NOVEL NEXT Chapter 6: wait that was a phoniex
A few days has past and I'm at home relaxing I hear the door bell ringing so I go to answer it and it was Luna and ami so I said "why are you two doing here" and ami replied "because we are going on a D ranked quest and the reward is $50,000 each" so I said "nah I'm taking the day off so...." But before I finished speaking ami starts to cry and throwing a temper tantrum so I suck up and I went to the guild.
Ami point to the D ranked quest she want us to do and it's another carriage guarding quest so we pick the quest and we go meet up with the coachman and told him we are the one who will be protecting the carriage today so we introduced our selves and then we set off to a town that's located to the south from my hometown Garcia and we past through the screaming swamp with no confrontation and then we arrived at the city of phoniex.
The coachman drop off the passengers and told us that we are going to spend the night here because the time is too late to pass back through the screaming swamp so ami,Luna and I exit the carriage and started to touring the city and we see alot of amazing places and eat alot of good food while through the roaming city we saw a man who looks like he misplaced something so we step over to him and asks him " hello good night sir are you looking for something?" And he replied "yes I lost a bag that I was carrying but I don't know where I lost it" so I told him "can we help you to look for the bag" and he described how the bag looks and we split up to search of the bag.
Few minutes as past and I saw someone who was walking with a bag that match the description the man us and I go toward the man and say "hey where did you get this bag fr..." And before I finished speaking he took of and I chase him and immobiles him and ask "where did you get that bag from" and he replied I saw a stupid man put this bag on the ground and walk away from it so I took it" so I take the bag and return to the rendezvous spot and I returned the bag to him.
he start to thank me and said "do you want a reward for finding my bag" and ami was about to ask for money but I said do you know any magic spells and he said "I'm a summoning user I don't do other magic spells" and I replied "wait there was a summoning spell what about you teach us how to use it" Luna and ami decline so I ask him to teach me and he said "ok slam you hand on the ground and say mythical creature I summon you now and if the creature submit you will from a contract with it and if you defeat a creature in battle before it dies you can form a summoning contract with it because it accepted defeat" and I did what he told me to do and I summon a giant bird and it submit to me instantly and form a contract with me
the man was flabbergasted and said "I never saw someone make a summoning creature submit to them so easily let alone a phoniex and without even fighting it" and I replied "wait what you have to fight the summoning creature for it to submit and that giant bird was a phoniex oh I guess it's my luck day" and then I ask for his name and he said "my name is Lucas and I can't thank you enough for finding my bag until we meet again I wish you good luck" and then we when to our separate way and ami,luna and I headed to an inn to rests and the next day we head back to our town and we go to the guild to collect our reward money and ami didn't make any problem and we go our separate way and I head home.
