"You're incredibly irritating, do you realize that?" Raiden remarked, glaring at the Main Man, Lobo.

"I've been called worse. Ain't had a decent scrap in ages, squirt. Time to make this entertaining." responded Lobo as he fired his hook at Raiden.

This time, Raiden was ready. He caught the chain hook in his hand and forcefully pulled Lobo towards him. Utilizing his formidable strength, Raiden stabbed Lobo in the gut with his sword. However, just as he did, a faint ticking sound caught his attention.

Tick*Tick*Tick*

Raiden looked down to investigate, only to discover a grenade placed on his neck by Lobo.

*BOOM*

The explosion sent both Raiden and Lobo flying in opposite directions. Despite the pain, Raiden got up, hearing, 'This man is incredibly cunning and experienced; be careful, master.'

"Yeah, I'm starting to feel like tearing him into pieces!" replied Raiden angrily, dashing towards Lobo.

...

Kori sprinted through the fortress corridors with Cary trailing closely behind. The duo sought the storage room containing the precious Radion rocks.

Abruptly, Kori halted and exclaimed, "Stop!" Cary obeyed, and they scrutinized the upcoming turn. To their surprise, multiple soldiers guarded a massive door.

"Those are all Mak 4 Suits, and there's more than twenty of them. This is definitely suspicious," remarked Kori.

"Then this could be the door to the storage room," replied Cary.

"It might be, yes. We'll just have to strike and see. Can I trust you to keep yourself safe, Cary?"

"I CAN! Brother Raiden has taught me lots of useful spells. I think I can back you up!" responded Cary.

"Now, now, don't be too hasty, Cary. I know you've been training, but I can't risk having you fight with me. Please stick to protecting yourself," replied Kori.

She then focused ahead, prepared for the confrontation. Training with Raiden since her battle with Yuma had enhanced her energy control, and she felt ready to take on the guards.

With incredible speed, she launched herself at the first guard, knocking him out immediately. Three others followed suit, all incapacitated with three green blasts to the face. Remaining guards, alert, moved in to attack. Kori easily sidestepped two attackers and knocked them out cold. She then flew upwards, beyond their reach, blasting them quickly before they could draw their guns. One guard proved faster than her and was about to shoot her down.

"GANDR!"

The swift guard received a red curse to the face, rendering him unconscious. Kori looked back at Cary and said, "I told you to stay hidden. This fight is too dangerous for you."

"But I helped! I knocked out the guard and saved you!" protested Cary.

"I had it covered. He wouldn't have been able to do anything. You only put yourself in danger, Cary!" said Kori with a stern look.

Realizing she might be a bit too harsh on the little one, she added, "Look, I'm only worried about your safety. You recently turned 10; someone like you shouldn't be fighting at all."

"I understand... I'm sorry, Sister Kori," said Cary.

"Good. Now let's blow this door off," said Kori, patting Cary's head.

She turned to the massive door, collecting energy in her hands. Kori condensed it and then released it—a strong green laser that created a path through the storage door as she melted it.

The duo passed through and were shocked by what they saw.

"Oh my god," exclaimed Kori. The storage room was far larger than she had anticipated.

"Wow, this place looks larger than our village, Sister Kori," remarked Cary.

"This is unbelievable. How could we face the citadel with all this? This could supply them with Radion energy for centuries," said Kori. She had raided fortresses before, seized many Radion energy containers, and knew that one rock half the size of a human could efficiently power a fortress for a year. Inside the storage, there were millions of rocks that size, if not more.

"Damn it! DAMN IT!" said Kori, angered. The storage was a massive reality check. Her resistance was nowhere near the level needed to challenge the Citadel.

"I can't even destroy this place. Am I truly this weak?" said Kori.

She shook her head, dispelling any self-doubt, and declared, "Let's take a few rocks and go."

Kori managed to secure a few rocks and carried them in a massive cloth bag. She then placed Cary on her back as they flew away, taking advantage of the chaos Raiden was creating.

The duo swiftly reached the ship. Once inside, Kori began placing the rocks in storage, including one inside the engine's core.

"This should be enough. Come on, let's go. We'll get Raiden and make a run for it."

As she settled into the ship's seat and prepared for takeoff, Kori was met with a very unpleasant surprise.

"Princess Koriand'r, come out of the ship, or we will open fire! You have ten seconds."

