Seeing Reiki's reaction, Shisui and Nozuki also assumed combat stances.

Black Zetsu's voice echoed as powerful chakra erupted from his body. Beads began to fall to the ground one by one.

Seeing the beads, Reiki quickly grabbed Nozuki and Shisui, pulling them back.

These techniques, originally unleashed by powerful ninjas from across the villages, might not have been individually overwhelming, but the sheer volume made them catastrophic.

Black Zetsu threw dozens of beads, forcing Otsutsuki Toneri to retreat momentarily. Even Toneri hesitated to take the full brunt of the assault.

After creating some distance, Otsutsuki Toneri's eyes narrowed in realization.

"You… If you're Kaguya Otsutsuki's child, then it makes sense. No one else could wield such power," he remarked coldly.

"But that changes nothing."

"Leave now. As Kaguya Otsutsuki's son, you must know I will never allow her to be freed."

Toneri's gaze shifted to Reiki, Shisui, and Nozuki.

"But you three… you will die here."

With that, Otsutsuki Toneri lunged at the group, his aura blazing.

"Black Zetsu, hold back for now!" Reiki commanded.

Turning to Shisui and Nozuki, he handed each a sparkling gem.

"Take these. Let's go!"

Reiki charged directly at Toneri, while Shisui activated his Three Tomoe Sharingan, his body flicker technique launching him into the fray. Nozuki, meanwhile, focused her chakra into her fists, rushing in with raw power.

From the swirling dust, a white weapon suddenly shot toward the group.

Chodori, Reiki's summoned dragon, leapt into action, kicking the weapon aside.

"Otsutsuki Hamura! Why did you abandon your name?!" Reiki shouted, his voice firm.

This question had lingered in his mind since the start of the battle.

Because the figure before them wasn't Toneri at all.

The timeline made that clear. Otsutsuki Toneri belonged to an era far in the future, the same as Naruto. But Reiki's system panel had revealed the name Hamura Otsutsuki.

Reiki activated his Holy Hand Field, seizing control of the surrounding space. Chodori leapt into action, her massive form lunging toward Hamura, her eyes fixated on the DNA sword.

Hamura retaliated, slashing with his weapon.

"Clang!"

Chodori transformed into a giant dragon, biting down on the sword. With a single snap, the weapon shattered, the fragments scattering to the ground.

Chodori's tail whipped through the air, sending Hamura flying.

"Tsk, what a pitiful state," Chodori scoffed. "A body unfit for power, harboring the remnants of a corrupt soul. Your faith is weak, and this weapon doesn't suit you!"

She tossed the broken DNA sword to Reiki, who picked it up.

"The Sword of Faith?" Reiki murmured.

"Let me show you true faith."

He gripped the shattered weapon, channeling his chakra into it. The sword glowed brilliantly, restoring itself to its full form.

Before Reiki could test the weapon, a massive hand swiped at Chodori, forcing her back.

Hamura, now enraged, unleashed a powerful surge of chakra, readying an attack that could destroy the moon itself.

"Does this guy plan to blow up the moon?!" Reiki muttered in frustration.

At that moment, Black Zetsu stepped forward.

"Perhaps this is why I exist," Black Zetsu said ominously.

With swift precision, he grabbed Hamura, absorbing the immense chakra buildup, quelling the impending destruction.

Hamura's gaze flickered with shock, but his expression quickly hardened. The battle was far from over.
