Chapter 64: It's all coming together....
What followed wasn't that impressive or complicated, honestly, Elizabeth was kind of bummed off by how it had gone.
"So you want it done in Avalon after all, right?" Rossie had asked when they finished getting ready for the day.
"Yes? Do you want it somewhere else? I don't mind doing it in Camelot, but I would rather go to Avalon... That was where Papa built most of his power base, and where they married..." Elizabeth had answered, it was more of a feels thing if she was being honest, there was no reason why they needed to do it in Avalon, even if their house was there.
"I don't mind it, we had planned to do it there, it is the place with the more loose laws that apply to our situation." Rossie answered back.
Their situation?
"What do you mean?" Elizabeth asked confused.
"Eli-Eli, we are women... Marrying other women, not all countries are happy with this." Rossie said, sighing, "I know you are pampered and whatnot, but even you must know... People don't look kindly on our relationship."
"People are dumb," Elizabeth answered without thinking, "What's to them? It isn't like I will suddenly crave to marry a man just because they don't want me to marry such a wonderful woman."
"That's okay and all, but you know how men and women in power are, they want for things to go their way," Rossie said shrugging.
Wait, Men and Women in power?
"But we have power," Elizabeth pointed out, "More than them probably, and even if they have more power than us by some weird reason, we can outlast them."
"... You know that, I know that, but they don't know that." Rossie said smiling once again quite evilly.
"So, then the first step?" Elizabeth asked giving herself another look in the mirror to make sure she was presentable. Yes, she was quite the looker, was this what they meant when they said that a bride was the most beautiful thing ever?
"We will need to update our credentials, that is to say, we need to measure our power and get the accreditations needed," Rossie said pulling a form, it asked for quite the detailed information about them, from name (Real name) to date of birth, going across all the relevant data like body type, blood type, source of power (Be it magical or skill, contracted or self generated).
It was quite thorough if nothing else.
"This feels like a violation of the [Shift] spell and all the security nodes we set up in first grade." Elizabeth pointed out, not that she wasn't willing to put her data there, it was meaningless for them even if they had all this data, her own version of the Shift spell made it pointless after all.
"They are a signed under an ancient spell or something that prevents them from spreading the data, or so they say." Rossie said shrugging.
"More likely than not, they will keep the data safe, since it only takes a high-tier Hero or Villain's identity to be leaked for them to become... debris." Rena said from the side brushing her hair as she got ready, "So it should be fine, besides, it isn't like they will stop us."
That... was true, not like anyone could stop them if they decided to leave.
"So we will register for this thing?" Elizabeth asked as she started filling in the information, she was quite surprised that it didn't ask for her family, parents, legal guardian and whatnot. "They don't care about parents?"
"Eli-Eli... You are an adult, at this point in time people will assume you are the one that takes cares of yourself, so unless you want to add them... No, they don't care about them," Rossie said sighing, "Also, even if you wanted to add someone else, usually its a husband or wife, not your parents."
"... Fair," Elizabeth said nodding at that, it made sense after all, "Okay, have you two filled your own paperwork?"
"Yes," Rena answered first, summoning the file with her name, "I had some issues filling some parts, they ask about power and whatnot, but I wasn't sure if just writing blades would be enough."
"Same here, I am mostly a healer so I wasn't quite sure what to write, how do you gauge a healer?" Rossie said shrugging, as if there weren't metrics for that...
There were metrics for that right?
Like, a D-Tier Healer could close wounds but a B-Tier Healer could regrow and arm or something like that.
"No Eli-Eli, there aren't metrics for that, perhaps during a war or in a crisis, but in peace times a healer is gauged by how many they can heal, and honestly, you can't test that in this type of setting," Rossie said shaking her head.
"Fine," Elizabeth said grumbling, "Let me just fill this stupid thing so we can go and file it or something."
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
And so, Elizabeth walked to the desktop and did just that, the questions weren't that hard. What was her name? Elizabeth Starbright. Easy.
