Fate: Question And Answer System of Traversing Heroic Spirits

Chapter 138: Chapter 138: Stirring the Battlefield

"Listen carefully! I'll provide the mana; all you need to do is follow my orders…"

Chihiro pulled out a card and began reciting a chant in a tone that sounded almost childishly dramatic.

The card in his hand was labeled: "Heroic Spirit Summoning Card – Faction Version".

As the name suggested, this card allowed the summoning of seven Servants simultaneously without the usual seven-day time restriction.

It was an item Chihiro had earned from the Q&A group over a year ago, but he had never used it.

Back during the Fourth Holy Grail War, it had no value. With all the summoned Servants already in Fuyuki City at the time, the card's restrictions, which limited it to summoning only Heroic Spirits affiliated with the Q&A group—made it effectively useless.

Chihiro had intended to save it for the future, reasoning that it would become more effective as more Heroic Spirits joined the group.

However, his current predicament left him no choice.

He wasn't going to win the Holy Grail War alone.

As the chant finished, the card dissolved into light, forming a massive summoning circle in front of him. Seven pillars of light erupted from the circle, illuminating the battlefield.

"What the—?!"

Even from behind Jeanne's barrier, Karna and the Red Servants were visibly shaken.

Achilles exclaimed, "Is he… summoning seven Servants at once?!"

The Rider couldn't hide his astonishment. Could a single human even provide enough mana to sustain seven Servants?

Chihiro gave a slight shrug. With 108 mana circuits, he could manage. As long as he paced himself, he wouldn't collapse under the strain.

Karna frowned thoughtfully. "This must be another gift from the group."

Atalanta narrowed her eyes. "So this is the power of that Q&A group he's part of?"

When the light faded, the seven summoned Heroic Spirits emerged, each one emanating a powerful presence.

Saber: Artoria Pendragon

Archer: Gilgamesh

Rider: Iskandar

Lancer: Diarmuid Ua Duibhne

Assassin: Hundred-Faced Hassan

Caster: Gilles de Rais (Bluebeard)

Berserker: Qin Shi Huang

Shock rippled through the battlefield. Even Chihiro was momentarily stunned by the sight of Qin Shi Huang—summoned in the Berserker class.

[Name: Qin Shi Huang; Class: Berserker; Gender: Male; Alignment: Neutral Evil]

[Strength: C | Endurance: D | Agility: C | Mana: B | Luck: A+ | Noble Phantasm: EX]

[Class Skill: Madness Enhancement (EX)]

[Personal Skills: Burning Books and Executing Scholars (A+), Collector (A+), Imperial Privilege (EX)]

[Noble Phantasms: Blade of the Cosmos (A+, anti-unit, 0–100 meters, max target: 1); The Underground Heavenly Palace (EX, barrier)]

The sight of the gray-haired, gaunt Qin Shi Huang immediately struck Chihiro as unusual. This wasn't the Emperor in his prime but rather the First Emperor during his old age.

It made sense. Qin Shi Huang had never been a warrior, and as he aged, his strength naturally declined, leaving him far weaker than his Ruler-class counterpart.

Still, despite the limitations of his Berserker class and advanced age, the Emperor's presence was commanding. His sharp, calculating eyes burned with a mix of arrogance and cruelty, exuding a tyrannical aura.

This was the older Qin Shi Huang, obsessed with immortality and absolute power but still sane enough to remain a formidable strategist.

Meanwhile, Chihiro noticed another surprising summon: Gilles de Rais (Bluebeard).

[Name: Gilles de Rais; Class: Caster; Gender: Male; Alignment: Chaotic Evil]

[Strength: D | Endurance: E | Agility: D | Mana: C | Luck: E | Noble Phantasm: A+]

[Class Skills: Territory Creation (B)]

[Personal Skills: Mental Pollution (A), Artistic Aesthetics (E-), Abyssal Vision (C)]

[Noble Phantasm: Prelati's Spellbook (A+, anti-army, 1–10 meters, max target: 100)]

Chihiro felt a pang of disappointment. He had hoped for someone like Zhang Jiao to answer the call.

Zhang Jiao, apparently observing from the group, left a cheeky comment: "I wanted to, but he beat me to it."

