"Ekam yrac kool ekil a nainrak," said Raiden as he cast a spell on Cary to resemble a Karnan Soldier.

He switched his own appearance as well, now resembling a different Karnan, just in case there are soldiers who remember him as an imprisoned soldier.

"Let's go, Cary. My magic can't sustain our appearance for long, so I'd like us to get to Kori as soon as possible," spoke Raiden, urging Cary to hurry up.

"Yeah, sure. It's this way, brother Raiden," said Cary as she guided Raiden.

The duo walked for a couple of minutes before reaching a highly guarded area. Two soldiers were standing at the door.

"Hmm, Cary, you wait here, okay? I'll pass inside; you lurk around a bit."

"How will you get through the guards?"

"Just watch."

Raiden walked towards the soldiers. The moment the soldiers saw him, they saluted.

"At ease, soldiers," said Raiden. He then tried to get in, but the soldiers said, "I'm sorry, Lord Officer, but the General said not to allow anyone in," spoke the soldier.

"WHAT! How dare you attempt to stop me! You think I'd be here without the General's permission!" shouted Raiden at the soldiers.

The soldiers were momentarily shocked before they said, "Sorry, Sir! Yes, please come in."

"Hmph!"

Raiden walked inside without any further problems, successfully tricking the soldiers.

Inside the cell, Raiden saw her, sitting on the ground defeated. Kori wasn't mentally weak; as such, it was a bit of an odd sight to Raiden, who decided to walk towards her.

Knocking on the cell, he said, "I didn't expect the Princess of Tamaran to be this weak."

"I'm not weak… I'm simply disappointed in myself," said Kori. She immediately realized who this officer was; it was simply not allowed to talk to her unless you were Blackfire or, in this case, someone who sneaked in.

"Disappointed in yourself? You shouldn't be. I think you would have won if you truly fought her," replied Raiden.

"She is my sister… I can't go against her, I can't fight her. Even after all she's done—the pain she caused—my mother, my father, they both are dead, my brother is lost, yet here I am. When faced with her, I couldn't lift a single muscle, I just couldn't! How can I save Tamaran if I can't even have the courage to do what must be done?" spoke Kori.

"You are going about this in the wrong way. Must I remind you every time? You are not alone, Kori. If you can't muster up the courage to face your sister, then leave it to me. I'll fight for you. Think of me as your knight," said Raiden.

Kori got up from the ground as she said, "I have to change myself."

"That you do, but for now, you have me, Kori. I'll try to change you," said Raiden as he opened the cell for her.

She walked out and hugged Raiden. "This is the second time you've saved me."

Raiden's disguise was undone as he said, "Told you, I'm your knight. What's a knight's duty if not to save his princess in dismay?"

Kori laughed a bit as she wiped her tear and whispered in his ear, 'I love you, Raiden.'

"Such a moving sight, or is it disgusting? I can't decide," spoke a voice behind the duo.

Kori was shocked a bit, but Raiden turned towards the voice. It was the voice of Blackfire.

"Sister!" spoke Kori.

"You've arrived a bit earlier than I had predicted," said Raiden.

"Hmph. At least you weren't foolish enough to believe you can actually sneak onto my ship without me finding out," spoke Blackfire. Then she smiled and added, "I was somewhat afraid of facing you. Someone that can survive a fight against Lobo isn't someone I'd like to fight. But I can see it, AHAHAHA, you are weak! Lobo must have done a number on you because you can barely walk."

Hearing her sister's words, Kori was shocked as she turned to look at Raiden. To the untrained eye, he looked fine, but his body balance was off.

"Raiden!"

"Well, you may be right about that. You ain't special enough to defeat me, even in this state. *GANDR*," spoke Raiden as he released a curse to her face, following it up with a kick to the stomach, sending her flying outside the cell room.

"Eníschysi se ólo to soma," enhancing his body, he followed after her. But Raiden was shocked to see her fine as she grabbed his punch with one hand, and her other hand collected dark energy and released it at him.

