Forced Wedding; A Weird Freaky Love

Chapter 7: The TC Spur Alkaly

They just have to be fair and honest with themselves and those around them, and even if the world is bent on putting crazy stories on their backs, as long as they don't bear the brunt of these atrocities or whatever they are accused of, they will live well and happily.

Let these people talk, that's what they do best in life, to destroy those they can't physically reach. The world has always worked that way, but don't let it get to you, that doesn't mean they are exempt from making mistakes.

Well, they're human and humans make mistakes and from those mistakes they can improve and refine themselves into a better version of themselves and that's something Pekon strongly encourages.

"I am very happy to see that you are so enthusiastic and very much in agreement with your decisions. But unfortunately I'm going to have to put an end to your fantasy once and for all before it gets out of hand. You can do whatever you want, but I'm getting married today no matter what." Kelsey, who had been listening to their plan with amusement, announced, glaring at them with an amused gleam in the corner of her eyes.

Under the shocked gaze of her brothers and father, who gawked at her with agape mouths as if they had just been hit in the face with a bucket of cold water or as if she had lost her mind, Kelsey tried to lift the bluish-white dress a little, doing her best not to give in to their whims, pretending that she hadn't just chilled her brothers' palpitating hearts.

She lifted the dress with a little effort, as it seemed a little heavy at first glance, given how puffy and superfluous it was; there must be hundreds of layers of petticoats of all kinds to make it so... round and extravagant, surely.

She pointed at her shoes with the tip of her chin, "Those glass shoes, encrusted with diamonds and I don't know what other stones and materials, I refuse to walk down the aisle in them. She went a bit overboard, didn't she?" She announced in an exasperated tone, rolling her eyes in annoyance.

"Seriously, glass and diamond shoes, guys? That's a bit much, isn't it?" She turned to her father with puppy dog eyes, ignoring the astonished and confused looks her brothers gave her. She had to ignore them, or she risked taking their suggestion seriously and really running away with them.

Time with her brothers had always been one of the best moments of her life, so this was a very tempting offer and she had to stay focused.

"You have to get her a big dollhouse like the one you gave me when I was five. That thing was incredible. My mother needs obedient, adorable daughters to live out her childhood fantasy, and I sincerely believe this dollhouse will do the trick, since I am in no way the daughter she would have wanted," she said, her voice rising in frustration.

She then dropped the bottom of her dress onto her shoes, which sparkled in the slightest light they caught. This thing could really blind someone if she wasn't careful. How could someone create such an eccentric thing?

Since she was little, she tried her best to understand her mother and be the daughter she wished she had, but she couldn't, despite all her efforts. When she realized that her mother never did anything to understand her efforts and what she wanted, she dropped everything and concentrated on her inner peace and what she wanted, for which she had to go to great lengths by doing some crazy things, changes… most likely sacrifices.

Despite their displeasure and disappointment, her brothers and father all burst into gleeful laughter at the mention of their mother and wife's childhood fantasies. What did this dollhouse have? About fifty rooms with twenty or more talking dolls ranging in age from five to fifteen.

The father wanted to do the right thing by carefully preparing this gift. He wanted to introduce his daughter to the changes her body would undergo as she grew up by subtly showing her what a girl looks like and what a girl does.

But hey... No one thought he was successful with his approach, but Kelsey still understood his attention. At least he didn't force her to do things she didn't like and that had nothing to do with her, and he didn't call her names.

Kelsey hadn't used this dollhouse five times in her little life, the first few days of its arrival had been fascinating because of its gigantic size and the mystery it represented to her. It was a beautiful replica of their mansion, but not too small, as it was roomy enough for small children from five to eleven to move around easily.

The house was big enough for a small adult to sneak in and clean up after the children, although the dolls could clean their own rooms. Still, this was not Kelsey's fantasy.

After all, it wasn't Kelsey's world; it was fascinating, but only for a few hours. When the charm wore off, all the fascination was gone, leaving only a beautiful toy, and the little girl had no desire to play with dolls, let alone pretend to be pretty all day - it was boring.

