"If possible, I would like you to cast the spell again, you are capable, aren't you?" The leader asked, operating the tablet and shocking the previous information,

"Yes, I do."

After Feliciana used the spell for the second time, the result was still the same. She began to panic. Failure was once again haunting her. What was she doing wrong? Why wasn't the spell working properly?

"That's enough, you can locate the criminals now." When the Leader said this, Feliciana's heart sank, this was the hardest part.

She had to cast a spell that would affect someone of a stellar level, the fear of failure took over her.

"Are you okay?" The leader took her shoulder causing Feliciana to almost have a heart attack, she screamed and the concealment spell almost broke.

After she calmed down with John's help, Feliciana spoke calmly.

"I'm fine, I'll cast the spell now."

Feliciana closed her eyes, taking a deep breath, she started singing a song in her head, people were in danger, she had to do her part well otherwise someone would end up dead.

Feliciana channeled her MP with the help of her staff, this was the difference between mages, they could freely channel their MP and use it to cast spells, not just skills, if you isolate just this point, mages were superior.

A wind blew and Feliciana's eyes lit up with a light green, she then began to paint in various regions of the plant to where she thought the criminals were and then she got scared and the spell was broken.

"What's wrong? What happened? Are you okay?" The leader helped Feliciana compose herself.

"Someone broke my spell, this shouldn't be possible" Feliciana spoke still trembling with fear, the eyes she saw weren't human, a chill ran down her spine.

"It is possible," John said, Feliciana and the Leader looked at him at the same time.

"You are of low star level, locating two-star hunters and just being noticed is something to be proud of, but when someone of three stars is put under such a spell, it is natural for the other party to break the spell" John said with worry in his eyes.

"Star Level 3 Hunter"

Feliciana almost choked as she tried to say these words, when the urination was assigned it was said that only hunters of a maximum of 2 stars would be here, how is a high level hunter here?

"What are we going to do, leader? Are we going to approach the mission? If we leave now, we might have a chance to retreat." John said cautiously, echoing in his voice. It was clear that Feliciana wasn't the only one afraid.

To Feliciana's disappointment , the leader said with a resolution that brooked no questioning.

"They already know we're here, if we leave now, maybe we can retreat, but the hostages? They probably took them from here while some of them chased us on our retreat."

What the leader was saying was right, and Feliciana knew it, but then what were they supposed to do? Even if all 11 designated hunters joined forces to face a three-star hunter, they wouldn't succeed.

"Alex, if we don't retreat now, we'll be killed by the three-star hunter. The best thing would be to ask the association for reinforcements and send a three-star hunter." John gave voice to Feliciana's thoughts.

"Are you sure there really is a 3-star hunter in this residence?" The leader's question took them both by surprise.

"We're not sure, but" John tried to say something when the leader spoke again, he seemed worried about something, Feliciana detected an emotion in the leader's voice that she couldn't say what it was.

"One thing I am sure of, if we retreat now the kidnapped girls will be taken to another place and only we know where that will be, that is, we only have this chance to rescue these poor girls, 5 of them are missing, who knows what really happened"

John was silent.

"We will proceed with the urination, whatever happens at this point I take full responsibility." The leader's words were spoken with unwavering conviction.

Feliciana was quite scared she had seen a pair of eyes that terrorized her every time she thought of them, she feared that John was right and that their inexperienced and emotional leader was leading them to certain death.

Feliciana was afraid of dying, she didn't want to leave before the world recognized her and gave her back everything that was once hers and what she had to achieve, but she couldn't disobey her leader's order.

"I'm going to contact the headquarters and explain what happened, I'm going to ask for backup" she saw the leader walk away as he left these words behind.

"Calm down, Alex will make the best decision possible, you don't need to worry so much." Perhaps John saw Feliciana's trembling because he approached and gave the girl a reassuring smile.

"You recently graduated from the academy, right? Me too , I'm surprised I haven't seen you around in a while."

"I'm quite forgettable, maybe you 've already seen me and simply ended up forgetting like everyone else." Feliciana looked down, straightening her large glasses that covered part of her face.

"I don't think so, I'm sure I would remember you if I had seen you before and by the way, you don't need to call me ma'am, after all we joined the hunters' association almost at the same time" John said touching the girl's trembling shoulders.

For some reason Feliciana seemed a little calmer, she raised her head and looked at John gratefully.

"Thank you" Feliciana looked at John, this time she gained courage and tried to look into his eyes, but it was only for a moment before she shrank back down again.

John was handsome, much more handsome than she could ever dream of being, that's why she lowered her head, she was very ugly and feared that a handsome man would look at her with disgust.

This was one of the reasons why Feliciana kept her head down, she didn't want anyone to look at her ugly face.
