not intervene due to the Origin Maiden's imposing presence.

"She is terrifying, that woman is incredibly terrifying. Is she the embodiment of the Origin? What do we do now, should we help?" Xia Yu, usually fearless, felt the fear of death for the first time. The past ten minutes felt like an eternity, and she didn't want to endure such torment ever again.

"Let's wait and see. With our abilities, intervening would be pointless, and besides, I think his relationship with that woman seems pretty good, should be okay, right?" Ye Jiumu, propping herself on the ground, breathed heavily in relief.

"He's truly popular with women! If he manages to handle this woman, I'll call him brother!" Wang Wenze murmured resignedly, sprawled out on the ground, closing his eyes.

Seeing his companions breaking free, Pei Yan breathed a sigh of relief, gesturing to Gu Shenghui to keep calm. Gu Shenghui understood, and while gathering the Investigation Hall people, issued a silent command to stay still and observe the situation.

At this moment, the situation in the field changed again. Taking advantage of the Origin Maiden meeting a series of actions, Mr. Mu and his subordinates were stealthily moving towards the exit. Just when he thought he was out of her control and ready to make a swift escape, the voice that had instilled fear in him today rang out from the center again, "Planning to leave so soon?"

No time to think, all of Mu's muscles tensed as he swiftly retreated while scanning his surroundings. Damn it! How did I teleport right back to this place? But before he could retreat far, a powerful suction emanated from the tip of the Origin Maiden's finger, sending his body flying uncontrollably in the opposite direction.

Just as he was about to collide with the Origin Maiden, over a dozen spiritual spikes materialized around Mu, moving with momentum to stab into the Origin Maiden's mind. Facing this assault, Origin looked disdainful, gently raising a finger, tossing Mu and his gathered spiritual spikes high into the sky, before slamming them brutally back to the ground with a loud crash.
