NOVEL NEXT Chapter 303
"Hey, you guys are here." Alex Ray raised his eyebrows. He wasn't surprised by the sudden appearance of Tsukasa Kadoya and Daiki Kaito before him. Alex didn't believe for a second that these two would miss a battle like this.
Kadoya, clad in his black suit with pink lining, spoke slowly, "Even if this is your world, now that we're here, we can't just let these freaks destroy Earth."
Then, he pulled out his magenta camera and snapped a photo of the three Black Order generals standing ahead. He gave the camera a little shake and sneered, "My tech works just fine—it's these aliens that are too damn ugly."
Kaito looked unimpressed, his usual weapon slung over his shoulder as he stood to Alex's right, wearing that ever-present cynical smile. "I'm just here for the scythe. I heard it's a priceless treasure. No way I'm letting that slip by."
Alex smirked. "Well, since the two Senpai are so fired up, I guess I, can't afford to fall behind."
Three transformation belts materialized around their waists.
"Transform!" The three shouted in unison, swiping their cards simultaneously.
As the cards slid across their respective devices, an incredible energy surge began reshaping their forms.
A glowing magic circle flared to life beneath each of them.
Ebony Maw, silent and ruthless, watched the spectacle unfold. Then, lifting his hands, he began manipulating everything in the environment—trees, cars, bricks, steel. The debris shot toward the trio mid-transformation in a barrage of telekinetic fury.
But in accordance with the ancient logic of rider transformations—no attack can interrupt them.
Each projectile collided with an invisible barrier and was neutralized instantly.
Not willing to fall behind, Corvus Glaive swung his giant scythe with force, slashing toward the trio.
But his weapon fared no better. It, too, failed to penetrate the riders' transformation shield.
Frustrated, the two generals withdrew, glaring warily as the transformation sequence neared completion.
"De-de-de-de...cade!"
"Di-di-di-di...Diend!"
"Le-le-le-le...Legend!"
Three electronic voices echoed from the void.
And then, standing proudly before the Black Order were three fully-transformed Kamen Riders.
Magenta—Kamen Rider Decade.
Blue-black—Kamen Rider Diend.
Gold—Kamen Rider Legend.
"No matter how many times I see it, your transformation sequences are way more dramatic than ours," Tsukasa muttered, curling his lip.
Ebony Maw eyed the trio's vibrant armor and scoffed, a sneer twitching at his lip. "Hmph. All flash. Let's see what you can actually do."
"I'll handle this one!" Kadoya said, shifting into combat stance. He swiped another card and charged directly at Ebony Maw.
"I call dibs on the guy with the scythe. That treasure's mine," said Daiki, transforming into Kamen Rider Diend. He narrowed his eyes at Corvus Glaive, summoned two rider allies, and rushed forward into a chaotic brawl.
Alex sighed as he watched his seniors eagerly pick their opponents.
"Really? You two left the woman to me?" He glanced at Proxima Midnight and gave a helpless shrug. "Typical."
While dodging Ebony Maw's counterattack, Kadoya shouted with a teasing grin, "Don't say we never look out for you! We picked all the strong ones. Don't tell me you can't even handle a girl? No way, right?"
Ebony Maw, annoyed by Kadoya's apparent distraction, growled, "How dare you get distracted while fighting me, you arrogant Earthling!" He thrust both hands forward, unleashing a massive surge of energy that slammed into Kadoya.
Proxima Midnight, already irritated, flared with rage when she saw Alex seemingly dismissing her.
"Anyone who underestimates me is already dead!" she hissed coldly. She summoned her Eternal Spear—rumored to rival even Odin's—and lunged at Alex.
"We're not underestimating you. If it takes three of us to deal with you, that should be enough to prove your strength," Alex replied coolly.
With a motion, he summoned three Kamen Riders to aid him.
Kamen Rider Decade. Kamen Rider Diend. And the golden-armored Kamen Rider Legend—his own form.
This combination of Riders had never been seen before in any recorded battle.
The last time two Decades appeared together, the resulting clash shattered an entire world.
The Black Order was dangerous—but not world-ending dangerous.
As Alex led the charge alongside Hell's Kitchen's top fighters, the tide of battle began to shift.
The Chitauri were driven back, street by street, block by block. The residents of New York—and people watching around the globe—were witnessing a new kind of resistance.
"Oh my god! The people in Hell's Kitchen are monsters! Those two blind guys are slicing up aliens like they're vegetables!"
"I don't know who those transformed freaks are, but they just punched a Chitauri warship out of the sky like it was a beach ball!"
"My money's on that Earth duo—one's flinging sand, the other's hurling rocks. Those are some real men!"
"And those spider guys flying around? We've got more than one now? What, is Hell's Kitchen mass-producing superheroes now?"
Even among global chaos, not everyone was watching in horror—some watched in awe.
In a shadowed corner of the battlefield, a group of white-clad observers watched the feed with furrowed brows.
"This… isn't how I remember it," one of them murmured.
"Steve, weren't there only six of us back then? Why are there so many more now? And what's with the two little Spideys swinging around out there?"
The battlefield was a chaos of intersecting legends.
Alex Ray, in his golden Legend Rider form, fought side by side with heroes and monsters alike. He wasn't just a leader—he was a focal point, the reason the defenders of Hell's Kitchen still stood their ground.
Wielding chaos magic, spatial manipulation, and a staggering arsenal of other powers, he held Proxima Midnight at bay while his summoned Riders danced around her.
To the invaders, it may have looked like madness.
But to Alex?
It was just another day in Hell's Kitchen.
