Infinite wealth In A New World

Chapter 251: The Confrontation

[Supreme World - Lilith's Domain.]

In the opulent but unnerving surroundings of Lilith's domain, the Goddess of Lust and Darkness sat at a picnic table laden with macabre delicacies. She held a crystal glass filled with a deep, unsettling crimson liquid. Her gaze, shifting between the spread of cookies and countless exquisite treats, was drawn to a shimmering spatial gateway. From its depths, the New Shadow emerged.

"Here comes my fifth beauty," Lilith said, a predatory smile stretching her lips.

Shadow stopped before Lilith and the other core slaves—Agora, Cobra, Nina, and Violet—and bowed deeply, her respect layered with a newfound loyalty.

"Mother."

"Come and join us, dear. Enjoy yourselves," Lilith instructed, her voice calm.

Shadow nodded and walked toward the table, taking a seat beside Violet. The formidable dragoness turned, a slight, proprietary frown creasing her brow as she assessed the newcomer.

"Don't mind her looks, dears," Lilith explained, observing the subtle tension.

"I had to give her a werewolf bloodline just to save her life. It was a messy conversion. Now, Shadow is a half-werewolf and half-Succubus." The casual way Lilith discussed such a profound transformation underscored her absolute power. The four core slaves nodded, their initial surprise settling into acceptance.

"Hmm... Impressive," Lilith suddenly muttered, licking her lips with an intensity that had nothing to do with the table fare.

"What happened, Mother?" Agora, the most composed of the group, inquired.

"That God Wolf actually destroyed my fragment..." Lilith confessed, a flicker of genuine disbelief and grudging respect in her eyes.

"Seems he is much stronger than I thought." She collected herself quickly: "Well, I will just give him a gift. When I next sense him, my slaves will check his strength. You guys will stay back and watch the show."

"You mean, you want to mark him?" Nina asked.

"Yep," Lilith confirmed.

"My slaves will take care of him, you guys will watch—" She picked up a cookie, her movement halting abruptly mid-air. Her crimson gaze turned deadly cold, and the group watched in stunned silence as she crushed the delicate cookie in her hand, the pieces crumbling onto the table.

"That Bird actually sent a manifestation into the Lower World and placed the restrictions again!" she hissed, her voice vibrating with barely contained rage.

"Um... Wait, only for six months? What is she up to?" Lilith stood abruptly, moving her gaze across her core beauties.

"I will be back."

Before the five slaves could react, Lilith vanished, leaving behind a chilling void.

"I hope she doesn't destroy the entire Angel Domain," Cobra muttered nervously, shifting her gaze to the others. Despite her bold appearance, a tremor of fear was visible.

"No, she won't. Aurelia won't let her," Agora asserted, taking a glass of blood and sipping it with deliberate calm.

"And Mother isn't a blood-driven goddess; she's a strategic one." A hint of awe mixed with self-deprecation entered her voice. "I only wish I could watch, but even with my Seventh Order strength, I don't think I would survive a fight between Mother and Aurelia. Even their conflicting energies could destroy a whole sector of the supreme world."

"Yeah, you have a point," Nina nodded in agreement.

"Come on, Shadow," Violet said, getting to her feet, her initial displeasure replaced by an air of strict mentorship.

"Let's get you started. As the First Order, you are the weakest amongst us, and that needs to change immediately."

"Finally, you won't make fun of me being the weakest anymore," Cobra muttered, crossing her arms and offering a sarcastic eye roll.

"The weakest? You are not weak," Shadow said, genuinely surprised by the casual acknowledgment of such vast power differences.

"To Violet, a peak Fourth Order is weak," Cobra clarified with a wry look.

"Even a Fifth Order is weak," Violet corrected dismissively, her priority clear: absolute strength. She grabbed Shadow's arm, her grip firm, and vanished with the fifth slave, heading to a training regime that promised to be brutal.

[Angel Domain.]

BOOOOM!!!

Space tore open above the pristine Angel Domain, and a pure, unholy darkness spread from the fissure, instantly engulfing nearly half of the luminous realm. Standing amidst this darkness, her form stark against the light, was Lilith.

BOOOOM!!

The space before Lilith shone with a blinding flash, a thousand times stronger than any star. The light dimmed, revealing Aurelia, the Archangel, whose eight powerful, feathered wings beat rhythmically behind her, an aura of celestial authority radiating from her.

"Why are you here, Lilith?" Aurelia asked, her head tilted, her tone a careful blend of cold command and cautious restraint.

"Why did you interrupt my plans in the Lower World? You not only did that but also wiped out all my creations there!" Lilith hissed, her red eyes burning like embers in the surrounding darkness.

"Do you know this is a sign of war?!"

"You destroyed my restrictions on the Lower World," Aurelia countered, her voice dropping a fraction, showing her annoyance at the blatant disregard for established rules:

"What did you expect when you did that?" She paused, her eyes narrowing.

"Not only that, you also sent your fragment to the Lower World! That alone broke the rule the three domains agreed on! Do you think She will let it go if She hears this news?!" Aurelia's voice turned utterly cold, strategically introducing the threat of a higher power—the mysterious Third Domain—into the negotiation.

A noticeable shift occurred in Lilith's demeanor. Her raging expression momentarily faltered, a hint of genuine concern flickering in her eyes—a rare display of deference. It vanished as quickly as it appeared.

"She won't go against me, because I didn't cause much damage in the Lower World," Lilith argued, though her previous certainty had waned.

"Because I stopped you," Aurelia pointed out simply.

"Yes. Because you stopped me," Lilith repeated, her gaze hardening with suspicion:

"You could have let me destroy the Lower World and placed the Third Domain on my neck, but you didn't... You intervened directly."

Lilith leaned forward, her power compressing the surrounding space:

"Is there something in the Lower World that you are protecting? Is it God Wolf?" she challenged.
