Chapter 11: Shield and Strike

When each team heard the bell signaling the start of the match, they began to move calmly. Each participant stepped cautiously, observing their surroundings carefully. They tried not to attract attention and kept their movements hidden from the view of the opposing team.

It seemed that each team wanted to move silently, taking advantage of several buildings that obstructed the two tower placement points. This tactic allowed them to approach the target undetected. By moving through narrow alleys and using the shadows of buildings, they hoped to reach strategic positions safely.

"Crash!"

The sound of breaking glass was heard in one of the buildings. The glass was deliberately shattered by Tatsuma Ryuko with his dragon claws.

"Quickly gather the glass shards into your bag, Torame-san!" Tatsuma Ryuko said quickly, emphasizing the importance of swift and tactical action. He hoped the glass shards could become useful tools in their strategy.

"Alright, let's break some more building glass, Tatsuma-san," replied Torame Sasuke, following the instructions eagerly. He realized the importance of using glass shards in the strategy they agreed upon.

"Right, but we have to be careful not to reveal our position," Tatsuma Ryuko said firmly. She reminded her team members of the importance of maintaining the secrecy of their position to avoid giving the enemy an advantage.

While the attackers from team A were still advancing cautiously, the defenders from team A were also guarding their tower very tightly and carefully. They ensured that every corner was monitored and every gap was sealed tightly to prevent sudden attacks from the opposing team. This high vigilance was part of their well-prepared defensive strategy to keep their tower safe from enemy attacks.

Wakasa Remi created a barrier with her ability around their tower area. Using her Quirk, she formed a protective domain that reflected any incoming attacks. This barrier provided additional protection for their tower and gave his team a sense of security.

"Wakasa-san, how long can you maintain your barrier?" Sakata Gintoki asked with great curiosity, realizing the importance of Remi's role in their defense.

"Normally, if I create a barrier with this radius, it will last for about an hour. But if my barrier is continuously attacked, its active time will keep decreasing," Wakasa Remi replied, explaining the limitations of her Quirk in detail.

"So, if the situation gets worse, I also have to step in to defend our tower, right? I can't slack off anymore, then," Sakata Gintoki continued with a joking tone, even though he knew the situation was serious.

"Un," Wakasa Remi responded briefly, nodding her head in agreement and ready to fulfill her role with full responsibility.

Suddenly, as they were talking, many flying objects swarmed their area from all directions. These objects appeared to be controlled by the enemy's Quirk, creating a coordinated and dangerous attack.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The sound of the barrier being attacked by flying objects from all directions was loud, creating a tense and suspenseful atmosphere. Although all the attacks were successfully reflected, each impact caused the barrier to tremble, showing the strength of the opposing team's assault.

A few moments before the attack, the participants from team B were carefully planning their assault. They evaluated the situation and planned each step meticulously, ensuring their team members understood their roles and responsibilities.

"Nakamura-san, can your steel claws still be produced continuously?" Itou Sakurako asked, full of hope. She wanted to ensure they had enough ammunition to launch an effective attack.

"Don't worry, Itou-san, I can keep doing it until the match ends with this intensity," Nakamura Hina replied confidently, showing the freshly regenerated steel claws.

While answering Itou Sakurako's question, Nakamura Hina continued to regenerate the steel claws from her fingernails. This process went on uninterrupted, ensuring they had enough claws for the attack. Hina remained focused, ensuring each produced claw was ready for use at any time.

"If that's the case, I don't need to worry. Now I can focus on continuously attacking Wakasa Remi-san's reflective field without worrying about running out of ammunition," Itou Sakurako said with relief and enthusiasm. She felt more confident and ready to launch the attack with Hina's support.

Itou Sakurako continuously touched the steel claws collected on the ground and calmly flew them around the building where the enemy's tower was located. With coordinated and careful movements, she controlled each steel claw, ensuring their attacks were precisely and effectively directed. She utilized her Aero Kinesis ability perfectly, creating a threat to the enemy's defense.

With the barrier being attacked nonstop, the condition of team A's defenders became very tense. The tense atmosphere enveloped them, with each incoming attack making them more vigilant. They tried to remain calm despite the pressure, realizing the importance of defending their tower. They knew their success depended on how well they could endure in this situation.

"Wakasa-san, how long can we last if this continues?" Sakata Gintoki asked seriously, his eyes filled with worry. He knew that time was crucial in this situation, and they needed to know how long they could hold out.

"With this intensity of the attack, I can still hold on for about fifteen minutes," Wakasa Remi replied, also with a serious expression. She explained calmly, even under high pressure, showing her resilience in facing difficult situations.

"I see. They are hiding very well. They spread their attack area to conceal their actual position," Sakata Gintoki said while analyzing the situation. He tried to understand the enemy's strategy, showing his strategic thinking.

"But it looks like my bet was right. Judging by the way they're attacking, the attackers from Team B are Itou Sakurako and Nakamura Hina. If in ten minutes Tatsuma-san and Torame-san haven't finished implementing our plan, I'll also help defend with you," Sakata Gintoki continued with determination. He showed his commitment to fighting for their team's victory.

"Don't be reckless, Sakata-san. If you go out of the barrier with this intensity of the attack, you'll get seriously hurt!" Wakasa Remi exclaimed worriedly. She warned Gintoki about the significant risk if he took a dangerous step.

"That's why I hope our plan works, or I'll end up looking like a hedgehog gorilla after this game, haha," Sakata Gintoki responded, trying to joke. Despite the seriousness of the situation, he tried to ease the tension with humor.

"Oh… ladies and gentlemen, a sudden attack has been launched by team B at team A's defense area," exclaimed the commentator enthusiastically after finally seeing the much-awaited conflict. His enthusiastic voice echoed throughout the stadium, capturing everyone's attention.

"It seems team B has planned their actions very well. They are using Nakamura Hina's Quirk as bullets fired with Itou Sakurako's Quirk. What a great combination!" the commentator continued with burning excitement. He admired team B's strategic ingenuity and the effectiveness of their attack.

"Now, let's see how team A will respond. Have their attackers noticed the situation behind them, or have they anticipated this possibility and planned their counteractions? Let's watch together!" the commentator gave his commentary filled with tension.