"I'm the Future Queen of Tamaran!" said Blackfire as her eyes turned dark and she grabbed Raiden by the neck, smashing him through multiple rooms. She then floated with him, choking him.

Raiden was struggling to create a spell in his hand. "Αερο ΚεραιAGHH," but before he continued, she grabbed hold of the hand that was about to shoot the spell and crushed it.

"LET HIM GO!" screamed Kori as she slammed into her sister mid-air. Raiden fell directly to the ground face-first, completely exhausted.

"Ho! You are feisty now. Is this what they call love? Interesting. I'd like to see how you'd react when he's dead," said Blackfire as she collected energy in her hands and shot it towards the fallen Raiden.

Kori quickly interjected, blocking the attack; her eyes turned green as her energy collected. "Don't make me fight you, sister."

"YOU BRAT! THIS ARROGANCE OF YOURS IS WHAT I HATE THE MOST!" said Blackfire as her energy encircled her, and she attacked. Her speed was incredible as she punched Kori again and again. Kori dodged most of them, but eventually, Blackfire's speed was faster, allowing for a couple of punches to connect. Then Blackfire charged her energy and shot it towards Kori, sending her flying. Kori regained her posture mid-sky and charged her own energy. The two sisters shot a massive amount of energy towards each other; the dark and green energies collided midway, creating a massive clash and bright light that shook the entire ship. The soldiers were already instructed to steer clear from the fight, as Blackfire knew they'd be useless.

The two energies were fighting for dominance, but it was clear who the winner was. Experience and ruthlessness couldn't be compared to Kori's lack of courage and her inner conflict of not wanting to face her sister.

The dark energy increased further and further as Blackfire said, "You were always the one loved by our family, granted all that should've been mine! But the truth is here and now, I WAS ALWAYS SUPERIOR."

The dark energy completely engulfed Kori as she was sent flying away, unable to defeat her sister.

Blackfire looked around as she walked to the fallen duo of Raiden and Kori, both unable to move a muscle.

Standing in front of her, one member of Raiden's party remained.

Raiden looked at her and said, "Cary, NO, run away."

"Cary, please, go and hide," said Kori.

"This is amusing. Look at you, all that's left to protect you is one lonely child. Aren't you two pathetic?"

Cary smiled as she turned to the duo and said, "Ever since I've known you two, you've always protected me, guided me. Princess Kori, you were everything to us. To my mother, you sacrificed everything for our sake, for Tamaran. And you, Brother Raiden, someone who was a foreigner to our land, yet you did everything to help us, a hero for us. I know what that means now, Brother Raiden. I think it's time that I protect you two and show you my gratitude."

"AHAHAHA YOU? And how will you do that?" mocked Blackfire.

"I received an Oracle from my mother. She's always told me to have hope! She said hope is the strongest weapon in the universe, and today, it turned out that she was correct!" said Cary as her aura turned blue. A ring appeared from nowhere; the ring shone blue, the color of hope.

Cary smiled as the ring entered her finger, saying

"In fearful day, in raging night,

With strong hearts full, our souls ignite.

When all seems lost in the War of Light,

Look to the stars, for hope burns bright!"

Her entire outfit changed to that of a blue suit; her eyes now shone blue with her energy encircling the entire area.

Raiden sensed the energy invading his body, making it stronger. 'This feeling… this power… it's making me recover my energy.'

"You little witch! You had something like that hidden under your sleeve, huh? But that doesn't matter; this won't change anything," screamed Blackfire as her energy collected in her hands and released another blast.

A blue shield formed around the trio protecting them. After the blast had passed, another blast was released, this time from Cary. A blue energy struck Blackfire, shocking her quite a bit as she found herself flying away. But what shocked her more was when she found a blue rope entangling her leg, snapping her back. Cary conjured a massive hammer and hit Blackfire with it.

Recovering mid-air, Blackfire was enraged. "DAMN YOU!" Her energy increased as she attacked, but Cary was already in her face, punching her. The two exchanged punches; Cary was inexperienced in hand-to-hand combat, so she was at a disadvantage. But her newfound strength covered for her; her body was now sturdier and stronger, so she endured much more than she should have.

