NTR School: S Rank Student

Chapter 45: Ivan, The Lion

"Your strength is up to par."

Raphael leaned back in his chair, considering Harmony's words. He had dealt with many reserved women before, and he had always enjoyed the challenge they presented.

Women like that treated you the same as everyone else at first—cold, distant, making you work tirelessly just to earn the smallest acknowledgement. They guarded themselves well, never revealing too much, forcing you to break through their barriers piece by piece.

But once they cracked… it was like unleashing a flood. Every suppressed emotion, every hidden desire, everything they had bottled up inside came rushing out all at once. And those women, once they truly let go, could be the most lustful of all.

Of course, getting them to that point was the hard part.

Raphael nodded to himself.

"Alright, that makes sense," he said, standing from his seat. "So all I need to do is impress her with my strength and wait for her to come running."

The idea sounded simple enough.

Harmony smirked, shaking her head.

"Let's hope so," she replied. "Just keep in mind, Cecilia Evergarden is not your usual woman. I expect that with your power and fame, you'll have an advantage, but I wouldn't count on it being easy. I could be completely wrong."

Her warning only made Raphael more interested. The more he heard about Cecilia, the more she sounded like a real challenge—and Raphael loved challenges.

"Sounds good," he said, his excitement barely contained. "I'll pay her a visit before heading out on my journey to the Three Divine Academies. I doubt I'll conquer her right away, but by the time I come back…" His smirk widened. "She'll be mine to take."

Harmony playfully rolled her eyes, but there was amusement in them. "I have faith in you, Raphael. If anyone can conquer her, it's you"

With that, he said his goodbyes and strode out of the room, his mind already set on his next destination—the Sword School.

---

It was his second time being in the school, and as always, he noticed the students gazing at him in pure shock.

"Dude, it's Raphael Brooks. He's back."

"You mean the son of the dragon? Refer to him respectfully."

"Oh shit, my bad. I hope he didn't hear me."

"..."

"Wait a minute, look there. That's Ivan! Dominus' older brother."

As Raphael walked through the Sword School, he was stopped by an imposing figure standing before him.

It was one of the rare cases that he had come face to face with someone taller than him.

The student wore his blue uniform, though his muscles were so large that it looked as though they wished to tear through the fabrics. His hair was long and brown, and his face rough.

Who do we have here?

Raphael noticed that a crowd had begun to form around, all whispering to each other in hushed voices.

"Look, it's The Lion, Ivan. He's come to avenge his younger brother, Dominus."

"But Raphael hasn't even done anything to him?"

"You idiot, haven't you heard? Lillian broke up with Dominus the same day Raphael was seen with her sword. Isn't it obvious he must have fucked her?"

"That's messed up, I heard Lillian and Dominus hadn't even kissed yet, but someone Raphael was able to get her in bed?"

Raphael heard some of the whispers coming from the crowd around him, so he had an idea as to what was going on.

"So, you've come to punish me for something you have no proof of?" Raphael asked the large man who glared down at him.

Ivan's eyebrows were furrowed, and his body growing heated. The fact that Raphael stood before him without looking scared only enraged him further.

"I don't need proof, fool, I know what you are. It seems you can't keep your fucking hands to yourselves."

Spittle flew from the man's lips and landed on Raphael's school uniform.

Ivan cracked his knuckles in the palm of his hands, before running a hand through his long hair to push it out of the way.

"So here's what's gonna have, dragon boy. First, you're going to head to my brother's dorm and apologise to him. He loved Lillian, and you've taken her away from him. After that, you're going to leave the sword school and never step foot in her again. But of course, before all of that, I'm going to beat the shit out of-"

Raphael cut off the man's words by delivering a powerful punch to his stomach. It landed with a heavy thud and sent the man sliding a few steps backwards, clutching hold of his ribs with his hand.

He knew that a few had cracked from the blow, Raphael had felt it during impact.

"Oh shit, guys there's a fight! The Dragon Son is fighting The Lion."

The crowd had started to grow even larger, with hundreds of school students surrounding them instead of going to their classes.

Great, I just came here to visit the Sword Queen.

Ivan The Lion gritted his teeth through the pain as his face twisted into one of complete and utter fury. The crowd watched in awe as he clenched his fist and let out a ferocious roar.

The air began to change around him, shifting and crackling. The nearby students in the crowd were being blasted away by the sheer wind that was being emitted from his body.

Raphael simply watched as the man underwent his transformation.

If any students had not joined the crowd before, they had definitely come now. Everyone knew that Ivan had a crazy powerful birthright and would hate to miss the chance to witness it.

After a few moments, the man's transformation was completed.

He was no longer a regular man. That was certain. His body resembled more of a lion. His long brown hair had grown into a mane, and his skin had become shrouded in a brown energy that seemed to mimic fur. His muscles had bulged even further, and his eyes had shifted to a shade of gold that glared at Raphael with intensity.

The crowd let out fearful cheers as they witnessed his new form.

I can see where he earns his title from.

Ivan took a step forward, his weight cracking the floor beneath him.

"Don't blink, little Raphael, this will be over quickly."

Then, Ivan disappeared.

What?

A second later, he was standing behind Raphael, arm drawn back to deliver a fearsome dual-fisted strike. Raphael managed to spin just in time and hold up a guard, but the blow was still gruesome.

It landed on his arms with great impact, sending a jarring vibration through his entire body and forcing him to stumble backwards.

There's no way. He's this fast?

Ivan wasn't done, as he dashed forward again with the same strike. Raphael blocked it again, slowly becoming accustomed to the man's strength.

The crowd grew louder as they watched one of their students beat down the notorious Raphael Brooks.

"Take this as a lesson, little Raphael. You might think you're the man, but there's always somebody bigger!"

The man leaned his head backwards and prepared to deliver a terrifying headbutt aimed at Raphael.

Never mind.

You're not as fast as I thought.

In the same instant that the man's head was drawn back, two flames lit in the hands of Raphael.

One white, and the other black.

It took mere seconds for the dragon's blades to form, cracking the air around them with force.

Before Ivan could even bring his head forward, Raphael ran past him.

He seemed to move in a flash, and after, he ended up going behind his opponents. The crowd grew silent.

"..."

Raphael allowed his blades to disappear, fading away from existence.

The Lion, Ivan, stood still for a moment, dumbfounded.

"W-what just happened-"

His words were cut off, as blood sprayed from a wound in his neck.

"Agh"

Ivan fell to his knees, clutching his hand to the wound to try and stop the bleeding.

Raphael simply stood there uncaringly.

Don't worry Ivan; it's not a fatal wound.

As long as you have it treated urgently...

Worried cries began to come from the students as they fumbled about in disbelief.

"He's dead. Ivan's dead!"

"Quick, someone helps. Raphael's killed the Lion!"

The Sword School erupted into chaos as the students flocked about. Then, from an area in the crowd, the chatter began to quieten as the students moved out of the way. They seemed to be allowing someone to come through.

Raphael spotted a woman walking through the crowd. The students stepped away from her, as though they did not deserve to be in her presence.

And he didn't blame them. The woman was stunning.

Her hair was blonde and curly. Its length was so long that it reached down to her legs. She wore black tights trousers that wrapped around her thick thighs, and a blue jacket with white fur on the hood. The jacket was thick, but it still struggled to hide the woman's large breasts.

Most important, though, was what sat atop the woman's head of blonde hair.

A golden crown.

That's her, the Sword Queen.

Cecilia Evergarden.
