I Know the Secret to Surpass Level 100

Chapter 573: Cosmic Sun

There was one Realm that the group hasn't visited and that was Hell, the only Realm that they have no member from. They could only rely on the accounts of the ones who were actually there and take note of what to expect if they ever try to visit it in the future.

Yet, fate seemed to like being fateful. Three people that stemmed from the underworlds are in front of them and they are all arguing. A battle will commence if they do not intervene.

"Hey—"

Reginald was cut off when a sword was fired at him. He raised his own blade to block the attack, just in time before it hit his face. "What the hell was that?"

"You have no business here, Terran," Bruno growled at him. "Shut up and stay down. This is a matter between us."

"First of all, you don't tell me what to do." Reginald scoffed. He raised his sword and wrapped it with a powerful force of energy. Bruno narrowed his eyes to take a closer look, then realizing who the boy actually was. "Second of all, I am not a Terran."

"That will be enough." Francoise spoke in a rather soft tone. His words were calm but the pressure that he was emitting was not. It felt like a thousand elite soldiers marching towards everyone who felt it and it was not a pleasant feeling.

"A dragon who lost his scales," Bruno muttered. He kneeled and looked down. "You have ascended to greater heights. You shed your scales for power. It's... it's something that's only been done by one person."

Even Trinidad bowed down in respect to Franchise's power. She tapped on the young girl's back and she too bowed to pay her respect. The three was silent as Francoise sucked all of his killing intent back inside him. He chuckled and shooked his head. "Young kids these days are too hot-headed."

"Hey, old man. Are you popular?" Reginald casually asked. "I could match this guy but that woman would cut my head off before I could say 'boobs', but then they're both entranced by your aura."

"It wasn't even like the ones you exude when you see us messing with your tools. Close, but not that close," Frederick laughed. "Did you do something wrong or are they just too weak?"

"You too are on a whole new level of naive," Spencer whispered. "That was a focus killing intent. It was an aura that was sent directly to the ones that he wanted to feel it. The presence that you just felt were just a tenth of the pressure."

This silenced the two. They know Spencer was telling the truth because the boy had the gift to see auras in a physical sense. He sees light from people and he judges them based on that.

Spencer shook his head and smirked. "I just realized how old this old man really is because of that."

"Oh, Great Dragon." Bruno stood and walked closer to Francoise. "With you around my sister, I shouldn't worry. Thank hells that you're here."

"Even for us, you're a legend. The Absolutes have no way of winning against you. I am grateful to be under your protection, Cosmic Sun," Trinidad bowed. "Now, I have to ask you for your help."

While not looking at his guild mates, Francoise served the three into their table and let them sit. He stood on the end while letting the members of Pentos sit where they were comfortable.

Reginald and Spencer were behind Bruno, eyeing on him like hawks. Meanwhile, Frederick and Luck were beside Trinidad and the young girl. They were welcoming unlike the other too.

"Princess Melissa has been tortured by her mother," Trinidad continued. "Malice wants nothing else to do with her than to make Melissa her own vessel, to become anew. It's what she has been doing for centuries. She sacrifices her own daughters to consume their bodies and transfer her souls and powers to them."

"She's been doing that for centuries, yet now you chose to intervene," Francoise narrowed his eyes. "That seems like an interesting coincidence. What's so special about her?"

"She will birth the Prophecized Boy," Trinidad said without hesitation. Bruno stood and slammed his hands on the table. "Bruno, sit down. You don't want to tell your mom about this because if she knows that you're here and then you failed to take your sister back, she will kill you without hesitation."

A smirk etched on Francoise's lips. He shook his head gently and chuckled. "All this time, someone that could end Malice has arrived. Is that what you're telling me?"

"Yes, indeed," Trinidad nodded. "Melissa will meet the father of the boy in this Realm soon enough and then they will conceive a child. That child will grow up to become strong and bright. He will end Malice's tyranny and he will liberate Hell from all its horror."

Francoise laughed. "This is amazing. And are you sure?"

"I saw the prophecy before she destroyed it," Trinidad said. "She intends to kill Melissa's soul before she takes over."

Bruno laughed. "So, that's why. She can't kill this one because the broken prophecy protected Melissa. It's like a barrier that prevented Malice from doing anything to her."

"Yes, and if I let Malice break her soul, she's not going to hold out long. I was just in time," Trinidad said. "Cosmic Sun, you have also been suffering from Malice's horrifying acts. You know how important Melissa's child would be."

"I know," Francoise chuckled. "I just can't believe that I can finally avenge them."

"I will go back to hell now. She must be looking for me," Bruno said. Before he left, Trinidad made sure that he stays silent so she cast a skill on him, preventing him from talking to Malice anything related to Melissa, Trinidad, or Terra. He was silent and he knows that he should be.

When he left, a darn shadow loomed in the corner of the room. Reginald felt its presence but seemed like he was the only one who does. When the shadow was off guard, he jumped and thumped on the shadow. A figure jumped from the darkness and stepped back.

"Princess Melissa's kidnapping," the man said. "Done by Conquest. Accomplices includes Prince Bruno, the Cosmic Sun, and people from Terra that came from different races."

The man raised his blade and was about to strike his heart when a hand stopped him. It was Francoise. The old man smiled and broke the arm of the shadow. He grunted and ripped the hand off and slammed the man on the ground.

"It has been so long since I've felt this happy." Francoise injected a massive flow of energy into the shadow's veins. The man was screaming as Francoise continued. "Do not try and stop my happiness, you hear?"

"Just..." Reginald could only gulp as he watch Francoise burn the man with multicolored light. "Who is this old man?"

"The Cosmic Sun," Trinidad said. "The legendary Elder of Dragons. It is said that he created their realm to protect them from humans who hunted dragons. The most powerful among all dragons, and currently just behind the Absolutes. Even more powerful than Malice. He is half Dragon and half god because he is the second son of the Almighty."
