[Kirigakure's Base]

In a large base that was still being set up by Kirigakure's forces, a group of five figures came from the distance to approach the base before 10 or so patrolling ninjas stopped them saying, "Hold, Show Identification or we will attack immediately."

Hearing this the figures stopped before the shortest of the five stepped forward a gasp came from the Kirigakure ninjas as they apologized with their heads down, "Lord Jinin, we're so sorry for not recognizing you."

Jinin simply laughed before looking back at his students saying, "Leave the weakling with them, I will take you guys to your first war meeting, come on," as he began to walk to the center of the Kirigakure base.

"Awagh," sounded Hugo in pain, he was swiftly dropped by Mei and Ao as they saw their teammate Heki leave them behind, "Wait up, we're coming," spoke Ao with excitement while Mei looked back at Hugo saying, "I forgot your name mister but I hope you recover!"

Watching the kids run off Hugo cursed in his head, 'For Fuck sake they could have warned me,' before the patrolling ninjas all look at him with hostile gazes almost looking to take out their embarrassment on him, "Show your identification," yelled one the Kirigakure Shinobi.

Hugo grew angry but knowing how annoying the Kirigakure ninjas were he just showed them the identification, "Your free to go," spoke one of the ninjas but looking at his leg and Hugo thought for a second, 'Shit, they're not going to help me heal my leg so I'll have to pay Ryo but I'm completely broke.'

Hugo wanted to cry as he struggled to walk into the camp towards the medical clinic,

In the 2nd Great Ninja War, the rise of Tsunade Senju and her powerful medical ninjutsu showed the world how important it was to have such useful abilities during battles.

During the end Second Great Ninja War one of the many conditions for the other nations to surrender was that Kahona had to hand over all the research Tsunade Senju made up to that point, the Kirigakure tried to produce an army of medical-nin but failed like all the other villages because they forgot Tsunade Senju was a once in a generational genius.

Luckily, there were still people among the Kirigakure who could become decent medical-nin from Tsunade Senju's revolutionary ideas helping improve the Kirigakure's medical-nin problem, but of course, having a few good medical-nin didn't solve everything.

For example, it became even more expensive for Kirigakure Shinobi to receive healing since it was in such high demand, realizing this the Kirigakure medical-nin took full advantage of this to gain wealth and power, the Kirigakure higher-ups didn't stop this since it didn't hurt the economy but improved it, also they wanted to use the current medical-nin as an example so that new medical-nin will be inspired to want the same lifestyle and benefits making them study and work harder.

Hugo had finally worked his way to the medical clinic tent, "What's the problem," asked a medical-nin with a white robe on that was slightly stained with blood and other fluids, "Umm, I think I have a broken leg."

The medical-nin her way over two Hugo without caring about professionalism as she touched his arm causing Hugo to limp back in pain crying out, "Awagh," but ignoring this the lady spoke, "The Medical-nins will charge a base price of 1,000 Ryo since it's a clean snap with no wound."

Hugo's face crunched up in pain hearing a price he couldn't afford and seeing this the young medical-nin smiled as she spoke with her voice down saying, "If you need a lower price, I'll heal you for only 300 Ryo."

Without hesitation, Hugo spoke with a smile, "That's a good offer, where do we start," before the Medical-nin gestured toward the back of the medical clinic tent, Hugo didn't mind this because in Kirigakure corruption was everywhere, under the counter deals very common among Kirigakure ninjas and civilians.

On multiple occasions has Hugo brought used ninja gear at a discounted price from his next-door neighbor who was a weaponsmith, which for most ninjas was normal since maintaining Ninja gear yearly could range from 5,000 to 100,000+ in Ryo depending on how often missions were taken.

Hugo and medical-nin took 30 minutes before Hugo's leg healed but since the medical-nin wasn't a master Hugo still felt terrible pain causing the medical-nin to say handing him a small jar, "Here are some medical herbs to numb the pain, remember to rub it around it every 2 hours."

'Damnit, no wonder her treatment was cheaper, this is a scam! But it's better than being crippled in enemy territory during a potential war,' thought Hugo in anger but also very grateful he was able to find a deal because he knew being injured in the war was a death sentence, unlike Kohona where injured Shinobi was sent back to the village, Kirigakure made Injured shinobi under the Jonin rank continue to fight regardless of severity.

"Im pay you tomorrow, when I come back to the medical clinic tent, sorry, all my Ryo is inside my war tent," spoke Hugo looking at the impatient medical nin as her face grew angry, she knew no sane Kirigakure shinobi would leave their belongings in a public war tent since thievery was common.

But she couldn't call Hugo out since she would be punished and also she couldn't follow him back to his War tent since leaving would be considered abandonment of duty which carried serious charges in Kirigakure.

Walking away Hugo laughed in his head feeling the deadly gaze of the medical-nin, 'Haha, you can scam a scammer,' before making his way toward the public war tent.

The public war tents were for ninjas under the Jonin rank, it was normally a living space shared between 10 or so ninjas as they lived on the battlefield, 'Sigh, I don't miss this,' thought Hugo walking past a few ninjas who gave him intense looks, 'Hmm, I guess being broke and injured will spare me from having to deal with plots against me,' thought Hugo as he finally found confront in having ripped and dirty uniform with no ninja gear but a plain short sword.

Making his way over toward a corner of the war tent he was assigned Hugo sighed laying down on the brick hard bed as he noticed there was only a plastic tarp giving him any sense of privacy, 'Awagh, what the hell did she do, my bone his heal but all the pain is there,' thought Hugo rubbing some of the medical herbal supplement onto his leg.

'Sigh, I'm way too weak to be this stressed out, I wasn't given any orders so I guess I'm going to get a day or two of peace. During that time I need to figure out what the hell this system does,' wondered Hugo as he quickly fell into a deep sleep, the fatigue of dying and breaking a leg had finally settled on him.

