Shen Jingqi frowned, fully aware of the severity of the situation at hand. Yet, he also understood that staying here to guard the seal meant facing immense risk. "But what if those black-cloaked figures come back again?" he asked worriedly.

The elderly man smiled slightly and took out an ancient jade pendant from his bosom. "This jade pendant possesses powerful protective forces. As long as you wear it, those black-cloaked figures cannot find you."

Shen Jingqi took the jade pendant, carefully examining it. He saw strange inscriptions on the pendant, shimmering faintly.

Shen Jingqi shook his head, "Regardless, we must not lower our guard." He said, quietly retreating to the depths of the cave.

The three of them again pressed closely against the cave wall, hardly daring to breathe.

More dangers might be lurking outside the cave at this moment; they must remain vigilant at all times.

"Hold on, we can't let the seal break!" Shen Jingqi's voice was firm and strong, he gritted his teeth, blue veins bursting on his forehead, clearly using all his strength.

Li Baiyu and Renault were also undeterred, gripping their weapons tightly and exerting their power to the fullest. A seemingly invisible bond formed among them, tightly connecting their forces to jointly resist the surge of evil power.
