This level has appeared multiple times, and the method to clear it is simple, connecting all the light points in one stroke, matching the given pattern exactly. Although it seems like a small game, the light points are too many and dense, and still three-dimensional space structures, Ash and the others attempted to challenge and eventually failed, not because it was impossible, but it consumed much time and soul energy.

Only Weiser was at ease in this level, easily clearing it. Therefore, similar levels were handed over to Weiser to handle.

This is the benefit of teaming up to clear levels, the Sword Maiden is skilled at handling combat levels, the Witch often performs miraculously in movement levels, while Weiser excels in intellectual levels, reigning supreme among the team. With them, Ash just needs to stick close and take the hits as the guard.

When Weiser was breaking the level, Ash stood beside the Sword Maiden, his finger gently tapping her hand.

Sonia couldn't hold back her laughter, she swiped her finger on her lips and quickly tapped Ash's lips, laughing in a held-back voice, "Can you stop being so cute?"

Yet the next second, the four were transported to a golden hall.

Unlike the crude and dim underground hall, the golden hall was luxurious and solemn, bright and warm, the marble-patterned floor tiles shiny enough to reflect shadows.

The four immediately went back to back, observing the surroundings, swiftly noticing a huge black leather book on the ground at the center of the hall.

However, before they could probe, the black leather book automatically flipped open, a sharp, hideous black arm extending from the pages.

Every piece it emerged, the giant book shrank accordingly, and when its black mist-like shell fully appeared before them, the giant book vanished without a trace.

It had no lower body, the upper body formed by black mist but wearing black and silver armor. Its head had no organs, only a white line like a snake's eye drawn at the eye area, within which cold light was staring at the four.

"I am the Mage's Handbook of the Nightmare Angel, Devil Nightmare." The Nightmare's voice echoed throughout the hall, "Mages, as long as you complete my trials, you can inherit all the Nightmare Angel's legacy, possibly even rule the Dream Heaven — the complete Dream Heaven!"

Nightmare Angel!?

The four immediately recalled the content from the "Ghost Manual" — the original master of the Dream Heaven was the Nightmare Angel! During the time the Ghost Prophet was a Mage, the Dream Heaven was not fractured yet, but it was already the Nightmare Angel's possession, prohibiting entry by ordinary Mages.

"You're the Mage's Handbook of the Nightmare Angel?" Ash was incredulous, "Can a Mage's Handbook talk?"

"A Mage's Handbook is the accumulation of a Mage's lifetime, an ordinary Mage's handbook can only derive inheritance projections, but when a Mage enters the Divine Domain, their handbook can derive angels and devils." While the Nightmare explained, it left more mysteries for the group, but was clearly not planning to decrypt them for the group, "So, are you willing to accept the Nightmare Angel's trials?"

The Nightmare surprisingly did not hide, "Its original self nearly fused with Dream Heaven in life, secretly leaving behind an inheritance. Though the Ghost Prophet obtained the kingdom's remnants, as long as I hid, he couldn't deal with me."

"To ensure his inheritance proceeded smoothly, he applied multiple seals on me. But now the seals have broken, my power extended out of the cracks, regained partial authority over Dream Heaven, thereby transporting qualifying mages here."

Ash and the others suddenly understood.

Dream Heaven has inner and outer inheritances, besides the Ghost Prophet's external inheritance, there was also the Nightmare Angel's internal inheritance! Yet the Nightmare Inheritance remained hidden, Dream Heaven changed through more than ten owners without exposure, until recently when the Divine Lord intervened, breaking the Ghost Inheritance, allowing the Nightmare Inheritance to start triggering!

Diya oddly asked, "Hasn't Dream Heaven been passed among many demigods before? So many Mages, wasn't there any qualified to inherit the Nightmare Inheritance?"

The Nightmare shook its head, "If a demigod tries to plunder by force, I can't resist. Its original self foresaw this, requiring that only mortal Mages be eligible to inherit."

Weiser asked, "What are the trials of the Nightmare Angel's inheritance?"

"Condense Divine Status, create Divine Being."
