The Queen straightened her licorice crown before turning her annoyed attention back to Lena and the robed mage. "Are you going to address how you were able to kept summoning me? And in the most inconvenient of times, I might add." Her wing rustled. "I was on the cusp of conquering the Gummy Bear Kingdom, and frankly, my schedule is rather booked for unscheduled appearances in… what even is this dreary patch of dirt?"

"I don't know!" Lena insisted. "I really summoned you by accident!"

"One simply does not fathom how much mental power it takes for a mage to summon something from another realm, let alone a Queen!" The queen exclaimed.

"How much mental power does it take exactly?" Lena gasped.

The queen tapped her claw thoughtfully on her chin. "I don't know," she said.

"But you just said the mental power is unfathomable!" Lena gasped louder.

"Yes. I haven't bothered to fathom it. Now, sit down in sync with me so I can be back where I need to be."

Right… The whole sitting ceremony again. Blorbo remembered to switch off Synchronized Sitting this time to avoid any complications.

The robed mage stepped forward, a nervous cough escaping him. "Yes, yes, Your Majesty! An excellent suggestion, a most traditional method of dis-invocation." He then turned to Lena, his voice dropping to a rapid, urgent whisper, though still audible enough for Blorbo to catch. "Cabbage mongress, remember ze first rule of summons. If all else fails, to send zings back from whence zey came, you must simply reverse ze movements of ze summoning! Your hand gestures, ze wand movements… simply do zem in reverse! Yes, ze exact reverse! And quickly, before she decides to redecorate zis alley with gumdrop fortifications."

"Do the movement in reverse…" Lena nodded to herself. "Got it!"

Blorbo then received a sidequest.

Objective: Aid the Dragon Queen in the invasion of the gummy bear kingdom.

Prerequisite: Be present in the Candy Realm.

Reward: +8000 EXP.

Failure: None.

Eight-what? Eight THOUSAND EXP?! With that, I can already be halfway through to Level 5!

Yeah, nah. Levelling up sucks. I'm not stepping so much a foot into another realm. You cannot force me.

The dragon queen folded her shimmering wings, clearly ready to be un-summoned. "On the count of three."

"Yes!" Lena nodded nodfully.

"One." — "One."

The dragon sat down. At the same time, Lena also sat down, cross-legged. But she wasn't content with just sitting. As she settled, her tiny wand was already in motion. Her arm began to sweep through the air, meticulously reversing the elaborate gestures she'd used to summon the Queen in the first place.

The robed mage's eyes, visible for a split second beneath his hood, stretched wide in sheer horror. "NO, LENA, NO! Not ze—! Do it only if ze first method fails! Or it will cause COMPLICATIONS!"

Don't worry about it! Blorbo internally scoffed. Lena can't ever cast two spells exactly the same, much less cast it in reverse correctly! We're safe.

A bubblegum pink swirl erupted beneath both Lena and the Dragon Queen. The vortex expanded with terrifying speed.

The Candy Dragon Queen let out an indignant squawk of surprise as the ground beneath her vanished. She flailed her wings, her teacup flying into the air.

"NO!" shrieked the robed mage, too late to do anything but watch. "Ze Lord will not be happy about zis!" He threw a glove at Lena to stop the movement. The glove glowed a devilish purple as it smashed Blorbo in the face.

The glove struck him so hard that he started seeing decimals.

WHAT?! 74 HP?! What is in that glove? Now I have 1 HP left!

"Oh, for the love of—" The dragon queen couldn't finish her line before she disappeared into the vortex.

No! What about the Bird cult infiltration? How are we going to see its conclusion now?

Another split second passed, and Lena and Blorbo promptly got sucked into the portal. Darkness was all he saw again.
