POV: Robert Reynolds

Oh... My name is Robert Reynolds.

"What's your name?" I ask her.

"I am Rachel Roth," she answers, seeming very nervous. I have no idea why she nervous

"Haa... okay, nice to meet you," I say. "Nice clothes, by the way."

"Thank you???" she responds, clearly confused.

(Okay, who said I was good at it? Just because I want to be around woman doesn't mean I know how to talk to them. I'm a normal teenager, not Spider-Man. I just don't have the facility for that.)

"Yeah, well... have a good day. Bye!"

I say that and immediately take off at Mach 10, making sure not to release any shockwaves or sonic booms.

Raven POV:

"Wait—" Raven starts, but it's already too late. he is gone.

Why did he run away? Was it something I said?

I know I'm bad at talking to people. After all, it's only been a month since I came here... but am I really that bad? she wonders, her tone laced with sadness.

But then, determination flares in her eyes.

Next time, I'll do better.

After her brief internal monologue, she flies off toward Mount Justice, still thinking about the golden boy name Robert Reynolds and I still confused about why he run

POV: Justice League

After almost an hour, the Justice League has hit a dead end. Hawkman and Hawkwoman have returned home, and Wonder Woman has gone back to Washington. The only ones still around are Batman, Superman, Flash, and Green Arrow. Martian Manhunter has also returned to the Watchtower.

"Have you found him?" Batman asks.

Superman sighs. "Unfortunately, no. No matter how hard I try, the energy seems too dispersed across the city. There's no concentrated source—it's spreading more and more as we speak."

"Nothing on my end," Flash says.

Green Arrow scratches his head. "How about we call Cyborg? He can check the city's cameras."

Batman shakes his head. "I'll handle it myself. You guys can go back."

"Come on, Bats," Superman says, concerned. "What if something happens?"

"If something happens, I'll call you," Batman replies, his tone calm and controlled.

Superman sighs. "Okay, but make sure to call us if you need backup." He still sounds worried—the energy output and destruction in the desert were too much to ignore.

"Yeah, you can count on us," Flash chimes in. "If you ever need me, I'll be there in a flash. Hahaha! Get it? Because I'm the Flash, and I'll be there—"

Batman gives him a deadpan stare.

Superman chuckles awkwardly.

Green Arrow is already walking away.

Flash's sense of humor died the moment he found out he was going to be a dad… and now, he's officially entered the era of dad jokes

Flash sighs. "You guys don't have to be so rude. I'm working on it, okay?"

As the others leave, he mutters to himself, Now I kinda feel bad for making fun of dad jokes…

With a streak of lightning, he vanishes, racing back to Central City.

POV: Robert Reynolds

Haa... Finally, I collapse onto the hotel bed.

After running away from Raven, I found a hotel and rented a room for the night. Today has been exhausting—getting reincarnated into another world, and of all places, DC?! On top of that, I've got a whole new body and some crazy powers.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to be here. I've always wanted excitement, the freedom to live without fear. And now? Now, I'm not afraid anymore... well, at least not of normal things.

But I am still very much terrified of some cosmic being erasing me from existence.

Not that I can do anything about it.

It's better to focus on things I can actually deal with... like:

Darkseid

Trigon

Doomsday

Superboy-Prime

Parallax

The Upside-Down Man

Nekron

Eclipso

The Anti-Monitor

…Wait. Did I say I can handle them? Yeah, no. I can't handle any of these guys.

Why am I even thinking about them? The more I do, the longer the list gets.

World-destroyers.

Universe-destroyers.

Multiverse-destroyers.

And don't even get me started on the regular villains.

Honestly, I think the only ones I could take on right now are maybe world-destroyers. At most.

I mean, from what I know about Sentry's powers, I can become infinitely stronger. I have infinite potential.

But that doesn't mean I'm there yet.

Maybe someday.

With that horrifying train of thought, I try to sleep. But apparently, having nearly infinite energy in your body doesn't exactly make it easy to doze off.

So I use my telepathy to knock myself out.

Because, at this point? I'm just mentally done.

Third-Person POV

Somewhere underground...

Professor Ivo—a genius, yet utterly mad scientist—stood over his greatest creation.

Amazo.

"Hahaha… It's done! Finally! Time to unleash hell on the Justice League and every single one of those sidekick brats!" he cackled.

On an iron table before him lay a silver-colored android, its metallic body gleaming with raw power—a true marvel of technology.

"This isn't perfect yet," Ivo muttered, his eyes gleaming with manic excitement. "But it's more than enough for every last Justice League member... and their little sidekicks."

In the Desert

"Have we identified the source of the destruction or the type of energy behind it?" a high-ranking officer asked.

"Unfortunately, no, sir," one of the scientists replied. "The energy has already dispersed into the atmosphere. We also have no records of any military base or structure in this part of the desert."

"It doesn't matter anymore," the officer said. "Pack up your equipment. I want a full, detailed report on my desk—clean and precise."

"Yes, sir," the scientists answered in unison.

Soldiers escorted them back to the base.

The Next Morning—Hotel Room

Slowly, I wake up.

Well, I'm not dead. That's a good start.

Time to find a proper place to live… or maybe just go straight to the Justice League and join the team.

I sigh, rubbing my face.

Haa... I just woke up, and I'm already thinking about not getting obliterated by some cosmic entity. What a life this new life is turning out to be...
