Naruto: Chakra System

With a blur of speed, Orochimaru's figure vanished from the treetop, instantly reappearing behind Sakura. She instantly turned around, but he glared at her, knocking her unconscious with Genjutsu. Naruto and Sasuke also turned, their eyes wide with disbelief, especially Sasuke, who couldn't believe he hadn't even seen any after-image of Orochimaru's movement.

Seeing Sakura lying on the ground, Naruto's eyes narrowed. "DAMN YOU!" he cursed, and a dark red-black chakra instantly coated his entire body, with nine ethereal tails of the Nine-Tails flaring behind him.

Sasuke understood that whatever reason this Snake Sannin was here for, it was definitely not a good one. Orochimaru's slitted eyes narrowed at Naruto, who was now coated in the malevolent chakra. Naruto roared, and in the next moment, he was in front of Orochimaru, his hands transformed into sharp, red-black claws. He lunged, trying to tear Orochimaru's face apart.

The moment Naruto's attack made contact, Orochimaru's figure was replaced with a wooden log. Orochimaru appeared behind Naruto, who turned back in the blink of an eye, but the Snake Sannin was too fast. He slammed his hand firmly onto Naruto's stomach.

"Seal!"

A dark sealing pattern formed over Naruto's Eight-Trigram Seal. The raw chakra of the Nine-Tails vanished instantly, leaving both Naruto and Sasuke dumbfounded. Orochimaru grinned, grabbing both of Naruto's hands and joining them. He then spit a Water Whip from his mouth, using it to firmly tie Naruto's hands together.

'I lost my connection with Kurama. This is the same jutsu Kakashi-sensei taught me,' Naruto realized, groaning as he strained against the whip.

'He also knows this jutsu and tied Naruto's hands so he can't remove that sealing technique!' Sasuke realized, instantly grabbing the sword tied to his waist. Lightning chakra crackled around the blade.

Using the Body Flicker Technique, Sasuke instantly appeared, slashing his sword at Orochimaru's neck.

Orochimaru turned instantly, his body twisting at an unpredictable angle. He let the sword slice through empty air and kicked Sasuke, sending him flying over the trees. Naruto, hands tied above his head by the Water Whip, angrily kicked Orochimaru. The whip tightened, and Orochimaru kicked Naruto before turning to Sasuke. He flickered again, delivering another hard kick to Sasuke.

Sasuke was sent flying again, crashing through trees. His sword fell from his hands, and he spat out a mouthful of blood.

"Rasengan!" Naruto opened his palms in a flower shape from his tied hands, forming a 30-centimeter Rasengan within them. He jumped and smashed it into Orochimaru's side.

Bang!

Orochimaru, who had been focused on Sasuke, was caught by surprise. The Rasengan sent him flying, and his grip on the Water Whip loosened for a moment. He instantly regained control, tightened his grip, and narrowed his eyes at Naruto.

"As expected, you're really going to be a problem, Naruto!" He charged his hand with lightning chakra and sent a sharp bolt down the whip, electrocuting Naruto.

"Argh!" Naruto screamed. Despite the shock, his Uzumaki vitality prevented any serious harm, but the jolt was still too much, making his body go limp.

"CHIDORI!" Sasuke's figure instantly appeared behind Orochimaru, his right hand crackling with Chidori. His red eyes glared sharply at Orochimaru. Just as Sasuke's hand was about to reach Orochimaru, a wall of rock erupted from the ground, blocking Sasuke's attack.

"Aha, Sasuke-kun, now we have time for ourselves!" Orochimaru said, turning to face Sasuke with an evil grin. He began weaving hand signs.

"Earth Release: Earth Dome Jutsu!"

Sasuke sensed danger and instantly flickered backward, but the earthen dome was five meters long, erupting from the ground and imprisoning him completely. Once Sasuke was inside the dome, Orochimaru opened a small, rectangular open window shape in the front, just enough for Sasuke to see through. Sasuke ran to the window and saw Orochimaru tighten his grip once more, sending another lightning shock to Naruto through the Water Whip.

"AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!" This time, the shock was too much. Naruto's scream echoed in agony, and birds flew away from the treetops.

"STOP IT!" Sasuke roared, his Two-Tomoe Sharingan flaring angrily from inside the dome.

Orochimaru smirked. "Sasuke-kun, do you want to save your friend? Then this much wouldn't do!"

He sent another bolt of shock to Naruto, and Sasuke's eyes flashed with a hint of worry. Suddenly, Sasuke felt something strange. His eyes widened in shock. "...Why am I feeling my chakra reserves draining out?"

Orochimaru smirked. "Oh, you noticed! Hehe, this Earth Dome isn't just about capturing someone, but also draining their chakra. Now... what will you do, Sasuke Uchiha? Or is this all an Uchiha can do?"

Sasuke felt weak, but his eyes flared with palpable anger. He charged his hands with lightning chakra and slammed them against the dome's walls.

Within a minute, Sasuke used Chidori, Lightning Hound, and Fire Release Jutsu, but the walls of the dome were unaffected, only showing a few cracks that immediately mended themselves. Meanwhile, outside, Orochimaru beat Naruto while grinning back at Sasuke. Sasuke saw this and felt completely out of energy, weakly falling to the ground.

Orochimaru stopped and a frown appeared on his face. "Seems I expected too much from you. Is this all an Uchiha can do? Humph! Since you can't even save your friend, let me just kill him then."

Orochimaru's words reached Sasuke, who instantly got up. He saw Orochimaru pull out a kunai and place it on Naruto's neck.

"STOP!!" Sasuke yelled. The two tomoe in his eyes began to spin wildly until they slowly merged to form three in both eyes. Sasuke then charged his entire body with lightning chakra and with full force, he shot powerful bolts at the dome's wall.

"CHIDORI NAGASHI!"

BOOM!

With a huge explosion, the Earth Dome shattered. Sasuke, huffing, with lightning chakra still crackling around his body, came out before collapsing on the ground, unconscious.
