Hunted by Characters I Drew!!

Chapter 348: Chapter 349: Sorry, I Have a Strategy.

The God of War was a fierce fighter through and through, but as Alexander looked at him now, he could only sigh helplessly.

"Verethragna, don't be too arrogant. Do you really want to take on two opponents at once? You're underestimating others too much. Fine, I'll teach you a lesson today."

With a wave of his hand, Alexander shouted, "Trace on!"

*Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!*

A flurry of treasures shot toward the God of War. As they filled the sky, a golden sword appeared instantly in Verethragna's hands!

*Clang! Clang! Clang!*

Verethragna lived up to his title. The great sword in his hands easily deflected the torrent of treasures.

As he blocked the last one, a smile crept onto Verethragna's face. "Human, your strength is impressive! Bring me more! Let me savor the thrill of battle!"

He was still smiling, thrilled by the battle. This madman had found joy in fighting Alexander, yet...

'Fight with you? Do you think I'm a fool?' Alexander thought. 'Even though I could win, why go through the trouble when there's a better strategy?'

With that thought, a stone tablet appeared in Alexander's hand. The tablet of Prometheus, who stole fire, had the power to steal divine abilities. It also held the sealed white stallion of the God of War.

At that moment, the sun's flames erupted from the tablet in Alexander's hand, rushing toward the God of War. A magnificent white horse emerged. The sight of it made the God of War laugh.

"Foolish human! I won't be defeated by my own power!"

But as Alexander watched the overconfident Verethragna, he sighed. "Verethragna, can't you be more perceptive? Haven't you noticed that something's missing?"

As he spoke, Alexander shook the stone tablet, and suddenly, a large golden sword appeared in his hand.

Verethragna froze for a moment, staring at the sword in Alexander's hand, then looked down at his own. The great sword that should have been there was gone!

"What!"

Before Verethragna could react, Alexander swung the golden sword and said calmly, "I'm sorry, but I had a plan."

"Plan? What plan?" Verethragna didn't understand. But Alexander began to chant, recalling words from his memory.

"Language is light. Speech is light. So let light and speech become my sword, my blade!"

*Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!*

In an instant, the sword in Alexander's hand turned into golden light, filling the sky and the ground. Everything in sight became a golden ocean.

This sword requires knowledge of the target. But how could Alexander forget? He knows the gods' information by heart, especially as a godslayer!

"Hahaha! Fascinating! Truly fascinating! I've never encountered anyone like you before! Hey! Human, can you tell me your name?" Verethragna, unafraid of death, was more curious than anything.

As golden light pierced through Verethragna, Alexander replied indifferently, "My name is Alexander, and I am... the Creator."

With a sense of honor for the dead, Alexander revealed his true identity. But instead of clarity, the God of War was even more perplexed.

"Creator? What Creator?" Verethragna was bewildered. "Uranus? Tiamat?" He didn't understand what Alexander meant by "Creator." All he knew was that he had been defeated.

"Heh, Creator, enjoy using my authority to fight in this world. But don't get too comfortable! I will return!"

With those words, the God of War disappeared into the sky. Hearing his parting words, Alexander couldn't help but sneer.

"You'll come back? Who do you think you are, Alexander the Great?"

But despite the God of War's threats, Alexander was satisfied with the outcome of the battle. He knew he couldn't lose—after all, he had followed the strategy!

'If I lost despite all this, I'd be letting down every anime I've ever watched.'

As Alexander finished off the God of War, a wave of exhaustion hit him. He closed his eyes and fell backward. Just as he did, he felt his head land on something soft. But before he could process the sensation, he found himself in another world...