"Ha! So it's real," said Iskandar, his booming laughter breaking the silence.

The King of Conquerors surveyed the battlefield, locking eyes with the Red Faction Servants. "At first, I thought I was dreaming. But it seems I've truly been summoned."

Gilgamesh scoffed. "Hmph. If this were a mere illusion, you wouldn't have come so eagerly."

Iskandar shrugged. "Instinct, perhaps. Still, it's not every day one gets a chance like this, is it, King of Heroes?"

Gilgamesh smirked. "Indeed. The Throne of Heroes is dreadfully dull. Any opportunity to escape its monotony is worth seizing."

Meanwhile, Artoria fixed her gaze on Chihiro, who was still clad in his golden-red armor.

"Are you… our Master?" she asked cautiously. "Who are you?"

Without a word, Chihiro reached up and opened the visor of his helmet, revealing his face.

"It's me."

Artoria's eyes widened. "Chihiro?!"

Even Iskandar's jovial expression faltered as recognition set in.

The only one who seemed unsurprised was Qin Shi Huang, who maintained his icy composure.

"Hahaha! Chihiro, I will kill you!"

Bluebeard's sudden outburst shattered the moment. The crazed Caster charged at Chihiro, brandishing his staff.

"Bang!"

Before he could reach him, Chihiro effortlessly closed the distance and knocked Bluebeard to the ground with a single punch.

"Calm yourself. I'm your Master now," Chihiro said coldly, his tone leaving no room for argument.

The scene left both Jeanne and the Red Faction Servants baffled.

What kind of Master summons a Servant, only to immediately subdue them?

Gilgamesh sneered, his golden eyes narrowing. "Hmph. Of all the Masters in existence, I had to be summoned by you. Disgraceful."

Chihiro met his glare with a calm expression. "Regret it all you want. You're the one who answered the call."

Gilgamesh grumbled under his breath but didn't argue further.

Meanwhile, Bluebeard, having recovered from the blow, turned his gaze toward Jeanne d'Arc. His eyes filled with a twisted mixture of reverence and guilt.

"Jeanne… My beloved saint!"

Jeanne's expression darkened.

"Gilles de Rais," she said, her voice sharp. "What happened to you?!"

Gilles' face twisted with anguish. "Everything I've done was for you, Jeanne. To avenge you! But my power was too weak—I couldn't punish the sinners who betrayed you!"

Jeanne's voice was resolute. "I don't need revenge, Gilles. I don't blame anyone for what happened."

"No! Jeanne, revenge is justice!" Gilles shouted, his gaze falling on Karna.

"You! You dared to harm my saint! You are unforgivable!"

Bluebeard raised Prelati's Spellbook, summoning a swarm of grotesque sea monsters to attack Karna.

"Filthy abomination," Karna muttered. With a wave of his spear, he unleashed a burst of flame, reducing the monsters to ash in an instant.

"Damn it!" Gilles raged. "If I had the flesh of children, I could summon stronger beasts—"

"Enough!"

Atalanta, who had been silently observing, finally snapped.

"You're the Caster who murdered children!" she shouted, her voice trembling with rage.

As a devoted protector of children, Atalanta couldn't tolerate such atrocities. Without hesitation, she nocked an arrow and fired it at Bluebeard, who responded by summoning more sea monsters to block her attack.

As the skirmish escalated, the other summoned Servants began to take action.

"Haha! Achilles, I've been waiting for this!" Iskandar declared, his eyes gleaming with excitement as he approached the Rider.

Achilles grinned. "It's an honor, King of Conquerors. I've always wanted to test myself against you."

Iskandar summoned his divine chariot, reins in hand. "Shall we race?"

Achilles smirked, summoning his own chariot—drawn by his three legendary horses: Xanthos, Balios, and Pedasos.

"Challenge accepted."

As the two Riders prepared for their duel, Gilgamesh turned his attention to Karna.

"So you're the so-called Little Sun," Gilgamesh said, his tone dripping with disdain. "Let's see how bright you truly are."

Without waiting for a response, the Gate of Babylon opened, unleashing a storm of golden weapons aimed directly at Karna.
