Kigal-Note/Undead/Ghost: Queen Banshee

Name: Queen Banshee
Rank: S (B+)
Type: Ghost
Lifespan: Uncalculatable
Attribute: Undead, Music
Traits: High Undead, Incorporeal Ghost, Fey Undead, Royal Monster

Description:

The Queen Banshee. One of the highest members of the Banshee race and a Royal Monster of Ghosts. Like the Dullahan, they are a race of Fey Undead, those with the power of both the undead and the fey folk, making them a rare encounter.

They are said to sense death and will make an appearance before those who are close to dying. This creates some similarities between the Queen Banshees and the Grim Reapers. However, the Queen Banshee is more generous than the Reaper, and may even give their assistance to the dying person so they may survive for yet another day, as long as the person in question is one of good nature.

Appearance:

The Queen Banshee is one of the most beautiful specimens of these female Ghosts, but they can also be one of the vilest. When finding something they dislike, they use their powers to make their appearance the most horrifying their target can imagine, while also appearing quite hideous to those not even being targeted by this effect.

Like Banshees, the Queen has the appearance of a beautiful woman with pale skin and is dressed in black mourning clothes. Due to them being Ghosts, the Queen Banshees are somewhat intangible and can sometimes turn straight out invisible.

The Queen Banshee shares all the common abilities of the Banshee race, such as the ability to detect death, a voice that carries an instant-death effect, and great magical prowess, especially with Death-related spells.

Including this, the Queen Banshee also has the ability to detect causes of death, as well as the method of how to prevent it. This is not a type of recovery skill, but an ability that grants them the knowledge of how to prevent death from taking the target. Whether the Queen Banshee or the dying person has the ability to actualize this method is a different story.

The Queen Banshee also has a Fear-inducing ability that takes advantage of the opponent's imagination to create the most horrifying sight they can think of and show it to them. On the other hand, if the person has no imagination to speak of, this ability may turn into something worse than your average Fear-type skill.

And finally, the Queen Banshee's voice is known to be in a league of itself. Its ability to induce death is far greater than that of regular Banshees, or even High Banshees, as the Queen can affect even non-living matter, granting anyone and anything that is in the range of her voice "death". The "in the range" part is an important point to take notice of, as only the targets right in front of the Queen will be affected by its instant-death effect. Hearing the voice will still give you nightmares for days.

Garami's comment: Hey, Dejidem! Why did you give something like this for Revi to summon? It's too weak! Give her an A-rank at least!

Dejidem's comment: Now, now. This one is perfect to face the last agent. I even granted it an auto-summon effect in case Revi gets in danger.

Garami's comment: As in someone attacking her? IDIOT! Make it pop up the moment anyone even looks at her funny!

Dejidem's comment: Wh-what a doting...Parent? Sister? Master? Hmm...
