Description:

The Thaumaturgist Class is an Intermediate-tier Magician Class that focuses on synthesizing miracles without the need of a holy- or wicked being.

While classes such as Priest and Warlock ask for the assistance of a greater being, holy or evil respectively, the Thaumaturgist deviates from this practice. Instead, they focus on creating a miracle through the use of magic alone, to prove that humanity will not lose to these greater beings.

A Thaumaturgist focuses on many different subjects of support-type magics, with their origin coming from healing-type magics. When compared to the Cleric class, however, it is considered something closer to a Support Magic class than a Healing Magic class.

Unfortunately, despite their massive range of spells, or maybe because of their massive repertoire, Thaumaturgists lack support-type skills that allow them to enhance the effect of their spells or reduce the MP costs of said spells, as opposed to other Magician-line classes like the mentioned Priest and Warlock classes.

This class is one of the rare examples of an Intermediate-tier class with access to the [Workshop Creation] skill, which allows the Thaumaturgist to create a special area, a Workshop, where their magic can be enhanced or improved. The Workshop can also be used to enhance item crafting if the skill user also owns an Artisan-line class, but only for the creation that class is built around. Evolving this skill "customize" the Workshop to improve a single "line of work".

Thaumaturgist also offers, as mentioned before, various Magic Skills. [Support Magic] provides support-type spells from any attributes, [Purification Magic] grants spells from the Purification attribute, [Dispel Magic] lets the Thaumaturgist cancel magical- or skill-based enchantments or curses, and [Illusionism] provides with various illusion-based spells, which are not restricted to those from the Illusion attribute.

The last skills provided by this class are: [Detect Evil] that allows the Thaumaturgist to discover the undead, demons, and other evil-type creatures, [Reactive Heal] which allows them to use a magic spell on a target beforehand and delay the healing process until the target gets wounded, and the classic [Magic Reinforcement] which improves the overall abilities regarding magic.

Lily's comment: Purification...? Then, Noire is good at cleaning? Like the Clean Slime, Zali?

Noire's comment: Don't put me on the same level as some lowly slime! Who do you think I am? Ciara? ...who are you to compare that walking abomination of lust to some random and innocent slime!?

Garami's comment: ...did she try to make a move on you...?
