Marvel: Trading with Worlds

The next morning, Kain woke up late for once. After spending a year as an ascetic monk, he finally lived a normal life last night. 

Betty's behavior from the previous night was probably the craziest Kain had ever seen. She seemed to use this as a way to forget her encounter with Bruce Banner at the restaurant, taking the initiative for a long time like a knight.

However, it was only madness in terms of momentum, without any support in physical strength. When they got closer, Betty had no fighting power left, and in the end, she couldn't remember how many times they had been together. 

Even though Betty planned to drink milk once in the middle to reduce Kain's combat power, it was useless. With the last leak, Betty fell asleep instantly.

"That guy will become the Hulk in the future. He won't intentionally come and smash my company, will he?" Kain suddenly thought of this possibility while using magic to cook for himself. 

But if Bruce Banner ever did something like that, Kain would definitely catch him and hand him over to General Ross.

Bruce Banner is indeed a genius, with doctorates in seven majors, but Kain didn't really need any of that. Betty Ross, on the other hand, was the daughter of Thaddeus Ross, and that background was enough for Kain. 

Not to mention, there were those slender thighs, which were quite enjoyable to hold.

While Betty was still not awake, Kain experimented with some magic. Apparition, he realized, was a very practical space magic. 

He traveled to several places instantly, and with his vast magical power, he completed each teleportation in an instant. He felt that Apparition was slightly slower than his system's shuttle.

"The magic in Harry Potter's world is really ideal. As long as you think about it, most of it can be done with the help of magic," Kain thought inwardly.

Kain pointed at the ground, and the hard surface instantly surged like mercury. Within two seconds, it transformed into an armored guard holding a spear, standing four or five meters tall. 

Then Kain struck another blow, shattering the guard into pieces. Finally, he used a spell to restore it, returning the damaged ground to its original state.

However, Betty Ross had been awakened by Kain's magic and called out from the window on the third floor. Kain quickly found an excuse to dismiss her concerns.

After Betty woke up, she had no intention of going back to sleep. She ate something and then prepared to take a shower and go to work—she had a lot of things to do. 

After Laura took over the biopharmaceutical company, Umbrella was handed over to Betty Ross.

Since it's easier to accept some veterans, Kain wasn't worried about General Ross's placement of personnel. Umbrella's top management had Kain's Chakra seal, and those very important to military security company. 

Soon, he would plant some spell seals to ensure the loyalty of the armed forces.

While eating, Betty asked, "Do you still want to go to the company with me today? If so, I can arrange an itinerary for you."

"No, the company doesn't need me to go often. After a while, I'll ask Umbrella to arrange two bodyguards for you. After all, you're also the personal assistant of a billionaire, so security is still necessary."

Kain wanted to practice magic at home or visit Carl to check on the investment company, but he realized he hadn't been paying much attention to the company and had almost no communication with it, aside from emails.

After staying in the Marvel world for more than a month, Kain had dealt with quite a few things. The most important was confirming a new cooperation project with General Ross: the study of the super soldier serum.

The appearance of the Extremis virus serum made General Ross think that Kain's team had extremely powerful research capabilities and could possibly perfect the super soldier serum that had side effects. Therefore, after convincing others, he cooperated with Kain in the name of the military.

In reality, Ross could have quietly obtained the super soldier serum on his own, but that would mean Kain wouldn't gain fame, and Ross wouldn't have the power or political leverage from the research.

Kain had intercepted two small vials of serum privately and made a copy of the experimental data from that year. Although the serum formula was missing, Kain believed that Orochimaru could potentially replicate it.

Unless there was absolutely no hope, Kain wouldn't invite Tsunade to join, as her current position was too delicate. This was unlike Orochimaru, whose interests and cooperation with Kain were inseparable.

After thinking it over, Kain made a decision. The Land of Waves, the Land of Tea, and the Land of Fire all had things to deal with, but they weren't very important, and Shadow Clones would be sufficient.

If anything unexpected happens, Kain could apparate at any time.

With his current magic power and abilities, ordinary Jōnin would be no match for him. It's difficult for ninjas who rely on intelligence to deal effective damage to Kain without knowing the weaknesses of magic.

Especially with flying magic combined with Avada Kedavra, Kain could easily kill ninjas with slower reactions in mid-air.

Kain summoned the little white snake that communicated with Orochimaru, wrote some information and intentions about the super soldier serum on a scroll, and then roughly stuffed the scroll into the little white snake's mouth.

The little white snake nodded weakly upon hearing the command, then quickly returned to Ryūchi Cave with a soft bang.
