Fairy Tail: Strongest Creature

Chapter 124: Oración Seis

Leon, with a neutral expression, said, "So, all the guilds are finally here."

Gray glanced around at the eclectic group. "Given the situation, how do we even start discussing our approach?"

Sherry frowned. "They sent that tiny girl for such a large-scale mission…what was the Cat Shelter guild thinking?"

"What do you mean only a girl?!" a haughty voice rang out. A petite white cat dressed in frilly attire strolled up.

"Carla! You came too?!" Wendy exclaimed happily.

"Of course. I can't leave you unattended," Carla scolded in that clipped, proud tone.

"A talking cat!" someone shouted.

Immediately, Happy ran forward with big, lovesick eyes. "She's so cute! I'm in love—"

Carla sniffed, turning her head away with an air of disdain.

Happy scampered back to Su Yan's leg. "S-Su Yan, help me offer her my fish, would you?"

Su Yan chuckled. "If you like her, go be a man and give it to her yourself."

Wendy bowed quickly. "Umm, I'm not great at fighting…but I can support everyone with magic. Please don't exclude me!"

Carla watched Wendy and shook her head. "Ugh. That's why nobody thinks you're reliable."

Erza intervened gently. "No need to worry, Wendy. We're not here to judge you. Let's work together."

Wendy's eyes brightened. "T-Thank you so much, Miss Erza! And that's… Mr. Natsu, and—Mr. Su Yan?"

"Ahem!" Happy sidled over to Carla again. "If you want fish, I-I could—"

She scoffed and turned away again.

"She's just shy," Happy said, starry-eyed.

Lucy snorted. "No, I think she's just not interested, that's all."

Natsu studied Wendy, a contemplative look crossing his face. "Wendy… I feel like I've heard that name somewhere."

Gray glanced over. "Eh? You serious?"

"Ugh, it's on the tip of my tongue," Natsu muttered, frustrated.

"All right, enough chatter. Let's start discussing the plan," Ichiya from Blue Pegasus spoke up, commanding attention.

He continued, "If you head north from here, you'll reach a vast sea of trees. Hidden within it is an ancient sealed magic called Nirvana."

"Nirvana?" several people repeated.

Leon frowned. "Never heard of it."

"Me neither," Jura admitted.

Happy offered a fish to Carla again, but she just shook her head, ignoring him.

Ichiya explained, "Legend says Nirvana holds destructive power worthy of an ancient seal, but the specifics remain unknown. We suspect Oración Seis is after it. Our mission: prevent its reemergence and destroy Oración Seis in the process!"

Hibiki stepped forward, using his Archive magic to display data in the air. "There are thirteen of us in this Allied Force, versus Oración Seis's six. But that doesn't guarantee victory. According to info we've gathered from various sources, Oración Seis has amassed many of their Dark Guild subordinates in that endless forest. We don't know how many, but we do know they're numerous."

"Plus," he added, "each of Oración Seis's own six members is absurdly powerful on their own."

He flicked his wrist, pulling up images:

Cobra, a Venom Mage

Racer, a master of speed magic

Hoteye, known for "Heaven's Eye" magic

Angel, an unsettling Celestial Spirit mage

Midnight, shrouded in mystery

Brain, their leader

"All of them can take down a guild singlehandedly," Hibiki warned. "So even with our alliance, we must stay vigilant."

"Actually, I'm just here for… moral support," Lucy muttered. "Please don't count on me to fight."

"Me too," Wendy said shyly. "I'll do my best, b-but I'm not good at combat spells."

Carla huffed. "Stand up for yourself, Wendy!"

"It's okay," Ichiya interjected. "Our plan isn't pure frontal assault. Step one is locating their stronghold. If possible, we'll gather them in one place."

Erza raised a brow. "Why gather them?"

Ichiya grinned. "Because if we succeed, we'll use Blue Pegasus's pride: our magical bomber, Christina, to bury them along with their entire base."

Leon startled. "Wait, you intend to bomb the entire stronghold from the sky?!"

"Isn't that…a bit overkill?" Lucy asked nervously, recalling how large-scale magic could annihilate entire swaths of land.

Yet the mention of Christina, a famous flying magic warship, left them all acknowledging that this plan just might work.

And so, the inter-guild Alliance Army against Oración Seis was officially formed. Everyone present steeled themselves, aware that their foes were among the worst of the Dark Guild underworld—and determined that, together, they would prevail.
