Marvel: Transmigrated with Travelling Frog?!

Chapter 276: Chapter 276: Eliminating the Dark Elves

Inside the pitch-black cave, the sound of the Dark Elves' footsteps could already be heard from outside. Without having the time to examine the clues Jane Foster had left behind, Alan hurriedly instructed everyone to hide.

A group of Dark Elves entered. Among them was a burly figure clad in armor distinct from the others. This individual had a beast-like face, with thick tusks protruding from his head and face.

That grotesque visage immediately drew Alan and the others' attention the moment he stepped into the cave. Gwen whispered, "That guy… he looks completely different from the rest."

Alan replied, "He's Algrim, a commander of the Dark Elves and the last of the Cursed Warriors. Without using the Dark Elves' weapons, it's impossible to kill him."

Hearing this, everyone broke out in a cold sweat. Alan himself also regarded Algrim with great caution. From his understanding of the Marvel Universe, Algrim was even stronger than Thor, making him an exceptionally difficult opponent to defeat.

The Dark Elves advanced further into the cave. Upon discovering the bodies on the ground, they quickly raised their guard. At this moment, Alan and the others were hiding behind a black rock. The space was so narrow that it could only fit two people, forcing Wanda, Gwen, and Red Queen to squeeze in tightly. Alan dared not move, fearful of accidentally touching something he shouldn't.

Gwen's face flushed slightly as she snuck a glance at the Dark Elves outside.

"Alan! I think they've noticed the marks Jane left behind!"

Hearing this, Alan immediately looked into the cave. Algrim was sitting on the ground, gently tracing the marks with his fingers. Fortunately, the Dark Elves didn't understand Earth's languages, so even if they noticed, they wouldn't grasp the meaning.

Algrim said, "There are others here. Outsiders have arrived. Go inform Malekith."

One of the Dark Elves immediately ran out of the cave. Algrim then stood up and crushed the marked stone left by Jane with a single stomp.

"Search this place thoroughly!" he roared.

The Dark Elves began a meticulous search, moving through the cave methodically. They reached the spot where Alan and the others were hiding, but when they peeked inside, it appeared empty.

After completing their search, the Dark Elves left the cave, satisfied. Only then did Alan and his group descend cautiously from the top of the cave.

"Thanks to Gwen's webbing, we avoided being discovered."

Hearing Alan's praise, Gwen couldn't hide her delight.

"Still, even though we know Jane Foster was transported here, we have no way of finding her," Gwen said worriedly, looking at Alan.

The Red Queen chimed in, "If we can capture one of the Dark Elves, I might be able to figure out how they're detecting the Aether particles."

She was right. The Red Queen's supercomputer capabilities could simulate nearly any program. Since the Dark Elves could locate where the Aether particles had appeared, it meant they carried devices capable of detecting them.

Alan immediately suggested, "Capturing a Dark Elf isn't hard, but we need to scatter them first. I'll draw Algrim away. The rest of you grab one, then rendezvous at the spaceship!"

With the plan in place, Alan acted first. Donning his golden Emperor Armor, he flew into the sky, where its gleam stood out vividly against the dim horizon. He shouted loudly, "Algrim!"

All the Dark Elves looked up. A figure clad in golden armor was clearly not one of their kind. Without hesitation, Algrim gestured for his subordinates to pursue him.