"Brother Raiden! It's time! My power is new; I can't endure much longer than this!" screamed Cary.

The Blue Lantern's primary role is to support others in battle, especially the Green Lantern, but due to Raiden's special energy, he too was able to recover energy.

"Yeah, I'm grateful, Cary! Thank you!

Throne of Heroes!"

'!Ushiwakamaru greets her Lord! I'm glad I was called upon to serve you once again.' Raiden's appearance changed to that of the first servant he summoned while being aware, the beautiful samurai, Ushiwakamaru.

'Glad to see you again, Ushi. Let's defeat our enemies together, shall we?' replied Raiden.

He brandished his sword as he locked onto Blackfire. "Cary! Time to retreat, darling! I'm eternally grateful for your support!" said Raiden.

"Okay!" said Cary as she backed away from Blackfire.

"You! You're back again! You changed, but it doesn't matter. I WILL NOT FAIL!" said Blackfire as she attacked; her fist was about to strike Raiden's face, but it clashed with a sword.

"Honor is a must when facing a Samurai! But I guess you don't know what that is. After all, you did sell out your own nation," said Raiden.

Blackfire was shocked to see her fist filled with energy blocked by a mere sword. Raiden pushed her away before saying, "Let me teach you something about the hero I'm using now!

Her name is Ushiwakamaru! She embodies the legendary Wandering Tales of Shana-oh.

Tale One: Eye of Shiva - Detecting the Six Secret Teachings."

Said Raiden as he activated the Noble Phantasm of Ushiwakamaru, Wandering Tales of Shana-oh.

The first legend Eye of Shiva relocates enemies and allies alike on the battlefield. Blackfire found herself shocked as Raiden teleported behind her while saying, "Tale Two: Usumidori - Heavenly Blade Steps."

A slash to her back, the unavoidable strike that is the embodiment of a samurai's dream.

"AGHHHHH" screamed Blackfire as she found herself cut from the back, bleeding in pain.

"DAMN YOU! EVERYONE, KILL HIM!" screamed Blackfire, calling upon the soldiers that had been watching the entire time. They were ordered not to interfere and, as such, were standing by.

The whole ship prepared to attack as they all loaded their weapons and took aim at Raiden, who simply said, "Tale Three: Benkei - Steadfast Position." Recreating the legendary body of Benkei, Blackfire and her soldiers attacked it, using her black energy blast. But it all meant nothing; Benkei's body was strong. After all, the more faith Ushiwakamaru has in Benkei, the stronger the body is, making it a sturdy shield. That is able to block a B Ranked Anti-Army Noble Phantasm! Something that Blackfire and her soldiers couldn't recreate!

"Tale Four: Hoemaru - Spider Slayer." Meant to deal with demons, this attack created sonic booms after each slash. Very ideal against hordes of enemies, with multiple instant flashes, the entire ship was wrecked from the inside with hundreds of sonic booms.

"And now, especially for you, Blackfire, the final tale in the Wondering Tales of Shana-oh.

Dan-no-Ura: Hassō Tobi."

Leaping through the battlefield, Raiden's body floated like a butterfly, almost weightless while also creating seven other copies of himself, distracting Blackfire, who didn't know where the attack was even coming. After eight leaps, he was in her face. Blackfire's demise was assured!

"NOOOO!" screamed

 Kori.

Hearing her scream, Raiden's sword stopped at Blackfire's neck.

Blackfire looked in shock as she realized that if not for Kori, her head would have rolled on the ground.

"Remember this feeling, Komand'r. This is what it means to be dead. Your survival was only granted due to your sister's kindness. You call yourself Blackfire, eh? When in the blackness of the universe, there she shines, a star. That's why you will eternally be grateful to Starfire for saving your life," said Raiden. Before he rubbed it in, adding,

"That's such a shame, isn't it?"

He then undid his transformation as a Ushi said 'My Lord, You spoke so highly of me, and used my Noble phantasm so gracefully, I'm truly honored to serve you!'
