"Do you know the two secret bases of Matteo?"

Hearing the information from Wilfredo, Luo An was somewhat surprised:

"Matteo didn't discover them?"

"How could I possibly let him discover them."

Wilfredo revealed a sly smile, indicating that it wasn't just Matteo's bases; he had obtained the specific locations of many people in the business through various means.

He had never taken action before because there hadn't been anything worth moving for.

"Chenier left us a clue."

Inside the car, Winslow handed Chenier's cellphone to Luo An, his face solemn:

"This isn't left by Chenier, it's left by Reesi."

Winslow and Michelle instantly looked up, reinvigorated, and Luo An hastily asked:

"Which city?"

"It's Kapilin City, at the very north of New Mexico!"

Luo An grabbed the map again, carefully examined it for a few seconds, a smile breaking across his face, and said:

"That's the direction to Matteo's second secret base. We can confirm that the people who kidnapped Reesi and Chenier are from the military, and they are also looking for nuclear warheads."

Having obtained their whereabouts, Winslow and Michelle were thrilled, but there was still a puzzling issue, Michelle asked with confusion:
