Chapter 96: Han Yura’s humiliation points
Upon seeing Yura shouted at him while pointing her finger at him, not willing to back down and give in to Yura, Yeon immediately retorted back without any mercy, "What? Oh, that's so kind of you, you aren't willing to argue with me because Alan and Sharon are here! I'm sure it's definitely not because you are afraid of letting them find out what kind of a deceitful bitch you really are!"
"If you are really able to decide for yourself that you don't have to marry to whoever your father betrothed you to, why didn't you call off this engagement as soon as the engagement was made?"
"What? At a loss for an answer? Well, I will help answer this question for you, the answer is because you are a black-hearted two-faced bitch! Purposely trying to lead me on, making me think that I actually have a chance to make you fall in love with me, but during all these times where I continuously showered you with affection and care, you must have been watching everything that I did for you as if you were watching a fool, didn't you!"
"I will say, I really have to hand it to you, Han Yura! Not only did you fool me, but you also managed to fool everyone into thinking that you are actually a kind-hearted and passionate person. Now that I think back on those employers of yours who are constantly complimenting you, telling others how kind-hearted and nice of a person you are, it actually makes me want to puke!"
"Tell me, how much did you actually pay those employers of yours to be willing to keep on complimenting you? It must have cost you quite a sum of money, didn't it?"
"Oh, that's right, Alan and Sharon, if you aren't aware of how two-faced this bitch is, from the start where her father engaged her to me, she didn't show any signs that she was against the engagement at all, and yet, listening from what she said just a while ago, it is evident that she had been against the engagement from the start."
"If that's the case, right when the engagement was made, why couldn't she just tell her father that she was against the engagement? Would her father be so heartless as to force her to continue marrying me if she didn't really want to? And even if let's say, she didn't dare to tell that to her father, she could have at least told me about it! If I had known she didn't want to be engaged to me, am I to be the kind of person who would continue forcing her to be engaged to me? No! I would have taken the initiative to call the engagement off!"
"So, Han Yura, can you kindly explain to us, why did you not cut off the engagement straight away right when the engagement was made? Let me guess… Perhaps, although it is true that you were against the engagement, but you are also a little interested in me? Which was why you decide to allow the engagement to continue on? But now that you come across Alan, who you seem to think is a much better choice as a partner when compared to me, you are finally intending on completely cutting off yours ties with me?"
"Tsk, tsk, tsk, what a two-faced deceitful bitch you are, Han Yura!"
Evidently to have resigned to the fate where he was no longer going to have any chances of being able to marry into Han Family as a son-in-law, Yeon decided to vent out all his anger and humiliation that he had been suffering today onto Han Yura and even attempted to try and make Alan and Sharon's impression toward Yura become bad by slandering Yura.
Yeon was completely aware that even if it was true that Yura wasn't happy with her father's decision of engaging her to him, there was nothing that Yura could do about it, and if Yura were to complain to her father about the engagement, with how middle-ranking family works, where family hierarchy was treated with utmost importance, Yura would just end up being punished by her father for being defiant.
"You… You…" Upon being chided at and slandered by Yeon, Yura's body could be seen trembling with anger as she pointed her right index finger and tried to retort back to Yeon.
However, because Yeon spoke so quickly, Yura's mind was currently in a mess, and she did not know what she should say right now.
Especially since even though she wanted to retort back to Yeon, she also wants to explain herself to Alan, so that Alan wouldn't end up having a bad impression toward her because of what Yeon had just said.
Which in turn only made her mind became even more of a mess than it already was.
After pointing her right index finger at Yeon for a while, and no words seemed to be able to come out from her mouth, Yura turned her head around and looked at Alan while with teary eyes, then said while whimpering, "Alan… I… I'm really not the kind of person that Yeon says I am… I…"

Meanwhile, when Yeon saw that Yura was at a loss for words and was unable to retort back against him, the sneer that was on Yeon's face became even more pronounced as he continued slandering Yura, "Look. It seems like someone is at a loss for words and don't have anything she could say to retort against the words that I said. Evidently, it is because everything that I have said up till now have been but the truth."
"Han Yura, come on, don't you have anything you want to say for yourself? But then again, I guess…"
However, right when Yeon spoke up to here, Alan finally stepped in and cut off Yeon from continuing on speaking.
