Chapter 63: Sabotage the System Village Quest
Bloom then opened the character profile and selected his current skill tree. There were a lot of skills ready for him to use, and currently he had the option to unlock one of the basic skills.
The basic skills meant the ones matching his class and faction, not the other skills belonging to other classes and factions. For him, as his class was already a secret class merged between many main factions, his skills were already considered very high quality skills merged from more than one class and faction.
The first thing he searched for was an AOE skill to satisfy his needs. He felt quite irritated to go and kill players or monsters one by one! In the original list of skills he had, there were more than one AOE skills that attracted his attention.
"Storm of shade swords skills: A shadow bandit specific class skill. Player can use his sword to unleash a storm of shadow swords attacking any target in area of ten meters*ten meters, dealing one hundred and fifty percent of players combined Str and Lu stats to any target hit by a sword shadow per second. Duration: twenty seconds. Cooldown: one minute."
"Shade doppelganger festival skill: A shadow bandit specific class skill. Player can summon an equal number of shadow doppelgangers to their current level. Each doppelganger will have half of the player's current stats, moving freely around the player and attacking any target there.
The shade doppelganger will have the same player's gears plus all the effects of curses or blessings or titles or limitations or bonuses or skills or talents the player has. Duration: equals to the Lu stat value player has in seconds. Cooldown: equals to half will power value player has in seconds."
"Dark fire crusade skill: A shadow bandit specific class skill. skill requires either a staff or a magical sword to use in play.
Player can use his staff or magical sword to unleash a huge wave of dark fire erupting from his place as a centre, attacking any target in area of his current value of Lu stat in meters* his current value of Lu stat in meters, dealing one hundred and fifty percent of current MP stat per second. Duration: twenty seconds. Cooldown: one minute."
Bloom marveled the three skills in amazement, as each one was different from the others in effect, requirements, and stats responsible for making it really OP.
For him, he had a great storage of death souls, and currently he used them to supply his Vit and Str, but after this day he would focus more on other stats required by the skill he would use.
Each skill had a mixed unique group of pros and cons, and that made him quite puzzled for a while. The storm of shade swords skill was the easiest of all, as he currently had high Str value, and only needed to focus on his Lu value.
As for the dark fire crusade skill, it was the hardest to comply. This skill required a staff or a magical sword, two things he had none of currently. Plus, this skill replied heavily on Int and Lu stats, and he currently had no points there to be fully confident in demonstrating the true might of this terrifying skill.
He sighed, as this game always played the nerves of the players inside in an admirable way.
As for the last skill, the shade doppelganger festival skill, although it wasn't a classic AOE skill, it was really great skill, with a progressive growth curve related to the Lu stat and its direct related stat, Wp.
That meant he could easily focus on it, and he would reap the benefits doubled!
In addition to that, these shadow doppelgangers would all inherit his strengths and weaknesses, meaning that they also could absorb death souls and even store them.
He frankly didn't know what they would do with these death souls, but he hoped they could allocate them like himself, and thus gained much more power in the end.
All things were pointing towards this skill, so he just smiled and then chose it to learn. When he saw the required number of the skill points for it to be upgraded to the next level, he got a scare!
"Fifty Sps?!!! What was the initial cost of this skill then?"
He hurriedly checked it and was stunned to find it needed forty Sps to be unlocked! He had gotten himself an high end skill freely and luckily simply just like that!
"What luck indeed," he evilly smirked as even his luck was supporting him. He now realized he made the right choice here, and he was really glad he did so.
He wasn't doubting this skill anymore, and from now on, he would usually use it all the time.
As he finished doing so, he was so eager to level up fast, and gain much more levels so he could add more points to his Lu stat. However, he controlled his sudden urge and started to focus on the next important thing to do; the quest list of his secret class.
He thought this list was optional, and so he didn't give it any care before. However he now realized he was forced to select at least one of the missions all the time, and managed to succeed one of them weekly or else he would be punished.
"Never heard of a secret class to punish its players, sigh. Let's select the list of these class missions then."
He selected the mission corner from the class data. In the next moment, a very long list appeared in front of his eyes dazzling him, and the first quest in the top of this list really made him quite speechless!
"Sabotage the system village quest: Grade green quest. Quest description: You are an agent to the dark forces in a world of light. You are asked to select a place inside a system village, and sabotage it. You can start a fire, steal something, break a thing, cut the water supply off it, or even dig a hole in the garden of any residence and destroy the terrain of the garden there!
You can do anything to sabotage the buildings inside the system village. Doing any of these deeds will grant you quest success, and according to your evaluation, you will be rewarded.

"What the F*ck is that?!!!"