Sex? She sure as hell hoped she would get plenty soon....
"Eli-Eli, why are you laughing like a creep?" Rossie asked from the side.
"Ah, sorry about that, thought about a stupid joke." Elizabeth answered while marking Woman on the paper.
The next question weren't that hard either, power, what was her power? How would she describe her power?
Elizabeth was stumped at this one, her main powerset was magic, but she mostly moved around and attacked using shadows and lightning, she was branching onto new elements, but then what was she supposed to put?
Elemental Magic? Elemental Powers? Shadow? Magic?
In the end, she decided to put on what she had been using the most and put Shadow Elemental powers as the answer, if they asked for more info, she could just show off some of her shadow manipulation and be done with that.
Next came certifications, what proof did she have of her power level...
"Rossie, what did you put on certifications of power level?" Elizabeth decided to ask, the obvious answer would be an [Identify], but she knew not everyone had the same degree of power to the level they had.
One such example was Elizabeth even, since she had more power than her level would suggest. She was very well within the S-Tier degree of power, and yet her level would make people think that she was barely a B-Tier or maybe an A-Tier at best.
Which was quite far away from the truth.
"I will just give a mana sample," Rossie said with a shrug, "They will check it and compare it with the mana density expected with other people and grade it from there, it's the easiest way, not many like it since mana density is not a good metric to gauge power."
"Like for me, mana density is not a good way to determine my power, since most of my might comes from technique." Rena added from the side, "I will just cut things till they accept I am on the same tier as Rossie and you though."
"Hmm.... Should I go the easy way and just give a mana sample then?" Elizabeth said thinking on it, it was the easiest way, "I will do that and ask for a magic testing."
That would be the easiest way, if Elizabeth was confident in something, which was her mana manipulation (Aka, her magic) and in the mana density she had nurtured... Or well, that she was nurturing, her mana density grew by leaps and bounds with each new Sin gem she took in.
She expected a great growth as soon as she took in the Lust Sin, she hadn't seen that much growth, or well, if she had she didn't notice it since her mana was always denser than everyone else.
"Going for the overkill are we?" Rossie said shaking her head. "Of course, just take things slowly and don't overstress the measuring device."
"I don't think it is that bad..." Elizabeth said unsure what Rossie was speaking about.
"Eli-Eli, this is a governmental device, they are as cheap as they get." Rossie pointed out, "Chances are it is an older make with recycled materials, so it will break if you pour all your power."
"Fineeeee........" Elizabeth said grumbling, she also wanted to show off in front of the girls she liked, but she would settle for the second best, surprising people and making them sweat their ass off.
That would be good enough too.
The next part of the form was quite mundane, mostly asking about address and area of activities. That was simple enough to fill out, too. Elizabeth's address was still within Avalon; the address was that of her old home and her area of activities... Well, she put in for now worldwide and extraplanar.
She was, after all, moving around the world and between the planes of existence.
So that would be her answer, "There, all done. Wanna check out mine?" Elizabeth said giving her documents to Rossie for her to peruse.
"Hmm.... Everything is in order... So your blood type was O-type?" Rossie said when she got to that part of her personal information, "Didn't see that one coming, but I guess I should have looking back on it."
"What do you mean?" Elizabeth asked, she wasn't sure if the blood type really mattered that much, with magic and whatnot it was a moot point, perhaps if she needed a blood transfusion, but that had been turned obsolete in the world post system.
There was the bonus from your status, then the power of healing magic that could quite literally make blood from thin air, and then there was the fact that one could acquire a skill for that. Like Rena who had at some point that blood repository and that body fluid skill.
With those the problem of blood type was outdated.
"You haven't seen the blood type personality test?" Rossie asked, surprised, "Even with your lifestyle in high school? You were a popular girl right?"
"Yes...?" Elizabeth asked still confused.
"Well, in the blood type personality type test, the O type is known as the confident, ambitious and resilient type." Rossie answered, Elizabeth could see herself as that, yes, "And on the other hand, they are known to be overbearing, arrogant, competitive, and somewhat jealous or possessive."