Surveying the ship and its surroundings, she was shocked to find the entire fleet of Shakti surrounding her.

Tempted to fight her way to freedom, she hesitated when she realized Cary was with her—any wrong move, and the kid's life was at risk. So, instead, she chose to leave the ship, raising her hands and letting Cary follow slowly.

Kori looked around as she saw the Citadel Ship slowly descending. The ship opened its doors, and the General of the Area, Vaas Montenegro, emerged, accompanied by someone that widened Kori's eyes.

"Sister."

With a speed only Kori could follow, her sister, Komand'r, attacked, punching Kori in the gut and then in the face, taunting her.

"You've always been the weak link, never truly worthy of Tamaran. After I deal with you and that pathetic Earthling companion of yours, Tamaran will finally acknowledge its rightful ruler — Blackfire." spoke Blackfire.

Kori fell, losing consciousness.

"GANDR!" Cary released a dark curse at Blackfire, but she dodged it immediately. Blackfire appeared right in front of Cary, who uttered "Dleihs," creating a shield in front of her body. Unfortunately, the shield wasn't strong enough to withstand Blackfire's punch, breaking it and hitting her in the gut.

A small blue layer of unknown energy formed around Cary, protecting her from certain death as she too passed out.

"Take her to the ship. Lock her up with this one. If anyone even thinks about laying a finger on her without my say-so, they're in for a very unpleasant surprise. Crystal clear?"

"Yes !" Said Vaas, As he ordered his soldiers to carry them

*BOOM*

Raiden's sword intercepted the bomb Lobo hurled at him, but it detonated instantly.

Lobo produced two shotguns and unleashed a barrage at Raiden. Raiden evaded most of the shots and aimed for the decisive strike, attempting to sever Lobo's neck. However, Lobo countered by defending with his shotgun. This effort proved futile as Raiden's sword glowed yellow, melting the weapon and effortlessly slicing through Lobo from neck to abdomen.

Raiden followed with a swift kick, leaving Lobo in uneven halves. "You're a nuisance. Just buzz off," Raiden remarked.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAH, Lobo never backs down from a contract. Today's your ticket to the afterlife, kid. No matter what, I'm gonna kill ya." retorted Lobo as his body began regenerating.

"Fucking cockroach," Raiden muttered in annoyance.

"I'm STARTING TO LOVE THIS MORE AND MORE." declared Lobo, his body flexing and muscles expanding. "No more foolin' around with playthings. I'm gonna pound your sorry hide into the ground."

Lobo swiftly attacked, and Raiden, prepared, dodged several punches while striking with his sword. This time, Lobo anticipated, dodging the sword and landing a punch on Raiden's face.

"Ughhh."

'That one was different, master. It looks like the enemy has started to take this seriously,' observed Arthur.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Each punch triggered a sound explosion. Lobo, once hired to assassinate Superman, possessed incredible physical strength.

Raiden intensified his mana, causing his sword to glow golden and create a massive aura. He aimed it at Lobo, obliterating the upper half of his body. However, to Raiden's surprise, Lobo instantly regenerated. He then charged at Raiden, landing more punches and kicks, eventually sending him flying.

"Is this all you've got, pretty face? Maybe you ain't as tough as I figured." taunted Lobo, approaching Raiden.

Struggling to get up, Raiden leaned on his sword. 'I'll have to use your Noble Phantasm, Arthur,' Raiden decided.

'I don't believe that will be easy, master,' replied Arthur.

'You are not authorized to use it. Only those chosen by the sword can use its power. You are merely using Arthur's body,' spoke a female voice.

Dodging Lobo's punches, Raiden resisted the onslaught while conversing in his mind. 'Who the hell are you?' Raiden inquired.

'She's the one that can release the seals on Excalibur. I can't use it without her. Currently, she's Merlin,' explained Arthur.

'Merlin, please. Raiden and I are one. We have to use the sword's power to save the world,' added Arthur.

'The planet is outside Earth, so it's not protecting the world. I see no reason to allow its usage.'

'Without it, I'll die here, you know?! I'm in control of this body now, and that is with his permission. I was acknowledged not only by your King but by Gaia as well! You can't refuse me!' Raiden argued.

*BOOM*

Lobo was about to punch Raiden, but he managed to cut Lobo's hand. However, Lobo's rapid regeneration left Raiden unprotected as the punch connected, forcing him to his knees. Lobo then grabbed Raiden's head, hitting it with his knees, causing blood to gush from Raiden's nose.

