In the Ryugu Palace, Roja and Shirahoshi became officially engaged.

It was agreed that when Shirahoshi came of age, an engagement ceremony would be held to announce their union to the world. Neptune wholeheartedly approved of Roja's proposal, seeing it as a hopeful future for Fish-Man Island.

After spending the night on Fish-Man Island, Roja departed. Riding a coated warship, he set off toward Marineford.

However, as the warship navigated through the deep currents, Roja's Den Den Mushi began to ring.

"Buru Buru~ Buru Buru~"

Roja answered calmly, "Fleet Admiral, the mission has been completed. I'm currently on my way back to Marineford."

On the other end, Sengoku's voice carried a sense of urgency. "Admiral White Pigeon, I had no doubts about your success. However, a critical mission has come up. Return immediately at top speed!"

Hearing the gravity in Sengoku's tone, Roja's expression sharpened.

"Understood, Fleet Admiral," he replied, determination evident in his voice.

Without hesitation, Roja activated the Hundred-Turn Phantom, propelling the coated warship at an unprecedented speed through the currents. Within a day, they breached the surface and returned to the open sea.

Roja left the massive sea dragon he had tamed behind, entrusting it with the defense of Fish-Man Island. With his fiancée Shirahoshi still residing there, Roja saw the dragon as a deterrent against any would-be threats.

As Marineford came into view, the sight was chaotic. The port was bustling with activity: workers gathered baskets full of fish displaced by recent turbulence, and shipwrights were tirelessly repairing damaged warships.

Roja quickly deduced the situation. It was a result of his immense underwater slash—a move he now recognized might have been a tad excessive.

Upon docking, Roja headed straight for Sengoku's office, while Ain took Stella to their quarters.

Roja knocked and entered Sengoku's office. "Fleet Admiral, I've returned. What's the situation?"

Sengoku, visibly relieved, gestured for Roja to sit. "Good timing. Rest for a moment. Aokiji and Kizaru will join us shortly."

Roja nodded and casually took a seat. Though physically capable of going days without sleep, the brief moment of relaxation was welcome.

Shortly after, Aokiji and Kizaru entered the room. Roja acknowledged them with a smile and observed the two. Aokiji, in particular, looked exhausted.

"You look wiped out, Aokiji," Roja remarked. "Rough mission?"

Aokiji let out a long sigh. "It's nothing. Just a bit of cleanup work."

Before he could brush it off further, Kizaru, ever cheeky, chimed in. "Oh, you know~ just the aftermath of a certain undersea volcano chain reaction. Poor Aokiji had to use Ice Age more than twenty times, so of course, he's a bit~ tired."

Roja couldn't help but smirk. He thought to himself, Sorry about that, Aokiji. Next time, I'll aim to minimize collateral damage.

Sengoku cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention. "Alright, let's get down to business. We've received urgent intel regarding the New World."

Kizaru, lounging as usual, asked in his trademark drawl, "Ohhh~ How serious is it, Fleet Admiral, if you've called all three of us here?"

Sengoku pulled a bounty poster from his desk and placed it on the table. The image depicted a formidable figure with thick lipstick, purple eyeshadow, and a flowing pink dress.

"Charlotte Linlin... BIG MOM," Aokiji muttered, recognizing the face instantly.

"Correct," Sengoku affirmed. "The Four Emperors have solidified their territories, and Charlotte Linlin is preparing to host her first tea party. Many underground leaders are expected to attend.

Our mission is to sabotage this gathering and ruin her debut as one of the Four Emperors. If the opportunity presents itself, you are to confront and, if possible, eliminate BIG MOM."

The weight of the mission was clear, and Sengoku's gaze rested firmly on Roja. "White Pigeon, you'll lead this operation. As for your partner, you may choose between Aokiji and Kizaru."

Roja considered the options briefly. Aokiji's fatigue was evident, while Kizaru's laid-back demeanor made him a better fit for the unpredictable nature of this mission.

"Fleet Admiral," Roja said decisively, "I'll take Kizaru. Aokiji looks like he could use the break. He should remain at headquarters to recover and further hone his abilities."

Sengoku nodded in agreement. "Understood. Aokiji, you're dismissed. Rest up and prepare for the next rotation."

"Yes, Fleet Admiral," Aokiji replied, though he resolved to train harder. The aftermath of the volcanic incident had shown him areas where he could improve.

As Aokiji left, Sengoku began outlining the details of the operation. Roja, fully aware of the stakes, was already strategizing how to turn this mission into an opportunity—not just to fulfill his duty, but to solidify his position as the future Fleet Admiral.

In the New World, BIG MOM would soon learn that her tea party was destined for chaos.