The boys, however, had fallen in love with the house...with the dolls, especially the older ones. They spent more time there than their little sister, inviting themselves to tea with the exquisite dolls who could talk and carry on a conversation for over an hour.

What's more, they were almost human, with their nice fleshy hips and round firm bosoms, which were actually made of silicone and other fiber materials, much more sophisticated than that, but they were so perfect and real that boys couldn't help themselves. They had perfect curves, some slender, some plump, with different morphologies and ethnicities and so on.

It was a dream!

In no time, the boys had made the dollhouse their headquarters, fascinated by the various features of the dolls' breathtaking anatomy and beauty. When they awoke at the crack of dawn, they were already dressed, perfumed, heading to the dollhouse, preparing and planning their day.

Before that, the butler and nannies had to pray to every god they knew to get them out of bed and get ready for the day.

And by dinnertime, they had to be dragged out of the dollhouse by the scruff of their necks like puppies and kittens. No one could blame them, and so their father knew he'd have a hard time keeping them in line in the future.

Hence the idea of contracts, which they all signed at an early age, after the pros and cons had been carefully explained... Their father gave them time to play, to enjoy, to learn and to understand the world before they made their final decision. In fact, they can always divorce if the person isn't who they portray themselves to be, but he trusts them enough to be good judges of character.

Kwanley even became engaged to Méline, a brunette with voluptuous hips and breasts. He loved her at first sight when he was ten or eleven. He thought she was so pretty that he took her everywhere, even in his car. Miniature children's cars, specially designed for each of them. With their large yard surrounding the entire villa, it was easy to drive them around and take long, unobstructed walks.

Back in the present day the boys were ready to run away with their sister but she didn't want them to. They were disappointed and stunned for sure but it was their sister and her needs that mattered so they put their disappointment aside to focus on her and what she wanted to do, not running away, just a pair of glass shoes she didn't like. They'll deal with it and say goodbye to their brother-sister world tour, but that's not a problem.

It's those glass shoes that give her the willies and certainly the urge to commit murder, that's all. So they take a deep breath to get rid of all the previous excitement to focus on what's important: the glass shoes.

Kelsey felt like she could slip at any moment and lose herself in a fantasy world like Alice's if she didn't get rid of those damn shoes quickly.

Or worse, she could break her spine forever with one wrong step. Though her father could fix it in a heartbeat, she'd be considered even more of a freak than she already is. So really, no thanks.

She can put up with the dress and all her mother's other eccentricities, but this is really too much for her. This is her limit. She's agreed to get married before her brothers because her mother wants her to do things the right way. She's agreed to let her plan everything without asking her opinion about anything because her mother knows everything better than anyone else.

She's even let her decide where to live without batting an eyelid because her mother wants to have a hand in everything in her life. So why should she just roll over and let her mother push her into this difficult situation as well, one is enough already?

Her life is important too, damn it, and these shoes really go against her principles: to live a long peaceful life without clutter.

They're pretty, sure she can give them that but they're not for her. They're just not her thing.

"That's just as well, because you're going to love my wedding present, little sister," Tekori announced cheerfully as he rushed out of the room.

He didn't even wait for the others to understand his words before he ran down the corridor like a maniac, leaving everyone staring at the door behind which he disappeared in a flash leaving imaginary fumes and dust behind.

He burst into the magnificent hall, brimming with joy as he surveyed the bounty of gifts brought by all the people who had been invited. The room was filled with beautifully wrapped boxes from the guests, each eager to make a good impression and show their love and appreciation.

Luckily for him, his mother had a system for arranging the gifts, otherwise his gift would have been lost in this mountain of stuff that he didn't think the bride and groom would even bother to unwrap. But he was thrilled to see that they had a system in place!

Holy mother!

He made his way to a long table where waiters and waitresses were working hard to arrange the gifts in an orderly fashion, from the smallest to the largest, and by guest name, as their announcements were also added. They were carrying them to other well-arranged tables in the great hall, where a dozen or so were already well filled.