While Hugo fell into a deep slumber on one side of the war camp, on the other an important decision was being made that would turn this conflict into a war between Kirigakure and Konoha, a large War tent sat in the middle of the camp, and had a small crowd of Kirigakure Jonin shinobi with tense faces as they knew how much this decision would affect them.

Inside the giant war tent was a large makeshift table with a map of the local area and around seven varied figures that were very recognizable in the shinobi world, "Word just arrived from Mizukage-sama about the temporary war camp," spoke a tall slim man in his 40s who had sightly greying hair, his name was kiljen an Elite Jonin whos been loyal to Kiri for many years and after becoming a Jonin he joined the Mizukage's faction.

"It better be good news," spoke up a voice of a young man In his late 20s who had a wide smile on his face that made Kiljen nervous, the man named Soziwa came from probably the most feared and hated clans in Kirigakure, the Kaguya Clan was know their kekkei genkai which give its wielder the ability to manipulate their own bones, making it a very battle focused ability. They are very unravel and war loving people who's only interest lie in the battlefield and growing stronger, that's why most of them are killed at young ages causing them to have a very small clan population of about 350 members but the what they lacked in numbers they made up for quality.

If their young made it to adulthood it was a guaranteed they would become a Elite Chunin at worst or a powerful Jonin, making them very a powerful Clan and even irreplaceable to Kirigakure military forces.

Kiljen simply nodded not wanting to make eye contact with the freak in front of him while rolling a scroll over the table as the Seven figures read and he spoke, "The Mizukage want us to vote amongst ourselves weather to retreat or advance against Kohona forces."

"Of Course we're going to attack in a few days, right like we planned earlier," asked Soziwa, his smile slowly dimming as he stared at Kiljen, Soziwa and the Kaguya Clan only agreed to join this temporary war camp was because the Mizukage's faction promised them battles and opportunities to grow stronger.

Seeing Soziwa was about to comment again a one of the other seven ninjas spoke up to reason with the anger of Soziwa, "I vote for us to retreat, it's the only reasonable thing to do, our intelligence shows that one of the legendary sannin, Orochimaru, is leading a force of around 400 shinobi, which is double our forces."

Kiljen nodded thankful at his comrade who was a Jonin from the Mizukages clan, his name was Gennai and the nephew of the Mizukage making his position and opinion higher than a regular Jonin, the reason the Mizukage's faction started this conflict with Kohona was to gain benefits but now that those benefits gained and Konoha was ready to fight back, they naturally wanted to retreat backwards into Kirigakure territory.

"Wait teacher are we not fighting," asked a young girl's voice that caused the Seven figures at the table to look over at her and her teammates who all looked excited to fight, "Mei, of course we're fighting, I promised you guys training before war," spoke the shortest figure at the table, Jinin, before he looked at Kiljen saying, "I agree with the Kaguya Clan freak, Im incline to fighting Kohona."

"Haha, Jinin you old bastard I won't be out done by you, I think we should fight too, Jinin and I are apart of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, two of us should be enough to hold off that snake fucker Orochimaru," spoke another female voice, the woman was short and hand long red-ish hair that was shaped into a hairstyle that could only be described as animalistic, this was Ameyuri Ringo one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, she wielded Kiba the Thunderswords and was known for her advance lighting release.

Kiljen faces grew frustrated, he expected Soziwa to wanted fight a unwinnable battle but he didn't expect Jinin and Ameyuri was the same, he then looked at the last two figures with pleading eyes, and luckily for Kiljen the first one didn't disappoint as he spoke up, "It's obvious we should retreat, Kohona is gearing up for a big attack in the coming days and knowing how brutal the ledganry sannin Orochimaru is we shouldn't wait like sitting ducks."

Kiljen nodded thankfully at the handsome old man who had greying hair and beard, this was the Patriarch of The Yuki Clan, Imamo Yuki, a powerful Elite Jonin whos been leading the Yuki Clan for 30 or so years, Imamo wasn't scared of fighting Kohona, he had nothing to lose, none of the important members of his clan wasn't present on the battlefield and he was confident in escaping

But to curry favor with the Mizukage's faction he spoke to retreat rather then fighting Kohona, "Imamo, you have a point, we shouldn't set around like setting duck, so I think we should attack tomorrow morning to give Kohona the biggest shock," spoke the last figure who was quite until now.

Kiljen looked at the tall muscular man in disappointment, the last to speak was Sekindo Koju from the Koju Clan that was a small clan of only 50 members with 12 of them having a Kekkei Genkai called Typhoon Release that involved the creation of vortexes to decimate the user's surroundings with powerful wind transformation.

"Haha, so we attack in the morning, great I'll be on my way to warm up for our up coming battle," spoke Soziwa leaving the war tent with a bright smile not regarding anything else Kiljen had to say, Jinin also seeing they won the vote he spoke to his students, "Come on you brats, I'm take you to challenge some of the chunins in spars, it'll help you get practice before the fight Kohona!"

Ameyuri not interested anymore chase after Jinin and his students while Imamo simply smiled nodding saying, "Well, Kiljen I'll let you and company focus on tomorrow battles strategy, send the Mizukage my regards."

Watching everyone leaving Kiljen look at Sekindo expecting the man to leave but he stayed saying, "I'm interested in what you come up with Kiljen."

Kiljen only nodded before calling out to the Andu, "Squad 4, check and see if Kohona has move or not, and Squad 2 give me an accurate report of the number of able body Shinobi in our camp and a estimate of Kohona forces."

Just as fast as the appeared the Anbu disappeared in puddles of water while Kiljen and Gennai began scratagizing about attack Kohona.
