Apollo couldn't help but shake his head finding it troublesome how his grandpa constructed his message.

"He is still bad at messaging" he mutters as he read more of his notification but as he stroll down he noticed a certain someone.

"Old man just messaged me, that's odd did something happen in the imperial palace"

Alarmed that imprisonment of Nero gone wrong he immediately opened his message.

He replied after that he recheck his notification if ever he miss any messages once he does he command the authority of space to take him to the tower.

''You are here already" Alger welcome Apollo with a smile along with a warm hug accompany by a forehead kiss. Apollo welcome it happily sine he had miss the warmth of the person who stood as his grandfather

"So what kind of research are we dealing now?" The boy asked despite already knowing the contents of thier study.

"Well come here child I will tell you" Alger beckon Apollo to approach him, the boy nodded and immediately took his hand that lead him to the underground research facility of the tower, and there he saw the largest scale experimentation ead by the two prominent figures in magic, the Association and the Tower.

"Now then Apollo let us start, I can rely on you right?"

A smile form on the boy's lips as he answer, "Of course!"

In a blink of an eye days went by and Nero's execution was announced, and right in front of the people he was killed.

"He is very calm"

"Are you worried?"

Alicia asked knowing the meaning of Apollo's expression.

"But you are prepared after all you have analyze the method Nero was trying to do to reincarnate, and if you want to you can pay a visit to him in the world tree"

"The world tree....." Apollo suddenly mutters as if he is thinking of something.

"Everything goes and enters the cycle, they enter the world tree...it means everyone is a reincarnatior since all of us enters the cycle of reincarnation. Then what makes the reincarnator different?"Apollo suddenly has a question something he should have thought before.

"Its the memory that makes the difference, just like you said Apollo everyone enters the cycle but all of those souls lose their memories as an act of cleansing. This cleaning is one of the few things that is required for the souls to be rid of all thier negative energy that they have accumulated from thier life. It is also a way to cut off thier connection to thier previous life since they are about to live another one"

"Wait so you are telling me now that the reincarnator may actually be someone who could bypass the cleansing process or..." Apollo went silent not liking his late realization.

"or he never need to go to the world tree to begin with" Alicia continue looking nonchalant as ever.

"Hmm?....you are the one who told me there is nothing for me help with since the Tower had enough knowledge and equipment for the research. I thought you already know this"

"I didn't! Our findings were all based on the world tree. If the reincarnator is indeed not needing to the enter world tree to enter the cycle then we wont be able to track down whoever this reincarnator!"

Alicia just nodded again watching the end of the execution in the intercom, along with the other seniors.

Apollo who immediately left the dorm stood on one of the trees in the forest and look at one of the messages.

Apollo worried immediately ask Jeremiah.

"Wait he is? Then does that mean Alicia was wrong a while ago? But she never been wrong before" Apollo was making speculation but knowing Nero he must have plan something ahead if he ever lets himself be caught.

"We should observe first, Jeremiah update me of Nero's location. I want to know if he ever crossses normally or he does something strange"

The lab was filled with light as Nero's glass tanks bath in strange light.

"This is one of the phenomenon we have recorded, once the magic circle activited it means that the reincarnator will descent from one of the bodies we have here" Gavin said as he prepared to manipulate the body that will serve as a vessel.

"Was Nero really the one we are looking for" Apollo kept on thinking until the light disappear from the tanks and everything suddenly went to normal.

The mages of the Association were also confused but amongst them only Apollo was calm.

"No souls are approaching right? Or forming in any kind of connection to the tanks"

After giving all those commands Apollo decided to leave, he first told the mages of the Tower that he is retuning to the academy they all happily wave to say goodbye.

"We will give some updates later on" Gavin just said and Apollo smiled back to him before finally summoning the authority of space to return to the academy.
