Venom stood firm in his place, his massive and menacing form appearing unshaken. His white, piercing eyes locked onto the source of the disturbance.

"I only came here to eliminate the organization that stole my name, but I didn't expect to encounter something interesting," a deep voice echoed through the air.

As Venom turned his gaze, he saw a man with a long beard, dressed in a luxurious golden robe, with ten dazzling gemstone rings adorning his fingers. The man exuded an aura of cold arrogance, as if he did not take Venom seriously.

Mandarin!!

Chino, hiding within Venom, instantly recognized him. His expression turned solemn. A powerful late-game boss from Iron Man's story had appeared in what was supposed to be a beginner's zone.

"Tony Stark and... a demon?"

Despite his century of experience, Mandarin could not recognize what Venom was. As for Ethan, he did not regard him as a threat at all.

"What's this? Are you trying to steal my prey?"

Seeing Mandarin regard him as a mere demon, Venom smirked. His long tongue flickered in the air, and his razor-sharp teeth gleamed with a cold light.

"No, I'm not interested," Mandarin replied, shaking his head. His deep-set eyes were filled with curiosity.

"Then don't get in my way," Venom said arrogantly, turning around and walking in the opposite direction with Tony Stark and Ethan.

Suddenly—

A blinding white light struck down like lightning, causing Venom to instinctively leap back. In the blink of an eye, the spot where he had been standing exploded, leaving a bottomless crater in the ground.

"What the hell?! You're asking to be eaten!"

Venom roared in fury, his voice echoing throughout the desolate space.

"But I find you very interesting. My collection does not have a demon yet," Mandarin said, raising his fist. The rings on his fingers glowed ominously.

White Light Ring: Capable of emitting various forms of energy along the electromagnetic spectrum.

"Damn it… I guess I have no choice but to fight," Venom muttered to himself, realizing this battle was inevitable.

Mandarin ignored the two humans, his eyes fixed solely on Venom, as if trying to see through him.

"I will display your head in the most prominent place."

"Then I'll eat you first!"

Venom roared and charged at Mandarin like a black lightning bolt. A powerful gust of wind followed his movement, sending sand and rocks flying into the air.

Yet, Mandarin remained calm. With a simple flick of his finger, a powerful energy beam shot out from one of his rings.

The beam slashed through the air like a massive lightsaber, cutting straight toward Venom. He dodged swiftly, the energy barely grazing his body. However, the heat from the beam instantly melted the nearby stone wall, causing molten rock to drip down like lava.

Venom took advantage of the opening and closed the distance, throwing a massive punch at Mandarin.

Mandarin's eyes glowed with intelligence as he effortlessly sidestepped the attack. With a flick of his other hand, another ring unleashed a bolt of lightning at Venom.

Lightning Ring: Capable of generating powerful electricity, with its intensity determined by the user's will. The maximum voltage remains unknown.

The bolt struck Venom's body, sending a surge of electricity through him. His movements momentarily halted before he lunged forward again, undeterred.

"Hmph, you have some skill, but it's not enough," Mandarin remarked, the corner of his lips curling slightly.

He continued to unleash attacks from his rings, each one releasing a different form of deadly energy. In an instant, a dazzling yet lethal web of light formed around Venom.

Venom dodged left and right, his body moving like a ghost.

Dodging was possible, but he couldn't keep doing this forever. It felt like he was dancing on the edge of death, yet his eyes remained sharp, searching for a counterattack opportunity.

Suddenly, he noticed a brief pause in Mandarin's consecutive attacks. This was his chance!

Without hesitation, Venom surged forward, opening his massive, bloodstained mouth to bite down on Mandarin. His sharp fangs gleamed in the dim light, ready to tear him apart in one gulp.

"Hmph, trying to bite me? It won't be that easy," Mandarin sneered.

Another ring glowed, and a massive fireball appeared instantly, hurtling toward Venom with explosive force.

Incandescence Ring: Capable of emitting infrared radiation or heat energy, controlled entirely by the user.

The fireball struck Venom, sending him crashing into the ground. He tumbled violently, rolling several times before finally coming to a stop. A thick cloud of dust rose around him, leaving deep marks on the ground.

"Venom! Stop fighting and find a way to escape!" Chino's voice echoed in Venom's mind.

From within Venom, Chino could feel the battle turning completely against them. Worse, Mandarin had only used three of his rings so far.

Venom was still significantly weaker than he should be—right now, his only real advantage was Wolverine's regeneration ability. Most of his other powers had yet to return. There was no way they could win this fight.

Venom was no fool. He immediately jumped up, preparing to flee. Mandarin's speed wasn't fast enough to chase him down—if he ran now, he could escape.

"Trying to run? It won't be that easy."

Mandarin's fourth ring began to glow.

Ice Storm Ring: Draws energy from the frigid core of space, releasing waves of cold capable of freezing the air, lowering temperatures to near absolute zero.

The temperature around them plummeted instantly. A bone-chilling wind howled through the air, and within moments, an icy storm formed. The surrounding atmosphere froze solid, making a crackling sound.

Venom's body slowed down, his movements becoming sluggish. A thick layer of frost formed over his skin, rapidly spreading across his entire form. Even Chino, inside him, felt the piercing cold as if his very blood was freezing.

Venom struggled against the ice, but his body stiffened more and more, making it nearly impossible to move.

Chino's mind raced in panic. If they didn't find a way out soon, they might not escape at all.

"I won't die here… My vitality is strong enough to withstand this!"

Mandarin's next ring began to glow.

Impact Ring: Capable of projecting various forms of energy. Its most common attack releases high-speed neutron shockwaves equivalent to the impact of 350 pounds of TNT. It can also generate sonic vibrations or electromagnetic waves to attract or repel objects.

A deafening sonic blast erupted from Mandarin's ring, creating an invisible force that tore through everything in its path.

Venom screamed in agony, clutching his head as the soundwave struck him. His symbiotic body trembled violently.

"Aaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!"

The symbiote peeled back, revealing Chino inside. The black substance writhed and twisted, desperately trying to shield its host.

"A human? It seems I've been deceived."

Mandarin's expression remained unchanged. One of his red rings glowed ominously, and another fireball emerged, hurtling toward Venom and Chino.

BOOM!

The explosion sent both of them flying like ragdolls, crashing into the distant ground with tremendous force. For the first time, Venom and Chino were forcibly separated.

Venom reverted into a writhing mass of black goo, instinctively trying to crawl back toward Chino.
