I Cook Limitlessly In a Fantasy World

Chapter 46: Before Diving In The Labyrinth

With more people hunting for ingredients, Ainen didn't have to work too hard on that.

As such, he used Elemental Resonance, the passive skill he acquired after drinking Pentatronix Dynamo Club Cocktail, to find resources.

Elemental Resonance (Passive):

Effect:

—> This skill will allow you to resonate with resources of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning within a 10-kilometer radius, making it easy for you to detect them even if they are far away. (If the resource is completely sealed, with none of its elements releasing into the atmosphere, you won't be able to resonate with it.)

'Noice, I can sense multiple of them!' Ainen's eyes lit up.

'This skill is rather strong when it comes to finding resources. I can't believe you got it by drinking a cocktail.' Lord Black wryly smiled. 'You will sell the remaining two cocktail glasses, right?'

'Hmm, I'm not sure. I want to let Ron and Syl drink it, but I kind of made it so that they can't drink. Not to mention, their bodies won't be able to handle its energy. Well, I guess I can make a Tier-1 food that could help them awaken elements, and for that, I need Tier-1 resources with concentrated elements.'

'Hopefully, I can find some right now.'

'No worries. The Labyrinth is a treasure trove in that regard. As long as you survive and fight, you will be rewarded.'

'Hehe, can't wait. For now, let's go to the nearest finding. It's a Wood-attributed resource.'

After two hours, everyone gathered at the Labyrinth camps again.

Dumping the resources into a large pile.

There were many Adept-rank monsters as well!

'Hehe, time to increase stats before entering.'

"Ainen, you will not sell these cheap, right?" Diana spoke in a low voice before glancing at some people who came to take a look.

"Yeah, don't you sell at ten or fifty low-grade Mana Stones like you did before." Naresh ruefully smiled.

"This cooking session will be better with more variety. So tell me, how much should I sell each dish for?"

"You want to sell all the dishes for one price?" Hammer asked.

"Yep. That's my style. Everything at the same price." Ainen grinned. "So I don't mind being cheaper than usual. This way, my food will reach more people."

That was his thinking back on Earth because he wanted to feed as many people as possible, especially in places where food was a problem.

He got rich establishments to get money from the rich, and other large establishments in various areas to provide food at a cheap price, and even free at some places.

He was going to apply the same method here.

As the group was discussing the price, Ainen looked at the status of his Restaurant and Class.

[ Mystic Chef ]

-Class rank: SSS

-Class level: 1 [ 149 / 1000 ]

'The A-rank recipe I cooked gave me 100 exp at once. If I can cook at that focus rating consistently, and make it my normal level, I should be able to level up the class faster.'

Looking at the Interdimensional Restaurant, Ainen grinned.

'This one will upgrade to stage 2 today.'

[Interdimensional Restaurant]

Stage: 1 - Wagon Diner [ 719 / 1000 Exp ]

"Alright, Ainen. We have decided on a proper price," Diana said.

Ainen blinked. "What is it?"

"50 low-grade Mana Stones per Tier-1 dish, 100 low-grade Mana Stones per Tier-2 dish, and 150 for Tier-3 dishes."

"You have to make a different price for different tiers."

"Indeed. The same price for all tiers of dishes is just not practical. You will lose out on a lot."

"That's…true." Ainen rubbed his chin. This world was different.

Stronger people were richer, by a large margin, and the quality of resources had big gaps in them per tier compared to ingredients on Earth.

A Tier-7 godly dish obviously cannot have the same price as a Tier-3 dish.

"Alright. I'll adopt that price structure. Now then, you all wait here, I'll go and cook."

"You want help?"

"Nah. I work faster alone."

"Very well, then we'll do something else."

After Ainen entered his kitchen to cook, Hammer said, "How about we put up tables and chairs? There are already over a hundred Adventurers gathered here, and there's no doubt all of them will lose their minds when they eat Ainen's food."

Everyone wryly smiled.

True. Losing one's mind after eating a food of that caliber at such a price was completely normal.

"Alright, let's clear that patch of ground and build stuff."

"Time for Earth Manipulators to shine."

Ainen's cooking speed was crazy fast, especially since all ingredients would be prepared with a snap of his finger by using his class skill—Perfect Ingredient Execution.

But just to make a bunch of recipes, it took Ainen twenty minutes. He had to focus, and he had to focus a lot while creating multiple recipes.

If he wanted to earn class experience, he needed better and more recipes.

Still, out of ten recipes he cooked with Recipe of Everything, only one turned out to be a B+ rank. The rest were Cs.

'Well, the cocktail was actually B rank because I cooked it perfectly, its own rating turned A-rank.'

Getting that recipe gave him 10 Exp, but when he cooked the cocktail and achieved an A-rating on that dish, he got 100 Exp in his class.

On the other hand, Wagon Diner acquired Exp according to the sales of food from his official recipes.

'Official' because even though Ainen only created ten recipes, he would make over fifty varieties of dishes from those ten recipes by coming up with ideas while cooking.

And selling those dishes wouldn't earn Exp in Wagon Diner.

But Ainen didn't care. He wanted more variety because if he came up with an idea and a new taste, he obviously wanted to cook it!

Half an hour later, Ainen finished cooking.

8-types of Tier-1 Dishes.

19 types of Tier-2 Dishes.

17 types of Tier-3 Dishes.

He didn't hit fifty variety since he held himself back a bit. There were over a hundred people here, so there wouldn't be many sales, and if possible, he wanted to upgrade Wagon Diner to Stage 2.

The first ones to eat were obviously the parties who helped him.

They got a super discount from Ainen.

Tier-1 dish for 10, Tier-2 dish for 20, and Tier-3 dish for 30.

It was a steal!

The smell of the food reached throughout the whole campsite. There wasn't even a need to advertise or call others because just the aroma of the food attracted people.

Yelvina arrived with the two parties of Mistbound Magic Tower. Looking at the atmosphere, she chuckled. "What is this festival going on here?"

"Food festival!"

"This is fucking too delicious!"

"This is a wonderful experience and a perfect boost needed before entering the Labyrinth!"

"I have to buy two more dishes to eat in the Labyrinth."

"Boss, one more dish of Meat-Wrapped Exploding Balls, please!"

"Well, starting the day with your food is bound to make it a good day," Raashik laughed, unable to forget yesterday's taste.

He couldn't believe he could eat food that tasted on the same level as an Emperor-rank powerhouse from their Magic Tower, who seldom cooked for others.

Eating his food was considered a luxury, but now, everyone could eat food of that level here.

"Master, you're late," Zeiling called out. "Come, I kept a spot for you."
