Life after being a Mercenary

My mom says as she bent her head sideways to looked at who is standing in my back which is Jin.

"Oh.... Forgive me...."

Jin says as he bows to them. Is it really necessary? Well i think so because.... You know what nevermind.

"Uhmm...?"

I was looking at the four other women and a man besides Ara. She looks uncomfortable around that man so I think she needs my help.

I go to the direction where my sister is standing and grabbed her arms to take her to my side. She got shocked when I did that to her and got confused.

"Who are you?"

I asked the guy on who is he and then looked at the direction of Jin. I think he uses one of his active skills because the stats of this guy appears infront of me.

'i think I remember Jin saying he has the ability to see othee people's stats.... This must be what he uses...'

I looked at the status window who appeared infront of me and looked at the guy's stats. He is kind of.... Weak?

Im better than him at everything and I'm also stronger than him. Jin says that even though the number is small, if they have a single number on their strength, it is strong enough to create a small crack on a rock. He says it's only gonna apply on number 9 though.

"Oh brother, that's Sam, he was a friend of mine for five years now ever since his mom introduced him to us"

Ara says in which made me confused. He is yor friend? Then why do you look so uncomfortable around this guy if he is your friend?

'i need to keep a close eye on him..... He might do something terrible to my sister if this keeps up....'

"Oh my! Who is this two handsome you man~~~?"

I heard the women with red hair says. Looks like she is my mom's friend that I saw earlier in her room, must be her friend. I need to greet her respectfully to leave a good impression to them.

"Hello miss, are you having a good time?"

I asked her which made them stop, I don't know what's wrong with what I say. I think it's a very normal thing to say... Right?

"I'm having a good time don't worry~~~"

She says again with a smile on her face. I just looked at Jin who says he wants to drink some water in our house that's why he's here.

I asked him to sleep in our house but he disagree and says that he needed to go home because his sister is waiting for him there. He was about to leave but came back and asked if he can have atleast 1 cup of water because he is thirsty due to fighting 5 hours straight.

"Hey Jin, let's go to the kitchen. I'm gonna give you some water there"

I say to him and then headed to the kitchen which I felt his presence that he is following me behind my back.

I go to the refrigerator and took a bottle of water and gave it to him. He drinks all of it and shyly, he asked for one more. I gave it to him without hesitation and once again, I saw a shy looks on his face so I gave him another water to drink and I was rught because he drink it all the way as soon as i gave it to him.

He then says he is gonna go somewhere tomorrow so we might not be able to see each other for a few days because the thing he is gonna do is kind of important.

I immediately understand what he meant by that because I saw ONE of his rewards earlier and the first thing that comes in my mind is that, I was fascinate.

"Alright, I'm gonna go now"

He says his goodbye and so do I. He also says goodbye to my mom and have a few chats with my mom's friend and after that, get out of our house.

I also just go to my room to let them have their time and so do I because I am kind of tired because of all that happened today.

I started to think that what's happening right now is not ordinary anymore. Who would have thought that Jin has that kind of power? And also, why is Blackdog only sent no. 13? He definitely know that he csnt defeat me so the only right person to send here to eliminate ne is no. 2 or the whole village.

'what is he plotting?'

I asked myself a question, what am I gonna do in this situation if I was Blackdog? What is the first thing that the guy I'm suspecting who is alive is currently hiding right about now. What am I gonna do?

Should I test his skills first and make sure to watched his every moved? That's possible because, I f I wanna know something important about a person I'm currently looking for, I need to see it or order someone else to know it.

Should I also find and explore the city to get some new hobbies? I don't know what to do this past few days and just playing some games on my phone. Jin says he is gonna be busy tommorow because of THAT reward he just got.

"Sigh... This is so frustrating..... This is not worth of thing, I need to rest my brain in order for me to have a lot of more energy and fight whenever I need!"

I just looked at the sideways of my bed and then covered myself withmy blanket and closed my eyes. After a few moments, I fell asleep.

Meanwhile, while Jin is going to his house after having a drink of water on his friend's house, he was currently looking at the reward he just got.

"Hmm..... I think this is gonna be a good try. This is also the first I'm gonna this thing"

He says as he continued walking at the dark road where the only light is by the light in the streets. He was looking at a thing that is color yellow.

He was holding it using his right hand and looking at it with a smile on his face.

"This is the first time I got this... Yellow key"

He says as he finally managed to get into his house and then entered to finally have a good rest because he is so tired and feeling heavy.