"AHAHAH, THE MAIN MAN IS THE VICTOR. Be proud, punk. You gave me more of a run than most losers." gloated Lobo. He grabbed his hook chain, stabbed Raiden in the back, and connected the chain to a new ship stolen from the Citadel, dragging Raiden along.

'Raiden! Master! Merlin, please! This is Gaia's chosen, the same as me! You cannot deny him!' pleaded Arthur for Raiden's case.

'I cannot give him my seal, sorry, Arthur. It's reserved for something much more serious. However, if the others give their seals, I won't stop it,' replied Merlin, deciding to allow the activation of the Noble Phantasm if the others approved.

While dragging Raiden with the ship, Lobo experienced a sudden shock as his ship halted, and he was launched from the window. Lobo got up, staring at Raiden, who had stopped the ship by grabbing the chain midway. Raiden glowed in golden energy, bloodied but more alive than ever.

"Heh, you're damn worthy, yeah! Almost as annoying as me, but I couldn't care less. I'll SCREW YOU UP AGAIN IF I HAD TO." declared Lobo as he rushed towards Raiden.

Raiden surveyed his surroundings. "We're back at the starting point of our fight. Perfect. This will deal a significant blow to the Citadel."

He turned to Lobo and said, "It's time to end this."

Raising his sword to the sky, the Sword of Promised Victory glowed golden, accompanied by six blue dots marking its release.

"Let's start this, Merlin."

"Seal Thirteen──Decision start!"

Merlin: "Approved. Bedivere, Gareth, Lancelot, Mordred, Galahad, Percival."

"This battle is for me."

Merlin: "Start."

"EXCALIBUR!!!!!!"

Raiden screamed as the golden energy ascended to the sky. This time, it wasn't the sealed version; though only six seals were released, it was enough. Excalibur, meant to fight an Anti-World threat at full power, was now an Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm.

The golden energy obliterated everything in its path. The entire fortress was flattened as Excalibur fulfilled its role as a true Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm. In its wake, Lobo was also destroyed, every atom of his body erased and disintegrated completely.

The released energy was phenomenal but proved too strong for Raiden. After fighting as an S-class servant for so long, his body was shattered, bones in pain, mana at its lowest, and mentally exhausted. His body reverted to normal as he heard.

"Arthur, thank you. I don't think I would have made it without you," Raiden expressed his gratitude. If not for Arthur persuading Merlin, Raiden might have suffered much worse than a couple of broken bones.

"No need, Master. If my sword can be of some help to you, I will devote all I have to being your strength, Master."

"I'm honored to hear that from the King of Knights," Raiden replied.

"I no longer care about that. My only goal now is to rid the world of evil. As long as you continue to do that, I will be your sword," said Arthur.

Raiden smiled as his body fully reverted to normal.

"I'll take Instinct. It's much more useful for me now. I'll need something like that," Raiden decided.

[Instinct: is the ability to instantly identify "the

best personal course of action" during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms. At Rank A, it is essentially in the realm of predicting the future. Through this ability, it is possible to negate the penalties inflicted by visual and auditory interference to a certain extent.]

"Now let's see what this guy is doing," Raiden said as he walked towards a baby version of Lobo.

"What the fuck are you, man?" Raiden inquired as he looked at Baby Lobo.

"What's the matter? Ya never seen an archbishop regenerate himself from his blood before?" retorted Lobo.

Raiden looked at him and then said, "Well, main man, you lost. Pathetic, to be honest. I hope you remember this defeat as long as you live."

"You think I lost? Give it a few fraggin' hours, and I'll be back to my usual self. Then, I'll hunt you down to the ends of the fraggin' galaxy, kid." replied Lobo.

"Oh really? Then let me send you off on a good note," Raiden said as he picked up Baby Lobo and put him on a ship of the Citadel, stating, "Computer, take this great fellow to the furthest you can go, far and beyond, all the way until this ship runs out of fuel." Raiden placed Baby Lobo and strapped him into the ship seat, laughing. "Good luck coming back, main child."

"You are so dead. So dead. So dead," said Lobo in anger.

"Bye-bye, Lobo," said Raiden as he jumped off the ship, laughing at Lobo being taken away.

"Now, let's go check on Kori."