......
"I'm not overbearing." Elizabeth said grumbling, "I can see why someone would say I am arrogant, prideful, and maybe a little bit possessive, but overbearing is something I am not."
Elizabeth was sure of that, no one had ever told her that she was overbearing, as such she was not. That was how it worked, right? If you found someone who was overbearing, then you would tell them as such, so that they could be better and fix their issues.
And since no one had told Elizabeth that she was overbearing or possessive... Granted, Elizabeth knew that she was somewhat possessive. And there was no doubt that she was prideful, but overbearing?
Nope, no sir, she was not such a thing.
"Of course not Eli-Eli," Rossie said smiling as if she was speaking to a little child that knew not what was best for them. "I would say you are more of a sexy girl who wants to be a domminatrix than overbearing."
Isn't that about the same though? Just a little more spicy in the bed rather than with everyone?
"Right..." Elizabeth said still not quite sure if she liked that, they hadn't even had experience in the bed, or well, Elizabeth hadn't, she was sure that Rossie and Rena had gone at it a few times, if the videos that Aura provided were to be trusted, not that the purple maid would lie to her and make them up from fake imaginery... right?
Aura wasn't that evil... Granted, the videos showed a very flexible Rena who was capable of doing wonders with her mouth to herself by merely twisting herself into quite interesting positions, but... Actually, was someone even capable of bending like that? Now Elizabeth was wondering if the videos were real or not...
Dang it Aura, this was probably part of her evil plan to get Elizabeth doubting, and worse of all she couldn't even ask if Rena could do that or not! She would come up as a sicko who spied on her girlfriends while they went at it on the privacy of their bedroom!
More so since both girls wanted Elizabeth in the bed too, if not why would they use blonde wigs from time to time? Even if their rendition of Elizabeth was... weird, they more often than not acted quite spoiled when they pretended to be her after all, she would need to ask about that at some point, whenever the other two girls brought it up to discussion, perhaps Elizabeth could accidentally find their wig? Not that it would be easy, they hid the thing as if it was the holy grail, granted it may as well be since it was quite the embarrassing thing, at least Elizabeth wasn't sure if she could live with the shame if they asked her about it...
But that was that, and this was this.
"Okay, then what else do we need before going to register and all of that?" Elizabeth asked, stretching, it wasn't that long since she started preparing for this, but writing in legal paperwork had a way to stress one beyond the limits of reason.
"Nothing, everything seems to be good," Rossie said nodding while checking once again Elizabeth's papers, "Really, good job Eli-Eli. I knew you could do it in one go. You deserve a reward ♥"
And without any kind of warning, Elizabeth's lips got violated by Rossie's tongue, that is to say, the pink-haired girl shoved her tongue so far into Elizabeth's mouth that Elizabeth half expected it to go down her throat.
How nimble and adept was Rossie's tongue to achieve such a thing within the limits of a normal human?
"Hmmnn....." Elizabeth merely enjoyed the surprise French kiss for what it was, a nice surprise and reward for a good job.
"I want one too...." Rena merely said from the side, which prompted a bout of laughter from Elizabeth as soon as Rossie decided that Elizabeth deserved some O2 to breathe.
Not that Elizabeth really needed it to survive, she could survive on Mana if it was needed (And could get her a few extra minutes of time with Rossie's tongue).
"You will get yours tonight," Rossie winked at Rena who merely nodded while pouting.
Perhaps Elizabeth could give her one? She had just learned of the wonders of shoving the tongue into other people's mouths and playing with their mouths...
Yes, Elizabeth would find the time to do just that, perhaps while they waited at whatever place they were going? Surely they would find a long wait and whatnot.
It was bureaucracy after all, one couldn't expect to solve all these issues in minutes, thinking so was the utter sign of entitlement, no matter how important one thinks they were, to the government, you were worthless!
And Elizabeth would use that to her advantage! All so she could play with Rena's tongue and mouth, yes... it was all coming together....
