Night of the Clan Massacre: Leading the Uchiha to Defect from Konoha!

Chapter 86: The Hidden Mist Village… Surrenders!

In an instant, Kaede's overwhelming ocular power surged into Yagura's mind.

Compared to Kaede's eyes, the chakra left behind by Obito was like a cup of water meeting the ocean—it was instantly swallowed whole without even a chance to resist.

The moment Obito's power vanished, Yagura finally broke free from the genjutsu.

In the blink of an eye, he realized everything he had done during this time.

His eyes burned with fury and humiliation.

"Damn… that masked bastard… controlling me for so long!"

But before his thoughts could fully recover, Kaede's ocular power descended again.

"Damn it!"

Yagura's eyes widened, but he was completely powerless to resist.

Had he just woken up only to immediately fall into Kaede's grasp?

"Yagura, I'll help you!"

Luckily for him, the Three-Tails still resided within his body.

Kaede hadn't attempted to control the Three-Tails, so it immediately chose to aid Yagura.

It had no desire to experience that dreadful, drowning illusion again.

In the next moment, its body swelled with a massive surge of chakra.

The full form of the Three-Tails emerged, its immense body towering over the battlefield.

Because Yagura was weakened, the Three-Tails directly took over his consciousness.

"Oh?" Kaede's eyes narrowed.

"I wasn't looking for trouble with you, but you dared to come out yourself."

He halted his ocular invasion, and the Three-Tails made no attempt to stop him.

First, he would beat this beast into submission.

In an instant, Kaede's Susanoo expanded, evolving into its fourth stage in the blink of an eye.

Then, Susanoo's massive fist came crashing down on the Three-Tails' head.

"Roar!"

The tailed beast cried out in pain, its enormous body collapsing under the blow.

Without hesitation, Susanoo raised a colossal foot and stomped down on its head again.

This time, half of the Three-Tails' upper body was smashed deep into the earth.

"Damn you!"

The Three-Tails' pride could not tolerate such humiliation. Its tail whipped upward, aiming to strike Susanoo.

"Still trying to resist?" Kaede sneered.

Susanoo's hand seized the tail, and with a powerful heave, began to lift it.

At the same time, its foot pressed harder on the Three-Tails' head.

"Roar! Damn it! Let go of me!!"

The beast's agonized cries filled the air—it felt as though it was about to be torn apart.

And soon, that fear became reality.

Crack!

A sharp, sickening sound echoed from the base of the tail.

Crack, crack, crack… The noises grew louder and more frequent.

Then—

Rip!

Susanoo tore the tail clean off.

"Roar!!"

The Three-Tails' scream shook the heavens.

Every Mist shinobi watching froze in shock.

They had thought about jumping in to help, but in a clash between these two giants, they couldn't intervene at all.

All they could do was watch.

And what they saw… was pure brutality.

The Three-Tails, the fearsome creature they revered, was being toyed with like a plaything.

Kaede hurled the severed tail aside, then bent forward, forcing the beast's head upward until its gaze met his own.

Ocular power surged into the Three-Tails' mind, tearing through its soul without mercy.

"Ah! Damn it!!"

The beast thrashed wildly, but there was no escaping Kaede's control.

Gradually, its roars weakened, fading into a low, pained moan.

Only then did Susanoo release its grip.

The massive form of the Three-Tails began to shrink rapidly, transforming back into a human—Yagura, trembling all over.

Kaede's lips curled into a faint smile.

"Three-Tails, captured."

He jumped down beside Yagura, and before the man could react, sealing marks spread across his entire body.

Then Kaede turned his gaze toward the gathered Mist shinobi.

Whoosh!

The moment his eyes swept over them, their throats tightened and sweat broke out across their foreheads.

Mei Terumi's pupils contracted sharply.

She immediately stepped forward, pleading:

"Enough—leave the rest to me. I'll make sure they submit to you!"

Her voice was urgent, afraid Kaede might slaughter them all on a whim.

Kaede studied her expression with amusement.

"One minute."

Mei Terumi's heart leapt with relief. She quickly turned toward the uncertain Mist shinobi.

"You all heard Yagura's words just now, didn't you? He was truly being controlled!"

The shinobi were silent.

They had heard, and many had already begun to suspect it was true.

Still, with Mei Terumi's current momentum, no one dared openly question her.

Besides, replacing the Mizukage wasn't impossible—at least the new one couldn't be worse than Yagura.

But her next words made many faces pale.

Taking a deep breath, she pointed at Kaede.

"The man beside me—you've all heard his name. Kaede Uchiha."

A wave of shock rippled through the crowd.

Kaede's feats were infamous throughout the shinobi world, and now they saw him standing with Mei Terumi?

Surrender seemed like the obvious choice.

But Mei Terumi's expression turned grim.

"It's unfortunate, but I must tell you—he came here… to conquer us."

"If we don't submit, he'll erase the Hidden Mist Village from existence today."

The words sent panic through the crowd.

Kaede wasn't even pretending to respect them!

Mei Terumi's face darkened further, but she pressed on.

"For your lives—and for the lives of the civilians in the Hidden Mist—let's surrender!"

One shinobi couldn't hold back his outrage.

"I know he's strong, but there are so many of us! I don't believe he can destroy our entire village!"

Others quickly echoed him.

"Yeah! Even if it costs our lives, we'll drive him out!"

"Bastard—don't underestimate the Hidden Mist!"

Kaede's voice was calm.

"Your minute is up."

A crushing aura burst forth, shaking the entire area.

Those same shinobi who had just been shouting now felt like Death itself was gripping their throats.

Their faces flushed, but not a single word left their mouths.

At last, they understood the true gap between them and Kaede.

His gaze swept over them.

"Surrender, or die. You have only two choices."

Mei Terumi seized the moment.

"We surrender!"

She turned sharply to the others.

"Think of your families—and the civilians of the Hidden Mist!"

Their hearts trembled.

They now faced the same choice she had: let the village perish today, or live on in humiliation.

Kaede's aura surged even higher.

He raised his hand, and a massive sphere of energy began forming in his palm.

The sight of that overwhelming power crushed the last of their resistance.

"We… surrender!"

For their families, for their village—they would endure the shame.
