I Know the Secret to Surpass Level 100

Chapter 544: Trinidad's Training 2

Trinidad vanished right after she spoke to Elliot. And not long after that, several cracks appeared in the air. Large elongated hands pierce through the cracks and the heads of the Behemoths appeared.

"Exhibition," Elliot scoffed. "I swear, she's trying to kill us."

Elliot gripped the handle of his sword after he unsheathed it. He took a deep breath and sighed. "Hasty Aspire!"

With a jolt of power gushing through his body, Elliot leaped and slashed his sword forward. He cut off the hands of one of the monsters while avoiding its fangs.

"He seriously wants to learn Omniscience," Connor chuckled. He clenched his fists and growled, his body igniting into its Infernal form without a single chant from his lips. "But I will not hold back."

The rest of their friends followed them. Lance's body turned golden, Ed's body was wrapped with the dark purple armor, while Hope morphed into his dragon-humanoid form.

They wielded their weapons and clashed with the Behemoths. Their enemies mastered the art of Hyperia and Spatius, meaning they have to study their movements and the flow of their aura to learn it too.

Elliot narrowed his eyes and watched the flow of power in his opponent's body. The Behemoth had already taken its arms and reattached it with a burst of magic in its body. Elliot observed the slow and steady pace of the aura, watching its every move.

It gripped its sword before growling. "I will have your head, human!"

The Behemoth ran towards Elliot, raising its sword before bringing it down to create a powerful force of shock right towards Elliot. The boy dodged the attack with a swift gliding towards the side. He pivoted and sprung away from the attack.

"That was close," Elliot panted, feeling the fatigue in his body. The movements of this Behemoth was comparable to the movements of the Guards. They have almost the same power level and capabilities, although the Guards have a slightly powerful build than these Behemoths.

"This is going to be harder than I thought," Elliot sighed and ran to the side. He watched the Behemoth again, reading the flow of aura in its body. When the Behemoth moves, there was an unusual reflux of aura in its body. It was like the power was traveling in a speed that wasn't familiar for Elliot. It was slow, but it was also fast.

"How in the hell are you doing that?" Elliot asked. He ran towards the Behemoth and raised his sword. "Hasty Aspire!"

Elliot moved just like last time. He jumped from the ground and slashed his sword right in his opponent's arms. But this time, he failed. The Behemoth blocked his attack without even breaking a single sweat.

"How?" Elliot gasped. "I should have a swift and powerful attack, not easily to be seen even with the trained eyes."

"Do not underestimate us," the Behemoth spoke. "We may not be Guards, but we take pride on being the most powerful creatures of the Abyss. We take pride on being Behemoths!"

It was like his words sparked hope in his allies' minds. They raised their swords and cheered for themselves, raising their stats even more and it was now dangerously high.

"What is all of this?" Elliot gulped. "How can we ever take you on now?"

Lance was having a hard time even in his Sun form. He was glowing with a bright golden light, his powers were enhanced but the Behemoth overwhelmed him even when there was only one of him. This was his strongest technique from his father who was previously a powerful man, yet in front of these Behemoths, it felt like it was useless.

"I thought I was already strong," Lance clenched the handle of his swords. He watched each of his his black and white blades, sighing as he was determined to get even stronger than he was right now.

The enemy that he had has a highly adaptive skill set. Lance was the one chasing after the enemy because of how talented and powerful the Behemoth was. There was no other way for him but to learn Omniscience.

"If I could learn this power, then I could protect my friends, all of them and not just Elliot," Lance said to himself. He took a deep breath before running towards his enemy. "So, I have to give this all that I've got!"

Elliot rolled to the ground after he was hit by a powerful attack. He pierced his sword to the ground to stop him from rolling, the boy gasping for air as he did. "What in the hell?"

He tried his best, but it wasn't enough. In fact, it was underwhelming for the power of the Behemoth that he was facing at the moment. It felt like they were worlds apart and Elliot thought that he was already strong.

"How do I use Hyperia?" Elliot asked himself. He took his sword and pulled himself back up. He then raised the sword in front of him, taking a deep breath and thinking of the images of the fights that he felt short of. "No, I already use Hyperia."

He tried to copy how the mana travels throughout the Behemoth's body. The speed was both fast and slow, both steady and messy. It was a huge puzzle that he was trying to figure out even when he started from nothing.

"I shall defeat you, Behemoths!" Elliot raised his sword to point at his enemy. "I will have your head."

"Go ahead," the Behemoth grinned, fully confident of his own skills and doubtful of Elliot's. He knew that their powers were too far from each other and that he had led that power gap. It was like an ant was facing a direwolf.

"If you think you can defeat me, you have to be dumb or too happy," the Behemoth grinned. He raised his own toothed sword and spun it, creating a whirlpool of force that was pulling Elliot towards him. "Come to me and you shall see how different our powers are."

Elliot grit his teeth and took the challenge. He ran towards the Behemoth at full speed, raising his sword that was glowing with a bright red light. "Then let's see how this feels!"

Their weapons clashed, creating a powerful shock that sent Elliot flying. The Behemoth laughed as he watched the boy roll on the ground a couple of times before stopping and coughing. He felt defeated after that clash. He was powerless against the Behemoth who cut his aura without even flinching. Their power were too different and now he felt more useless than he had ever felt.

"Omniscience…" Elliot raised his hand and watched it. He felt the Behemoth approach him, but he already felt defeated. "Can I really master you?"

Elliot then felt the flow of the Behemoth's aura as it got closer. He listened to the veins in its body, the magic that was flowing inside and the blood that was gushing around its large body.

"What…" Elliot whispered. "What in the…"

He jumped up and took his sword. Elliot ran to the side and then spun, grinning as he had already figured it out. "Mana Concentration Gradient."

The Behemoth grit his teeth. "What…"

"So this is your secret, huh?" Elliot grinned.
