Multiple Personalities

Li Baiyu stood quietly, her eyes vacant, as if her soul was detached from her body. Suddenly, her expression became resolute, and her mouth curved into a strange smile.

"I am Lin Haochuan." A deep and powerful voice echoed in Li Baiyu's mind.

Li Baiyu froze for a moment, then her gaze turned sharp, as if she had become someone else.

"Haochuan."

"I am a man, a complete man." Haochuan's tone was firm and proud.

"Take me to buy men's clothing." Haochuan suddenly spoke to Shen Jingqi, who was standing beside her.

Shen Jingqi paused for a moment, looking at Li Baiyu with a gaze that had turned unfamiliar and firm.

Could it be that a new alter ego of Li Baiyu had emerged?

He nodded in agreement.

The two of them went to the mall, where Haochuan lingered in the men's clothing section, selecting his favorite clothes. Shen Jingqi followed behind him, his eyes filled with confusion and curiosity.

"This one, that one, and the ones over there—wrap them all up." Haochuan pointed to the clothes on the rack, speaking to the salesperson.

The salesperson looked at Haochuan's handsome face and confident demeanor, a hint of amazement in her eyes. She quickly wrapped up the clothes Haochuan had chosen and handed them to him.

Haochuan took the clothes, a satisfied smile appearing on his face. He turned to look at Shen Jingqi, his eyes flashing with a challenging light.

"Come on, let's go to the fitting room." Haochuan pulled Shen Jingqi towards the fitting room.

Shen Jingqi shook his head helplessly and followed along. He knew he couldn't stop Haochuan, and could only try to cooperate with him.

In the fitting room, Haochuan changed into the new men's clothes he had bought. He stood in front of the mirror, carefully examining his appearance. In the mirror, he appeared tall and handsome, even more striking in men's attire.

Haochuan nodded in satisfaction and turned to walk out of the fitting room. Shen Jingqi looked at him, his eyes showing a hint of surprise. He had never seen Li Baiyu look so stunningly handsome.

"How is it? Handsome, right?" Haochuan spun around in front of Shen Jingqi, his face radiating a confident smile.

Shen Jingqi paused, then nodded. "Handsome, very handsome."

Inside the mall, lights were bright and people were coming and going.

Haochuan stood in front of the fitting mirror at the men's clothing store, his sharply tailored suit highlighting his tall physique. In the mirror, his features were well-defined, his gaze deep, as if he could see through people's hearts. The suit's tailored fit unreservedly showcased his masculine allure, each detail exuding a deadly attraction.

"This is practically tailor-made for you." Shen Jingqi stood aside, his eyes full of amazement.

Haochuan smiled subtly at the mirror, brimming with confidence. "Let's go, it's time for the world to witness a true handsome guy."

They stepped out of the fitting room and into the mall lobby. Instantly, the air seemed to freeze, and all eyes unconsciously turned to Haochuan. The girls whispered, their eyes filled with admiration and envy; the boys privately competed, trying not to be overshadowed by this unexpected handsome man.

"Look at that guy, he's so handsome!" A girl excitedly pulled on her friend's hand and pointed at Haochuan.

"Yeah, he's practically a walking model of aesthetics!" her friend echoed, her eyes nearly turning into heart shapes.

Haochuan walked ahead nonchalantly, yet inwardly relishing this unprecedented attention. He knew that his appearance had already become a weapon, easily penetrating crowds and striking at hearts.

Haochuan chuckled proudly, pulling Shen Jingqi as they left the mall. As they walked down the street, they attracted numerous glances from passers-by. Haochuan's handsome appearance and confident aura made him the focal point of attention.

"So handsome!" A girl pointed at Haochuan, speaking to her friend beside her.

"Yeah, he's like he walked straight out of a comic book." her friend agreed.

Suddenly, a middle-aged man who looked like a talent scout approached them with sunglasses and a small video camera in hand, his gaze sharp. "Hello, I'm a talent scout from Starlight Entertainment Company. Are you interested in entering the entertainment industry? Your image and charisma perfectly fit a new drama we're preparing."

Haochuan stopped in his tracks, a playful smile on his lips. "Entertainment industry? Sounds interesting. But, I'll have to ask my friend first." He turned to look at Shen Jingqi, a challenging spark in his eyes.

Shen Jingqi paused, then responded, his feelings mixed. He was proud of Haochuan's attractiveness, yet worried that it would disrupt their previously calm life. "Haochuan, this..." he hesitated.

Haochuan patted him on the shoulder, his tone light. "Don't worry, it's just for fun. Who knows, I might even become the next superstar."

And so, Haochuan followed the talent scout to the company's meeting room. Along the way, they walked through long corridors adorned with various posters and photos, each recording the entertainment industry's glory and dreams.

In the meeting room, several producers had been waiting for some time. As they watched Haochuan walk in, their eyes were immediately filled with appreciation and anticipation. Haochuan sat across from them, composed, as if everything was under his control.

"Haochuan, your image and charisma are both outstanding. We plan to shoot a youth idol drama, and the setting of the male lead fits you perfectly." one producer enthusiastically introduced.

Haochuan nodded, his eyes shining with confidence. "Sounds interesting. But, I need to know the specific details first."

In the time that followed, Haochuan engaged in an in-depth conversation with the producers. With his keen insight and excellent communication skills, he quickly gained their trust and approval.

"Haochuan, you're a genius!" one producer excitedly patted his shoulder, "I believe you can definitely become a new star in the entertainment industry!"

Haochuan smiled and nodded, while secretly feeling grateful. He knew that all of this was because he had a handsome face and an indescribable charm. But he also understood that in order to establish himself in the entertainment industry, he would need to put in more effort and sweat.

After leaving the entertainment company, Haochuan and Shen Jingqi walked home. The sunset's afterglow spilled over them, casting a golden hue on their bodies.

"Haochuan, are you really planning to enter the entertainment industry?" Shen Jingqi finally couldn't help but ask.

Haochuan stopped walking, turned to look at Shen Jingqi, his eyes filled with determination. "Yes, I want to give it a try. After all, this is my chance to truly show myself."

Shen Jingqi was silent for a moment, then nodded. "Alright, since you've made your decision, I will fully support you."
