Naruto: The Touch of Death

Chapter 9: An ordinary day.

I almost died again during this training. But I feel like I'm getting a little stronger. After eating and getting dressed, I headed to the academy. (Father) sent Naori to the capital of the Fire Country. On some business. I don't know how soon she'll arrive.

Entering the classroom, I saw a strange picture. 3 members of the Hyuga clan of the side branch are standing in front of a kneeling clanless boy, and everyone else in the class is just looking at this. As I approached, I heard.

"What a loser you are. Did you think that you could ask to remove the bandage from your forehead and nothing would happen to you?" So it's clear that the boy doesn't know about the seal. Apparently the clan was not fully processed. And the Hyuga clan members reacted harshly.

"Hey, get away from him. He didn't know that this was a sore subject for you." I said as I approached.

"What do you want, Uchiha?"

"I want you to get away from the boy."

"And who are you to order us around?" They said, switching to combat mode.

"I agree with him, move away from him." Wow, it was a member of the Akemichi clan. He supported me? Unexpected.

"Even though it's difficult, they won't let me pass." A member of the Nara clan said in a slightly poetic manner and stood next to me.

"Hey, I'm with you too." The girl from the Yamonaka clan exclaimed with her fist raised up. While we stood 4 against 3, the tension grew, everyone in the class felt it. And everyone waited with bated breath to see what would happen. Apparently, the leader of the Hyuga said,

"Tsk, well, take this scum." Approaching the guy, I squatted down and extended my hand.

"Are you okay?" I asked in a calm voice.

"Um, thank you." The guy said, stuttering a little. We didn't have time to talk, because at that moment the teacher entered the classroom and said.

"Everyone, take your seats!" While I was walking to my seat, I caught Nami's gaze, who was looking at me with a complicated look. Then she turned away.

And me? I sat down in my seat and didn't start a conversation with her, because I've been running after her for two days, and she just ignores me.

If she wants to, she'll talk. The lessons were held as usual. I didn't learn anything new. The only thing I didn't like was Tai, who was looking at me with envy all day. Maybe he's jealous of studying with the great elder? I would gladly give him this role. If I could. And I also caught Nami constantly looking at me. Is she waiting for me to talk?

Somewhere in my past life, I read about the seesaw tactic in relationships. This is when your love shows concern for you one day, and is cold towards you the next. I decided to try this tactic on Nami. (This is the only relationship tactic I know). Of course, I don't want her to fall in love. I just want to talk to her normally. And if I establish a good relationship with her, then in the future I can learn something from their genjutsu for myself. Of course, for this I must be on very good terms with her. The lessons ended and I left the classroom to the noise of my classmates.

Today I don't have to go to training because the great sadist is at some clan meeting. As soon as I went outside I met the guy I stood up for and a trio of clan members. They came up to me and the clanless one bowed.

"Thank you for your help." He said with embarrassment.

"Okay. I don't really like these traditions and bows. Just thank you is enough." Inoshikocho looked at me with understanding and the guy seemed to not know what to say. Then the girl spoke up.

"My name is Inoki, this is Shikaru and Chorai. And his name is Sarei." She said without bowing. Apparently she understands my pain. And probably correctly understood that it would be difficult for the boy to introduce himself. And what is that fanatical gleam in his eyes? We need to get out of here.

"Nice to meet you. My name is Levi." I simply said.

"I know." The witch said to me with a sweet smile. Why a witch? She has incredibly beautiful eyes. In my past life, she would have been diagnosed with heterochrony. This is when the eyes are different colors. Inoki also has such eyes, one is bright blue like the sky. The second is green-emerald. In general, she will grow up to be an incredible beauty.

A member of the Nara clan will most likely be tall and lanky. This is another distinctive feature of the clan. True, he is a little different, he always looks into the distance with a thoughtful look.

A member of the Akemichi clan looks like you would expect from an Akemichi.

But the civilian stands out. He is small with ash-colored hair. Maybe a bastard of the Hatake clan? Well, we are not close enough for me to ask. Inoki stepped forward again.

"Will you come with us to a restaurant. To celebrate our acquaintance?" And she looked at me as if I would be there. I wasn't so afraid even during the training of the great elder. Shikaru was showing me to run from behind. There is a saying that you should listen to the advice of the Nara. True, only men. But here I can't refuse.

I noticed that their parents are not ordinary clan members. It was on the first day, all their fathers are elders. And I need to build up acquaintances for a comfortable service of shinobi. Therefore, putting on a smile, I said

"With pleasure." The girl squealed and we all went in the direction of some Akemichi restaurant. This clan generally owns almost all the restaurants in Konoha. I think that for such a monopoly they give a lot of money to the Hokage.

Entering the restaurant, we sat down and Inoki went to order dishes. Yes, there are no waiters here. We sat down and began and talk. Truth And then one philosophical topic came up from Shikaru.

"Do you think there is a person who has never killed?" Everyone at the table fell silent and thought. Then I decided to clarify.

"Do small insects count as murders, and plants?"

"Everything alive counts." Nara answered me.

"I think so. Although it is difficult, but if a person lives with his principles. And follows them, then it is quite possible." Choray answered.

"I... I don't know. Sometimes we kill without even wanting to and without thinking about it." Sarei answered.

"Hmm, perhaps a person is created to destroy. From birth, we carry only chaos. But over time, we acquire the ability to create. I think that this is what distinguishes a good person from a bad one. A bad person does not think about creation and embodies only chaos. And a good one understands that he cannot get rid of the chaos inside himself and therefore tries to create." Immersed in thought, I answered. And not noticing the old man with a thoughtful expression sitting on the roof of the neighboring building.

" Interesting answer. " Nara answered. We did not talk about this topic further because Yamonaka arrived.

Coming home after an interesting lunch, I headed to the training ground. To practice kenjutsu. First, I want to learn the Uchiha style. It is based on dodging and quick deadly attacks to vital points. But I don't need this. All I need is to scratch a person. But if I start changing it now. I will most likely make a lot of mistakes. Having finished training, I headed home to sleep.
