Chapter 1: Dead
Authors note is that I'm writing on my phone only for this chapter but it the rest will be on a computer or something.
-------
Wow, I literally just died and got transported in front of God.
I was reading the manga of JJK and how it ended, which, in my opinion, was so bad. Then, all of a sudden, I get a huge headache, and I'm in front of God.
I think this must be some kind of anime God or Gege in the flesh and blood because why on earth is he asking me to go to JJK and fix the world?
Well, it's not like I'm complaining or anything. This might be okay.
"You can do anything you want once you enter the world. Choose to join Yuji and Gojo in defeating Gojo or vice versa," his annoyingly manly voice boomed at me.
"Oh, alright, that's fine, but I do want some kind of abilities that can help me dominate the rest. As said by the strongest (Gojo), cursed energy is 30% of a sorcerer's ability, and the rest is their cursed technique."
"Very well then, I shall grant you three wishes, as long as they don't make things too easy for you," he replied.
Truly better than what I was expecting from him. Three whole wishes was amazing, but they still had limits. This meant that even though I'd get the wishes, they still had to be restricted so that I'd have to work for them. Even so, if I got too overpowered, I'd be disregarding the hard work of the other isekai'd folk.
"My first wish is for a system that works like a better version of Google. It should give me suggestions on where to improve, even in things that don't involve fighting and intelligence. I also want it to be able to tell me how strong others are, using a gamer aesthetic."
I hadn't really needed much thought for my first wish. Systems often get too OP when they literally guide the user and force things upon them. Besides, I didn't want to be controlled by a system that could wish death upon me if I didn't complete 10k push-ups.
"My second wish is to be able to create cursed spirits. I want this as my cursed technique. The only limitation I'll put on it is that they are incapable of high levels of communication, and when they fight, my cursed energy will be depleted."
It was truly an ingenious idea from me. Maybe the huge need at the end wasn't needed, but my next wish would make up for it.
"I wish for infinite cursed energy; however, I'm only allowed to use a certain amount, and the rest will go toward the cursed spirits I create."
"Your first wish is doable. Your second wish is a bit more complicated. I will limit the power of the cursed spirits, but in exchange, they will have absolute loyalty to you. I will give you immense cursed energy, but you won't have infinite energy, as that would mean you could create an infinite army of cursed spirits."
In the blink of an eye, my surroundings started to change, and I was transported to some kind of edgy and gloomy place.
He really just sends people anywhere he sees fit. I still needed to check my powers, and the location where I was would be perfect.
"Yo, system, wake up, where am I?"
[I do not need sleep, therefore I am always awake. To answer your question, you've been sent to your base of operations in Tokyo, Japan.]
Who knew that I was teleported, and my fate was already sealed to become some kind of Batman, lurking in the shadows?
Either way, it was good to know that my system was working. Now I just needed to check the other two wishes. The only problem was that I didn't know how to activate or use the power.
"Umm, system, I have another question: how do I use my cursed technique?" I asked again, sighing at my own stupidity and having to rely on the system. But then again, I did ask for the system for that exact purpose.
[To activate your cursed technique, think of an image in your head resembling what you want to create. That is the simplest way to create a creature. If you want more features, then you need to imagine these features on the creature.]
"So what if I wanted a creature that was really intelligent, looked like a human but had a low amount of cursed energy?"
[That would be possible, but it would cost a lot of cursed energy because of its intelligence. However, since you mentioned the low cursed energy, a binding vow would have to suffice.]
"Why would I need a binding vow?"
[Some laws about cursed spirits still apply. The more powerful the cursed spirit, the better the intelligence.]
Using the advice from my dear friend I started to create an image in my head. Long blonde hair, green eyes and female. Now all I needed was to imagine that she had a huge amount of wisdom and intelligence.
All of a sudden a green light started to radiate of my skin and it then shot off my skin like a bullet and reassembled two meters away. The light started to change, it formed into a figure resembling a human female. Next game her skin and eyes followed up by some clothes.
I was so entranced by my technique that I nearly forgot to make the binding vow that would make her a lot more smarter but in exchange for her cursed energy.

-------------------
"So what do I name you?" I said to my creation. Is this what fathers feel after seeing their child?
It was a peculiar feeling I wasn't used to, and it felt kind of nice.
"Well, anyway, welcome to the world, my child. I will call you Athena, after the Goddess of Wisdom and Strategy," I finished.
"Athena..." she replied back to me with a faint smile, clearly meaning she was happy with the name. She would serve me well.
Still, this was a pretty good start. I would make Athena my second-in-command. Even though she was physically weak, not everything in the world could be measured by physical strength. I'm starting to sound like one of those edgy protagonists. I guess that's what happens when you speak with a literal computer for 30 minutes.
But now that I had Athena, I still needed others to revolutionize this pathetic excuse for a world. My glorious kingdom would not be turned into a pile of ashes after enduring 50 black flashes.
"Athena, what would be a smart way to get the underground empire up and running?" While the system was great, it still felt nice to talk to someone whose form was physical and not some stupid voice in my head. Not to mention that she still needed to take care of the empire, so her opinion on how to start would be more valuable.
"If I were you, I would start by creating a type of hierarchy within this system. It would be best to sort out a plan for the empire before doing anything risky," her tone remained the same throughout her speech.
It was an interesting view that I hadn't thought of because my first idea was that I would reconstruct the place and then work everything out. Now I understood it: short-term pain for long-term gain.
"I'll give you one day to come up with something. Once you have finished with that, you will report back to me. All the little details can be done without my permission by you."
She hurried off to do her job that I had assigned. The empire's success was now taken care of, and now I needed to take care of my own success.
Even though my cursed spirits remained loyal to me, meaning that they couldn't attack me, the same couldn't be said about the rest of the world. I wasn't some super-smart genius, so I had to at least be really powerful or something. Where I lacked in one aspect, I would strive in another.
"So, is there any way I can improve my cursed technique for myself and make it more usable in combat?"
[It is already usable in combat. Remember the character Geto? You can use the cursed spirits like that. But if you really aren't satisfied, then you could try half-creating a cursed spirit that is sealed to your body and comes out to protect you.]
An interesting idea that would be fun to try out. It would be hilarious if someone tried to attack me, and out of my pants, a huge dildo ripped out, and suddenly, they were faced with it.
Time to train.
