With her remarkable progress in controlling her quirk, Eri was ready to take the next step in her training: learning to use her quirk in combat scenarios. Izuku and Kaina planned the training carefully, ensuring it would be as fun and engaging as possible, keeping in mind Eri's young age and making sure she never felt pressured or overwhelmed.
Next morning, after their usual strength and stamina exercises, Kaina and Izuku gathered Eri in the training area. Eri looked at them with eager eyes, always excited for their training sessions.
Izuku smiled at her, his eyes full of encouragement. "Eri, today we're going to learn how to use your quirk in combat situations. But remember, this is just practice and it's important to have fun. We're not in a rush, and we're here to help you every step of the way."
Eri nodded enthusiastically. "Okay, Big Brother Izuku!"
Kaina stepped forward, her voice gentle yet firm. "We'll start with some basic movements. Let's pretend we're in a game. You need to dodge and move quickly while using your quirk to protect yourself or stop the 'bad guys.' Are you ready?"
Eri giggled, loving the idea of turning training into a game. "Yes, Mother Kaina!"
They began with simple dodging drills. Izuku and Kaina took turns tossing soft foam balls at Eri, encouraging her to dodge and weave between them. At first, Eri stumbled and laughed as she tried to avoid the balls, but soon she started to find her rhythm.
"Great job, Eri! Now let's add in your quirk," Izuku said, demonstrating how to use her quirk to rewind the foam balls in mid-air, sending them back to her trainers.
Eri's task wasn't to rewind the projectiles out of existence but to rewind the time around the projectiles to send them to their previous state.
This was a power Izuku thought possible, taking into account the nature of her quirk and the potential for such a thing.

Izuku sat in his room, surrounded by notebooks filled with ideas and theories about quirks. He had been thinking a lot about Eri's quirk, trying to find new ways to help her control and utilize it effectively. One day, he remembered a particular training session where Eri had rewound a broken toy to its original state.
He flipped through his notes, his mind racing. "Eri's quirk can rewind objects to their previous states, but what if she could rewind the space around an object too?" he muttered to himself. "And what if she could rewind a projectile in motion back to the state before it was thrown?"
Izuku's eyes widened with excitement. He quickly scribbled down his thoughts. "If Eri can control the time around an object, she could potentially stop a projectile in mid-air and send it back to the thrower. This would not only make her quirk more versatile but also give her a significant edge in combat situations."
He envisioned the possibilities, imagining Eri in a fight, effortlessly rewinding projectiles and using her quirk in innovative ways. Izuku knew this idea needed careful consideration and a gradual approach in training.
(Flashback No Jutsu Ends)
Izuku smiled at Eri, his eyes full of encouragement. "Eri, today we're going to try something new. Instead of just rewinding the foam balls, I want you to try rewinding the space around them and sending them back to us. Let's see if we can make them return to our hands as if we never threw them."
Eri looked a bit puzzled but intrigued. "Okay, Big Brother Izuku. I'll try."
Kaina handed Eri a foam ball. "Let's start slowly. Imagine the ball going back in time to when it was still in my hand. Can you do that?"
Eri nodded, concentrating hard. She focused her energy on the ball, her quirk activating as she tried to rewind the time and space around it. At first, nothing happened, but with some more effort, the ball began to move slowly backward in mid-air, inching closer to Kaina's hand.
Kaina's eyes widened in amazement. "You're doing it, Eri! Just a bit more."
With a final burst of effort, Eri successfully rewound the ball back into Kaina's hand. She looked up, her face lighting up with excitement. "I did it!"
Izuku clapped his hands, beaming with pride. "That was amazing, Eri! You're learning so fast."
They continued the training, gradually increasing the speed and complexity of the exercises. Eri practiced rewinding the foam balls and other small objects, sending them back to their original states and positions. She quickly became more confident and precise with her control.
One day, during a particularly intense session, Izuku and Kaina decided to up the ante. "Eri, let's try something a bit more challenging," Izuku said, his voice full of encouragement. "We're going to throw multiple objects at once, and I want you to try and rewind all of them back to us."
Eri nodded, determination shining in her eyes. She watched as Izuku and Kaina tossed several foam balls towards her. Concentrating hard, she activated her quirk, rewinding the space around each ball. With a focused expression, she sent them all back to her trainers' hands.
Izuku and Kaina exchanged impressed glances. "Eri, that was incredible! You're getting stronger and more skilled every day," Kaina said, her voice full of pride.
Of course the chip was in action here, helping Eri channel her quirk more properly.
As the time went by, Eri's confidence and proficiency with her quirk continued to grow. She began to incorporate more advanced techniques, such as rewinding multiple objects simultaneously in combat scenarios. She also practiced using her quirk to create protective barriers, rewinding anything that came too close to her or her allies.
One evening, after a day of successful training, Eri decided to show Izuku and Kaina just how much she had improved. She set up a demonstration area with various objects and obstacles. With a deep breath, she activated her quirk, effortlessly rewinding multiple objects at once and navigating the course with grace and precision.
Izuku and Kaina watched in awe, their hearts swelling with pride. "Eri, that was incredible! You've made so much progress," Izuku exclaimed, clapping his hands.
Eri beamed with pride. "Thank you, Big Brother Izuku. Thank you, Mother Kaina. I couldn't have done it without you."
Kaina hugged Eri tightly, her eyes filled with affection. "You're doing it all on your own, Eri. We're just here to cheer you on."
As Eri's training continued, she grew not only stronger and more skilled but also more confident in her abilities. She knew that with the love and support of Izuku and Kaina, she could overcome any challenge and become the hero she aspired to be.
Ofcourse Izuku and Kaina weren't the only ones, Maki, Momo, Rei and Fuyumi helped in it as well, occasionally training with Eri, teaching her how to use her quirk better, it was all turned into a fun family activity which made sure Eri was enjoying it.
The idea of making training fun came from Rei as she had seen what only training that too from a young age does, and as she had taken the role of Eri's mother, she wasn't going to let her go through the same thing Endeavour did.
So after every successful attempt at doing the task, Eri would be enveloped in a loving hug, praised for her performance and treated to something Eri liked, making sure not to repeat any mistakes done by Endeavour.
To keep the training varied and engaging, they also incorporated short obstacle courses. Eri had to navigate through the course, dodging obstacles and using her quirk to rewind any "traps" that Izuku and Kaina had set up. The courses were designed to challenge her but were always within her abilities, ensuring she felt accomplished and motivated.
After each session, they made sure to have a cool-down period with light stretches and playful activities. Eri loved these moments, feeling a strong sense of bonding and love from her trainers. She saw the training as not just a way to improve her skills but also as precious time spent with everyone, which made it even more worthwhile for her.
One day, after a particularly fun training session, Eri turned to Izuku with a bright smile. "Big Brother Izuku, I love training with you and Mother Kaina. It makes me feel so happy and strong."
Izuku knelt down, hugging her gently. "We're so proud of you, Eri. You're doing amazing, and it's wonderful to see you enjoying the training. Remember, it's all about having fun and growing together."
Kaina joined the hug, her heart full of love for Eri. "That's right, sweetheart. We're here to support you and help you become the best you can be, at your own pace."
With this Izuku was assured that Eri can help revive the girls if needed and most importantly protect herself from others as well, and most importantly use her quirk without fearing it, or having the fear to wipe out someone out of existence when her quirk goes haywire.
Of course the chip would not let that happen to the girls, but she needs to be able to do it herself rather than depending on the chip, as that way she would never be able to use her quirk fully.