He approached the box he was most interested in with a big, happy smile on his lips. He couldn't wait to hear his sister's thoughts on his latest TC Spur. He's done wonders with this one, he's sure of it. His sister's opinion counts for a lot, and he was excited to get her feedback. He grabbed the package with childlike glee and practically flew back to where he'd come from.

The waiters glanced at each other, shrugged their shoulders, and returned to their work as quietly as before.

The box, elegantly wrapped in a ritualized black cloth draped over midnight blue in his hands, Tekori entered the room as proud as a peacock, as if carrying a treasure of the utmost importance.

He threw himself at his sister's feet before the excited eyes of his brothers, eager to see what Tekori had prepared as a gift.

"It was a surprise, but it wouldn't be a problem if you wore it now, since you are my number one supporter. It's my pleasure to introduce you to my new sneakers, the TC Spur Alkaly. They're comfortable, they can be heated as you want, and most importantly, they have wheels that you can manipulate as you see fit without having to touch them. You can activate them with just a press of your right heel. You can wear them on any occasion, jogging, walking, to school, in the snow since they have grip to stabilize your step, in the rain, because they're waterproof," he sings the praises of the TC Spur Alkaly with the enthusiasm that only salesmen know the secret of.

He paused to watch his sister's face light up like a lantern in the middle of the night, as if she had no problem in the world at all. Only his sister could show such an expression for a mer shoe when she was already buried deep in shit. She is not like her mother who is difficult to handle and please, anything can make her smile, she is so simple.

Without a word, Kelsey snatched the box out of her brother's hands without warning and engaged in an endless battle with the fabric that refused to budge under all the pressure and excitement.

Kelsey couldn't find the ends to remove the wrapping, and it was beginning to take its toll on her little patience, as even the wrapping seemed to tighten a little more with each uncomfortable pull.

Kelsey regrets that she didn't bring her sculpting equipment, or she would have had the last word with this resisting fabric, taffy and all.

Her brother almost laughs out loud at her unbridled enthusiasm, which is why he always reserves the first one of each creation for his sister; she's a credit to her work, and she loves her sneakers.

"Hey, relax, all you have to do is wave your hand lightly around the knot." He chuckled sheepishly when he saw her frown, as if she was about to say something, but thought better of it.

"I may have gone too far with the wrapping, but you deserve nice things, so I wanted to make it pretty. But I should have just wrapped it in plain wrapping paper, just for the fun of watching you tear it up with all that enthusiasm."

Kelsey paused for a moment in her battle against the fabric that refused to budge no matter how hard she tried. She glared at her brother for a few seconds, as if accusing him of playing a trick on her, before returning to the fight, this time with the right weapons.

She couldn't believe he let her take it out on the poor box when the fabric couldn't even be torn. What an idiot!

But this little inconvenience doesn't dampen her enthusiasm, on the contrary, it's doubled. She does it again, but this time with elegance and ColdGuard class. She passes a slender but firm hand over the bouquet and waits impatiently for the knot to untie itself, her eyes shining with joy and sparkling with childish mischief.

The box opened in four pieces like flower petals, and Kelsey's eyes widened with delight as if she beheld the jewel of the Empress itself: the TC Spur Alkaly of the Year. It was a marvel like no other! She was absolutely right to insist on the box!

Her enthusiasm paid off big time as the pair of sneakers, which seemed to change color upon contact with the light, left her speechless.

They've never understood why such simple things from them can have such an amazing effect on their sister. She can buy anything that costs millions, yet she never reacts like this to the delivery, let alone once she's used it the thing loses all value in her eyes, but when the gift in question comes from her brothers, it's a different kettle of fish!

She posts them on her networks and keeps them close to her heart, giving the little gifts a value that even her brothers didn't give them when they prepared them for her. They do it with so much love and affection, and it's she who gives them all their meaning!

And this is the amazing thing: no matter how big or expensive the gift is, she's always on the brink of ecstasy! It drives her brothers wild to see her light up with joy, even when they don't have to put in much effort. But they go the extra mile because they want her to know how important she is to them!
