No one wants to jump onto a sinking ship. Common sense dictates that people run away from and abandon sinking ships.

In this case, the Purple Flower sect is a sinking ship and no one wants to go aboard it only to go down with it. However, that won't be the case if the Blood Skull sect decided to assist the Purple Flower sect.

If the Blood Skull sect decided to work with the Purple Flower sect, they will no longer be a sinking shop and will have a chance of victory against the Red and Blue Fire sect. This chance of victory will make it worthwhile for them to help the Purple Flower sect.

If all five sects work together, it is highly possible that the Red and Blue Fire sect will be repaid. It is unlikely that every sect will work together wholeheartedly, but Arthur's job is to make it look like a possibility.

Storm Hawk's job is to receive the disciples of the Purple Flower sect that will come for training, while his job is to take some disciples from the Blood Skull sect to the Purple Flower sect.

After seeing this, he finally realized why Storm Hawk was apologizing. She was apologizing because she was going to pick the easy job and give him the difficult one.

Be that as it may, Arthur didn't think it was a big deal. In fact, he was looking forward to it.

He thought to himself, "I doubt they will let me enter their secret realm and risk letting me know its location, but it would still be fun to see other sects and see how they run things."

He still remembers the warning Elder Calcetti had given him about the disciples of the Purple Flower sect when he was explaining the pros and cons of all five sects and advising them on which sect they should join.

Elder Calcetti had described them as a treacherous bunch with whom romance and love should not be considered. But he doesn't think they are that bad after killing so many of them over the years.

The thought made him chuckle inwardly and say, "I bet they will be excited to see me too. After all, I've killed so many of them. I should be a celebrity to them by now."

He doubts that will be the case, but he still wants to see their faces when they see him. Unfortunately, that won't be the case until three months later.

Three months is the earliest possible time that the two sects will exchange their disciples and elders. The two sects need time to plan and prepare manpower for the exchange program, so they need at least three months to be ready.

The exchange could be postponed for later if something comes up that delays it. But the exchange cannot occur earlier than three months.

This also gives him time to plan and prepare. The first thing he has to do is to receive his gifts.

He was given a memory crystal about the general knowledge of Ethera by the array spirit. Then he offered a wide array of options of inheritance to choose from.

The inheritance came from the nascent soul patriarchs of the sect over the long history of the sect. So there were many options to choose from.

However, there were very few noteworthy options among the nearly hundred options because most of the patriarchs belonged to the Divine Lightning Armament branch or the Everlasting Wood Art branch.

The patriarchs over the history of the sect had cultivated practically either of the two cultivation techniques. Only a few of them came from the Five Elements Armament or the Blood Skull Art. So they didn't have many differences between them and their inheritances.

Most of the inheritance was about techniques for the wood and lightning element. He saw a scant few that belonged to other elements, but they were of little use to him because he couldn't use them.

It was an ironic situation for him. The spells that interested him belonged to other elements, so he couldn't use them. But the spells that he could use belonged to either the lightning or wood element and were boring to him.

Eventually, he settled on the teleportation talisman production method of Patriarch Sword Flash. He selected it because the inheritance came with knowledge of an obscure formation, which would empower him and the formation breaker.

He also selected the teleportation talisman because it was new and interesting, and finally because if he could manage to create the teleportation talisman, he would be able to keep his life safe even if the sect goes to war.

After making his selection, the small boy chuckled and said, "You might regret that."

This observation made Arthur ask in confusion, "Why?"

The boy replied, "Because it is not something that a golden core cultivator can make. Golden core cultivators are too weak to manipulate the first barrier of space."

Arthur shrugged and said, "Then all I need to do is wait until I become a nascent soul cultivator to use it."

What he said made the boy laugh and say, "How amusing. You think you can reach the fifth mortal coil."

Arthur raised an eyebrow and asked, "Surely advancing to the fifth mortal coil is easier than learning the teleportation talisman. You didn't laugh when I thought I could learn the teleportation talisman. Yet, you are laughing when I said something that every golden core cultivator aspires to. Why is that?"

The boy apologized, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have laughed. It is just that what you said caught me off guard a little bit."
