I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess

Chapter 350: Roof of the Train?

The tongue slathered against the window, covered in rough spines that screeched against the transparent surface.

Then, it disappeared back into a dark red maw that bit at the window, trying to shatter and break through.

Its teeth were sharp and slightly angled outwards.

Both Viesta and Lillian listened as screams erupted inside the train, penetrating through the walls of their room.

However, they were soon silenced as the intercoms of the train rang out:

[Good afternoon, passengers. But there seems to be a group of Barrel Moles obstructing the train as well. Please stay in your seats and wait for the authorities to come. They will not enter the train, I can assure you.]

Viesta, who was previously startled by the sight of the maw, let out an exaggerated sigh at what it was.

Scratching the back of her scalp, she muttered with a frustrated hiss:

"A damn Barrel Mole? So, that's why the train stopped."

Shaking her head, she looked towards Lillian and found her getting up.

Currently, the white-haired girl was only wearing a pair of dark gauntlets, which gave off a sinister vibe, and a black cloak.

Viesta waved her hand dismissively at this, gesturing for her to sit back down. "Just sit back down, Lillian. If you're planning on fighting them, there isn't much point. You'll only be wasting your energy and risking getting injured. Just wait for the authorities to get here."

Lillian, listening to the woman's words, gave her a nonchalant look before shrugging:

"And I don't see much point sitting here either, Miss Viesta. If we can help the authorities in dealing with troubles we can solve ourselves, why not?"

Viesta, kicking her legs onto the table, responded with a hesitant look. She sighed and closed her eyes, folding her arms as she muttered:

"Look, missy. As much as I want to go out there and blow out the brains of monsters, I really don't want to be sat here for an hour covered in blood... You get me?"

Once her words left her mouth, silence poured into the room.

Feeling something was off, she opened her eyes and looked towards the automatic door, and found it to have just closed.

She let the thought of Lillian leaving as she was talking settle for a moment before letting out a groan.

Summoning a holster for her gun and tying it around her waist, she pinched the rim of the cowboy hat as she muttered:

"These first years aren't obedient at all!"

After entering a public cart, she transformed her body into liquid and slipped out through the automatic doors.

Once doing that, Lillian quickly climbed on top of the bullet train and looked around the tunnel.

The metal walls wrapped around the tunnel were now littered with holes as countless monsters crawled out of it—these being Barrel Moles.

These creatures were usually at the Savage stage, D-rank, and only had a single shell around their mana core.

They had large arms covered in a thick layer of metal-like chitin that allowed them to dig through stone-like terrains.

And not only that, but their entire body was encased in the same material, causing them to be round-ish, with only their entire head and rear being exposed—thus giving them the name Barrel Mole.

Due to their rank, they are rather strong creatures if you were either an ordinary person or were extremely inept at magic. Someone like her at the beginning.

And they were especially dangerous due to them coming in large groups.

However...

Unlike her past self, she had come a rather long way.

Breathing in a deep breath, she stretched her arms out to the side. Then, with a loud exhale, she yelled:

"Ah~... Finally, some action!"

She watched as the Barrel Moles began to climb on top of the train, causing it to shudder as their weight pressed down against the roof.

She stared at their faces and looked at their whisker-covered noses, finding them twitching at her as they chattered their teeth.

She then stared at their hands, finding them to be grinding against the surface of the train. It gave off the impression they were readying their charge.

Lillian remembered what Viesta had said earlier. It would be unfortunate for her to have to spend the remainder of the train ride covered in blood.

Raising her hand and shaping it into a gun, she began blasting pressurised water bullets.

A few shot through the air, whistling as they quickly narrowed on the monsters.

Splash! Splash! Splash!

But they were rendered useless as the monsters that quickly shattered their form using their armoured hands. This caused a flash of disappointment to appear on Lillian's face.

'Well this brings back memories...'

The memory of fighting against the Carapace Dwellers resurfaced inside her head. However, it quickly disappeared as she noticed a small hole through their armour.

And seeing this, a large, toothy grin stretched across her face. "Looks like it won't be the same, after all~..."

After she said that, a multitude of spears began to appear around her, their tips sharp and aimed towards the Barrel Moles, who became stunned.

However, they quickly broke out of their stupor and charged towards Lillian at the clear sign of hostility spewing out of her.

Lillian, tucking her hands into her pockets, released the spears hovering in the air and blasted them forward.

Pained squeaks echoed throughout the tunnel as blood began to spill over the roof of the train.

The passengers that were still seated in their seats flinched at the sight of blood running down the windows and watched as the Barrel Moles rolled off the roof.

Lillian, walking up to a mole, stared at its caved-in face.

Watching as blood bubbled and sprayed out from its face, she quickly stepped away and moved to the side of its body.

She smirked and planted her feet against its side and pushed forward. But then, she frowned as she found the corpse was too heavy to move.

She rolled her eyes and removed her foot. Then, she placed her gauntlets on its body and pushed forward, managing to push it off.

However, as she was doing this, she glanced to the corner of her eyes and found a Barrel Mole pouncing towards her.
