"The second round is a horseback battle!"

Midnight continued to explain, "Teams of two to four people are formed. The rules are the same as traditional horse battles. Each warhorse has a score band assigned above the neck. Like in the first round, quirks can be freely used, but malicious attacks on the warhorses are prohibited."

In other words, is it acceptable to attack the person at the top position?

Everyone subconsciously thought the same thing.

For individuals like Todoroki, Inasa, and others with a broad range of attack abilities, this rule was a restraint, but...

The image of the minefield incident just moments ago resurfaced in their minds.

What kind of quirk allows someone to move 400 meters away in an instant?

"These are the scores you received based on your ranking in the first round!"

The big screen displayed the scores, starting from the lowest, increasing by increments of five points based on the rankings.

"And the score for first place is..."

At this point, Midnight deliberately dragged out her words, her teasing smile exuding malice:

"Ten million!!!"

The moment the announcement was made, the audience erupted. All 41 participants, including Yoarashi and others who were familiar with Itadori's quirk, turned their hungry gazes toward him.

There was no doubt—grabbing the ten million points would guarantee being the undisputed leader.

"So, we can attack people on the warhorses, right?"

Itadori licked the corner of his mouth, excitement flashing in his eyes.

Although he preferred more oppressive battles, wasn't a bit of chaos entertaining once in a while?

"I, Itadori, love knocking self-righteous people to the ground."

"You have 15 minutes to form your teams! Start negotiating!"

After explaining the rules, Midnight left the referee's area, allowing the students to strategize.

Immediately, students surrounded heavyweights like Todoroki, Inasa, and Bakugo.

However, when it came to Itadori, everyone kept their distance.

Teaming up with Itadori meant becoming the target of the entire arena.

Momo Yaoyorozu glanced at him.

Rather than teaming up, she was more interested in competing against him in this match.

Itadori was so strong that even Momo, who spent most of her time with him, had no idea where his limits lay.

But that only made her more determined to peel back the layers of mystery surrounding him.

"Momo, let's form a team."

Eijiro Kyoka approached and extended an invitation.

After some thought, Momo nodded.

"Hey, number one, team up with me!"

A lively voice interrupted.

Turning around, Itadori came face-to-face with a girl with shoulder-length pink hair, cross-shaped eyes, and an exuberant grin.

Her appearance was striking, but her most notable features were the pair of D-cup breasts bouncing as she moved.

She carried a somewhat ditzy air about her.

"I'm Mei Hatsume, from the support department! If I team up with you, my babies will get so much attention! What do you think? Team up with me!"

"Support department?"

Itadori's gaze trailed over Mei's customized outfit.

Although combat uniforms were banned for this event, support department students seemed to have an exemption.

He pulled out a peculiar white knife dagger from her waist pouch.

"Is this... a knife?"

Mei beamed, "That's my masterpiece! Press the button at the bottom."

Itadori complied, and the blade expanded into a full-sized combat knife in an instant.

"It's compact, portable, and perfect for emergencies!" Mei exclaimed.

"Not bad." Itadori admitted, returning the knife. His hand lingered on her waist, his fingers brushing against her as he leaned closer.

"And if I need a demonstration tonight in my room?" He teased with a smirk.

"Of course! Anything for attention on my babies!" Mei replied, oblivious to his implications.

Nearby students stared in disbelief.

'We're scrambling for teammates, and he's hitting on girls?!'

"Itadori-kun, having fun?"

A sharp voice interrupted.

Turning, Itadori saw Momo and Jiro standing behind him. Momo's fake smile didn't reach her eyes.

"Ah, perfect timing." He said, ignoring the dangerous vibe emanating from her.

Momo, who initially planned to compete against Itadori, couldn't stand by any longer. If she didn't intervene, Mei might actually end up alone with him later.

---

"Time's up!"

Fifteen minutes passed, and the teams were set.

Among the standout formations:

- Todoroki Shoto, Kaminari Denki, Iida Tenya, and Kento Ichika from Class B.

- Izuku Midoriya, Yoarashi Inasa, Ochako Uraraka, and Tokoyami Fumikage.

- Bakugo Katsuki, Kirishima Eijiro, Mina Ashido, and Sero Hanta.

It was surprising to see Yoarashi Inasa carrying Midoriya on his back.

Meanwhile, Itadori's team stood out for another reason entirely.

He was riding on a humanoid construct summoned by his quirk, "The World," standing tall on its shoulders. Below him were Momo, Mei, and Jiro, positioned as the "horse."

"Hey, is that even allowed?!"

A student from Class B pointed at the towering figure and shouted.

"As long as the rider's feet aren't on the ground, it's fine." Midnight replied casually.

"Itadori-kun, what's the plan?" Momo asked, looking up at him.

Itadori smirked, "Mei, get your gadgets ready. Wait for my signal. Let's finish this in an instant."

"Got it!" Mei said cheerfully, her obliviousness contrasting sharply with Momo and Jiro's growing sense of dread.

---

As the whistle blew, teams surged toward Itadori's 10 million points.

"Itadori-kun, should we retreat?" Kyoka Jiro nervously.

"Wait." Itadori said calmly, his smirk widening.

"Let them come closer... I need them in range for *The World*."
